Intelligence for Employment

My name is Reham Al-Zughier, I'm Jordanian from Amman, Jordan. passionate learner and hard worker and motivator, mom for three fabulous kids, my bachelor degree in Management Information System (MIS), my Master in Business Administration (MBA), with varying area of expertise such as coaching, education, business women communities, entrepreneurs, empowerment, business development advisor, mentoring and soft skills trainer.  

My experience as analyst in banking sector, working in projects as project manager, in strategies office also, later, after having my MBA, I am founding educational center for kids from 6 months - 8 years age since 2015 till now, in order to continue my doctorate in business administration (DBA), I sell the center, beginning 2020 starting my coaching through Be Intelligent with Reham, consulting and mentoring journey.

This about the impact of employment intelligence tool on employee engagement and work envirmenmet 

unemployment and engagement/ every one has chance to learn/ self motivation and esteem/ gendering issue/ help people become creative/ knows their self and what they want to achieve in thire life / love to work and easy to work/ having this master training to be trainer and can learn more.

2. my project proposing to have a large platform and academy to learn the attendees how to have the costumers satisfactions? knows what the costumers want and need? reach to the costumers loyalty ? 

3. my project can elevate humanity through create value, ethical because it is based on voluntary exchange, our higher purpose, leadership particularly from younger generations, my workplace Intelligence helps balance the employee growth.

my project solve to train professional staff, the intelligence of employment not just regarding what academic certificate or theoretical courses he has, not practical, I'm focus in the personality, develop creativity, work on what the staff need, in his work how can be different, how dealing with others, managers how dealing with their staff, the workplace environiment it safety or not? healthy or not? suitable or not?  

my project is to learn exactly the way and soft skills for staff how to deal with costumers? how to talk and behavior during you are dealing with customers, its not about theoretical its evaluation and assesment and enhance and correct the staff during his dealing with costumers for example: the way of looking to the customers ? how he talking? laughing when no need to laugh ? the volume of his voice ? hospitality ? is he professional to deal with the costumers or not ? is he friendly ? 

want to give the training as courses, and the trainers can work after they have my certificate, it's practically, after corona want to be this workplace intelligence, be wide and can all contribute on it, we depends on humans capabilities in everything, operations, marketing, train the trainers, have a huge participants want to take the program and start working, normal or online. 

my project work and serve in any any community, help the employee to be professional, the staff keep their work, promote in their work and salary. enhance and be different, raise their awareness and business action. 

I'm evaluate, assessment, enhance, training in friendly way to have more costumers, more costumers more profit, more profits more work sustainability, ore privilege, transfer to large work not keep small business.

my project as mentioned based on people, based on skills, based on us, based on creative, based in engagement, based in society, based in buisness ( and business dealing with costumers/clients).

all success business need professional staff, professional manager, professional workplace environment and that our needs.

my project relates to the three dimensions, its elevating opportunities for all people to be part in the work, to trained them well, to have a full informations, life course, what ever your gender or educational, there people having Phd but they don't know how to deal or talk or interactive with people, the don't have the work ethics, we can depend on them, don't have the motivation or motivate anyone, my project elevate awareness and solve problems we face it, we should to face not run away or left our backs behind.

my idea came to my head when I visit a resturant and its 5 stars resturant, and i also a regular VIP there, I reserved table for 6 people, when I reach the place I found the place full as usual, and come to me the morning shift supervisor and I don't know him, and he don't know me also, and not my resbonsibility as a customer to get knows the whole staff there, anyway I asked about my reservation he said sorry your table not ready, I asked why ? even I did the reservation before a day before? he said we were so super busy cause we have an engagement party before, I said its not my problem, he answered me " Not Mine Also" what a shame, here's the project idea come to my head, why we don't have an legally professionally academy learn the staff how dealing with costumers? wheres the intelligence here in my situation ? Zero, I left the restaurant me and my friends to target another place, and this place loose a regular and 5 potentials customers  

my passion to change attitude, to have the perfect work image, excellent work ethics, friendly work environment, connect many people and trained them, be the only academy and platform with professional employees and intelligence employment , if you want to find the perfect staff int the perfect position we can apply that, need extra work you can volunteer as sales with us and have salary depend on your work, just work, educate your self, depends some responsibility on you, and that everywhere anywhere.

this project strength : my experience, simplify, no routine, many challenges, new concept, new idea, every place dealing with costumers need training, it cover the whole market, everyone seeking for work, every one fit in specific place and were happy and satisfed, everyone can learn and give, we explore skills and talent people.

when I have new client in new category business, the most important thing I should learn and learn about the business and regulations, rules, staff, HR, marketing the whole business is an project to me, cause he can asked for :

training his staff / managers & staff relationships/ workplace environment/ marketing wise / new channels/ new products / whats next? / more profit/ more income/ speciality/ more loyalty costumers/ events and creative ideas.

theres no obstacle, the human mind can put this obstacle, with effort and courage and love what we do for new happy day can we surprise the world.

one work palace want to kick out 5 employees, I asked about the reasons, need cutting cost, and these 5 employees had families and loans and liabilities, after talking and negotiation and understand the whole work process he kept them as part time and I found them another shift in another place cause I know their capabilities, attitudes during to the right behavior, correct belifes and cognitive elaborations, clearly message, highly motivation, solve problems staff face it, keep their environment smoothly by learning and educations and passion, we changing people attitudes, behaviors.

my project is unique because its new authentic idea from me, from an entrepreneur lady, my passion to have perfect soceity, educated people, professional, have academy to train trainers in soft skills, in their work, why not to progress, make change in them.

currently it just only me, I'm doing everything, its depend on my experience, cause working towards a higher purpose means a business should exist for more than just making profits, Businesses should have a higher purpose for their existence, and in my project the strength depends on human, on people, develop people skills, so develop their work, develop their confidence, develop salary, develop emotional contentment, helping people find more job, more secured jobs, for who's not finishing their education the have chance to work also, improve their character and personality 

for next I want to open an academy for training, within 5 years be the one and only in training the staff, the only accredited certification in Jordan and out side Jordan,branches along Jordan, and offices in another countries, has a large costumers & trainers & trainee based, everybody want from me to give them training, let every customer satisfied from the service which offered to him/her, let transfer our soft skills in another higher level, not life is theoretical, is practical.

just only the fund and the money to Strat strong.

because that im applied to the elevate prize program in order to have this opportunity and chance, because im believing in chance and hope.

local business, local SME business, in amman currently, but with zoom and virtually technology I can reach more and connect more, in session and webinars.

fund my work through hire employee, rent a place, operational fees, taxes and the whole regulations paper, for the volunteer from society they need a salary also (their working percentage depends and relate to their effort in work and bring potential customers ), we are selling services, and in long term yes my revenue stream should cover my expected expenses.

I'm targeting to win in the big prize, cause I'm believing in my self, believing of much am dedicated women, I know I'm deferent, not waiting anybody to tell me that, cause I knew it since I was 7 years, independent small girl, believing that my limit is the sky, want to achieve sth different and global and I will, n one can stop my dream, no one can let me down, seeking foe 300,000$

I'm applying to have my chance to win the fund, to start my work widely and widely, built my name, my career, open my academy, start my program, spread the words everywhere, learn and give, helping people, helping their family, my society my area my country, fly and go around and around, out side Jordan, built the intelligence everywhere, the conscious of businesses value and care for is involved in the operations core, so creates more loyal customers, passionate, empowered team members, purposeful investors who aren’t looking