I am an inventor, innovator, visionary, entrepreneur, CEO, industry pioneer 4.0, and creative genius. I am responsible for the invention of MCEFP (Mini Filling and Finishing Centrals of products) which is one productive incorporation and modernization. The invention of MCFPF is responsible for the creation of BIOCERR - Biodegradáveis Cerrado. In other words, the reason why BIOCERR exists.
I have a degree in business administration, but what I like to do are innovations, specifically, disruptive innovations because these innovations change everything and change everyone. I often say that innovation is magic and I am passionate about it.
I always liked the industrial segment and had an industrial consultancy where I was able to learn about different segments. Our job was to bring state tax incentives and financing to industries. A great pride was the work done for the idealization and implantation of an industrial pole in my State.
The problems are many, but the main ones are the way of producing products that cannot be sustainable and do not serve the purposes of the advanced manufacturing industry. We have also managed to preserve the environment.
An innovation was made in the production process (patent application br102010011440) with the creation of MCFPF (Mini central filling and product finisher) which is an incorporation and modernization of production that manages to provide a new lean manufacturing technique and makes a new management philosophy focused on reducing the seven types of waste (overproduction, waiting time, transportation, over-processing, inventory, movement, and defects).
The innovations are in the process, product, organization, and marketing, thus making a disruptive innovation. It has its industrial applicability in several segments and makes the evolution of existing processes that elevates humanity and the status of science. The innovation allows for the appearance of other incremental innovations.
We offer product customization, “just in time” production, we work with mini returnable reservoirs (so as not to generate garbage with packaging), we reduce the emission of CO2, we serve the concepts of circular economy and smart cities, we serve the UN sustainable objects (9, 11,12,13,14 and 17), we industrialize countries that do not have the productive capacity (industries), we reindustrialize countries that have lost productive capacity (industries), we do a new industrial dynamic in industrialized countries, we make a new lean manufacturing technique, we make a new industrial digitalizing technique, we make a new management philosophy focused on reducing the seven types of waste (overproduction, waiting time, transportation, over-processing, inventory, movement, and defects), we manage to make sustainable use of resources and avoid waste, we help protect the environment and the climate, and other benefits.
It is an invention in the production process with the creation of the MCFPF which is an incorporation in the production process and a productive modernization. In summary, it is a division and productive decentralization, the products are made in two productive stages that provide a new technique of lean manufacturing and production at the point of sale.
The division and productive decentralization are based in this way. The first stage of production takes place in the parent industry, which will be in an industrial region and will make the products in their concentrated form, thus reducing the volume of product transportation. These products are shipped in returnable containers to the MCFPF.
The MCFPF will be in commercial and residential regions to finalize and commercialize the products. The products are diluted, personalized, mixed, homogenized, filled, capped, sealed, and labeled. The product is finalized on the spot for the customer.
In the MCFPF the product customization process (color and aromas) takes place and we will work with the 5 L mini returnable reservoirs so that it cannot generate waste. In the first purchase, he acquired the mini reservoir. Initially, the level of customization will be only with the color and aroma.
BIOCERR's customers are all consumers of cleaning products, for example, housewives, schools, hotels, restaurants, laundries, bars, governments, and others. The business model is B2C because the MCFPF will have a direct interface with consumers.
The invention is suitable for other industrial segments as previously mentioned because the production model is the evolution of existing models, that is, the current models will be outdated because they have limitations.
The project impacts on several factors in people's lives, mainly on environmental issues. It manages to reduce plastic waste on the planet and CO2 emissions, personalize products, and many others. The impacts are closely related to the problems we solved in a question asked previously.
Making a calculation for an MCFPF for the reduction of plastic waste since the project was created until today, we could have stopped emitting 1,980,000 500ml plastic packaging in the environment.

The award is looking for projects with great impact. The project presented is of great impact on a global scale because it is a disruptive innovation and is responsible for serving the purposes of a 4.0 industry. I believe that it creates a new future for humanity and that it will be a better future.
I consider the project to be a work of art from contemporary industry. We won an award from INCOBRA (UE) to participate in its brokerage event for industry 4.0 in the year 2017. I consider approved financing for innovation as a prize.
It all started with the need to find a job and the desire to undertake. I decided that I wanted to open an industry and went looking for what kind of industry would be viable, that's when I found out about the biodegradable products industry. After learning everything about this type of industry (products, processes, and others) the need came to show me that I should innovate.
Thinking about the environment, I decided to work with returnable packaging and for that, it would be necessary to have a direct interface with the final consumer.
As the work has an interface with the final consumer allowing the work with returnable packaging, it would be possible to make the product at the time of purchase and give the customer the option to choose the color and aroma of the products.
Then I realized that the production area in commercial and residential regions could not be very large and that was when I decided to do my production in two stages, thus dividing and decentralizing production.
In a lecture on industry 4.0, we realized that we served its purposes (product customization, sustainability, and substitution of online production for cell production).
Because it provides several benefits for the planet and because I love innovation. Besides, innovation is part of my mind, my soul, and my life. Since I started my project, I only heard compliments and that made me very proud. I usually say that my project is a gift for science and the world because innovation knows no barriers.
Because I was the one who invented it and I am fully capable of executing it with the help of people trained to help me in this endeavor. The project is very dynamic and pioneering with strong characteristics because it is a disruptive innovation.
Part of my goal was achieved by creating innovation and presenting it to the world. The objective was achieved because the project was approved by several national and international institutions.
The other part is the implementation of this innovation, but for that, I need financial resources, places that have a good business, legal, and innovative environment.
The project is entitled to economic grant resources for innovation. These resources only exist in countries that are committed to innovation and that have qualified and serious people. These resources I am not finding here where I live.
The digital technologies that I will use in the project are AI, IoT, Blockchain, cloud, big data, cyber-physical system, and cybersecurity. These technologies, I have partnerships with institutes of technologies for their application here in Brazil.
The project was supposed to be in operation years ago because it is all ready. At the beginning of the project, we made our MVP of the product and the production process.
A good example is my innovation that is being carried out in a place where you have an aversion to innovation and the difficulties to undertake are enormous.
Generally, in adversity, I usually use innovations because innovations overcome adversity. I believe that the participation in this award is a way to overcome the adversity that I am having.
The adversities of an innovation are many. They are usually best told in inventor biography films. I suggest you watch the films: Tucker - A man and his dream, The battle of the chains, the story of Joy, and 1497 - in search of paradise. All these adversities that they had, I am having.
I believe that leadership ability comes from the example of the leader because a good leader is at the forefront of what he believes.
A good experience that I can use is the current one that I am having with my innovation because I believe in my innovation. I am alone in this endeavor and this endeavor is very dynamic. The paths taken are not easy because we are creating a new path. Other experiences have been reported in the biography section.

My project is innovative because it is the evolution of the productive processes of the existing industries, and as a consequence, it is the evolution of these industries.
Without innovation in the production process, there is no possibility to innovate in the organization, in marketing, and in the product, and it is not able to make a disruptive innovation. There is no possibility to solve the problems described in the troubleshooting question. There is also no possibility to serve the purposes of an industry 4.0 (product customization, sustainability, and production in cells).
There is the fact that several national and international institutions have already approved the merit of the same. Without the innovation described, it is not possible to elevate the status of science or to make the incremental innovations that disruptive innovation provides.
The theory of change is directly related to impact businesses (which is the case with the project). The innovations presented have a positive impact on society and transform the world and the community where we live in a better place. In short a new world. I often say that the world we know today will no longer exist, a new era is being born for humanity.
The proposed innovations involve several stakeholders, deep knowledge of the problem being solved, define the desired long-term objectives, and thus build the theory of change.
The project is bold, inspiring, difficult, and solves complex problems. The areas of knowledge and concepts are vast and quite dynamic. They articulate assumptions about the process through which change will occur and specify the ways in which all the necessary results are related to achieving the change in the long run.

Currently, the project is involving several people, both nationally and internationally. This involvement is in the field of project presentation, in the search for resources, in the search for partners and others. I don't know how to quantify it because it has already been presented in Brazil and in a good part of Europe, it was also presented in some institutions in the USA.
The implementation of the project has not yet been done due to several difficulties imposed and the lack of financial resources. If I were in a location that had provided me with the economic grant resources, the project was already in operation.
The project is on a global scale.
The goal is to implement innovation for the USA next year and Europe in subsequent years.
The barriers vary according to where the project is going to be implemented. The locations that have the innovation environments, business environment, legal environment, aversion to innovation, risk aversion, lack of necessary resources, are places of difficult implementation.
Another barrier is the competitors that are much larger than me, but I believe that I possess competitive advantage over them.
Another barrier may be the maturity of the location where the project will be implemented in relation to digital technologies, but the innovation in the production process function without these technologies.
These barriers are local and to overcome them just change locations. In relation to competitors, it is only necessary to implement the proposed innovation, because the proposed innovation is the evolution of their production processes.
In relation to the digital technologies that I will use, the partnership are INDT, CERTI, CPqD, EMBRAPII, and SEBRAE, this in the case of Brazil. But as the project has everything to be deployed in another country, the partnership will be made with digital technology institutes in these countries.
The project has already been presented to several institutions, internationally SPI (POR), INCOBRA (EU), ENRICH (EU), EIB (European Investment Bank), IAPMEI (PT), CENTI (PT), FRAUNHOFER IPK (GER), FOUNDER INTITUTO (US), CONTACTICA (ES), WAVESTONE (FR), BURGOS UNIVERSITY (ES), DNA CASCAIS (POR), COTEC (PT), Faculty of Sciences, University of Lisbon (PT), AIP (PT), PME INVESTMENTS (POR), EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT, AHK (GER), SWISSCAM (SWI), INNOSUISSE (SWI) and other institutions.
Of these institutions, we are interested parties in the case of INCOBRA and ENRICH, another one obtained the transparency record (European parliament), another one passed the admissibility test (founding institute and others).
Nationally FINEP, BNDES, FIEG, FAPEG, ACIEG, SINDIQUIMICA, ANPEI, SENAI, CNI, EMBRAPII, INDT, CPqD, CERTI, SEBRAE and several others.
The business model is B2C and our business strategy is aimed at creating franchises.
The added value in the communities we will serve are diverse. The MCFPF will be in almost every city on the planet, in these cities we bring jobs and income, help in preserving the environment, reduce the emission of co2 and several other benefits previously mentioned.
The MCFPF in principle will have a production of 15.000L / M of cleaning products. This volume is distributed in 6 types of products. Later, we will increase the variety of cleaning products, and a little later, we will implement other types of products such as personal hygiene, and cosmetics.
In cities with large populations, several MCFPF will be implanted due to productive decentralization. In cities with small populations, the amount of MCFPF will be less. In relation to small cities, the important thing is that we managed to take the industry to it.
We usually say that we don't take products to the customer, we take the industry to the customer.
The communities needed MCFPF due to several factors mentioned above. The fourth industrial revolution needs MCFPF because without MCFPF there is no advanced manufacturing industry (industry 4.0 / industry of the future). Who needs the MCFPF is not only the communities, but the whole planet.
Our products are dishwasher detergent, all-purpose detergent, wash clothes, fabric softener, glass cleaner, and bathrooms cleaner.
The financial sustainability comes from the sale of products, in the use of digital technologies that offer a productive gain and also another source of income, in the prevention and fight against indebtedness, in the control of defaults, in the payment of taxes in days, in the rational use resources, in the balance of accounts, in the increased profit, the competitive advantage that the startup has, the valuation of shares, in improvement of corporate image, in financial tranquility, in the efficient use of non-financial resources, in the management of product quality, in the productive chain, in the conscious market, and others.
The resources contributed were mine and that of friends and family angel. The project is not working, so it is not generating revenue.
I have financing for innovation approved by FINEP (financing of studies and research) and BNDES (national development bank), but we have no guarantees to cover the financing. The project is entitled to economic grant resources because it is an innovation.
Yes. We need resources to implement 1 (one) parent industry and 10 (ten) MCFPF. The number of 10 (ten) MCFPF is because if we work with less than 10 (ten) the parent industry will have its production capacity very low.
I believe that 2020 is not able to do anything else (it is a lost year). My projections are being made for 2021.
My business plan has values in reais (R$) and was made for Brazil. As my intention is to take the project to the USA and Europe, I need data from these places.
My business plan states that I have a fixed cost of 50,000 monthly for each MCFPF. In the parent industry part, the business plan will have to be made because I depend on knowing how many MCFPF will be implemented at the beginning of the project, I have an idea of the values.
The business plan does not include values in relation to the digital technologies that will be implemented. In other words, everything is being done only for innovation in the production process.
To present it to you and also because I want to implement my innovation in the USA. I need the resources and prestige of the award to start implementing my innovations.
Another reason is that I am watching my innovation die here and I can not do anything. The losses that are occurring here for the environment, innovation, science, progress of humanity, and others, are incalculable.

There are some institutes of technology in the USA that have these technologies. I had able to find them on the site: https://www.manufacturingusa.com/
The conditions that would be desired (if possible) are the same that I am having with Brazilian technology institutes through the EMBRAPII program. The costs are divided, 1/3 of the value is from EMBRAPII, the other 1/3 is from the institute of technology and the other 1/3 is mine. Within this 1/3 of mine, there is a partnership with SEBRAE where they will bear most of the costs.
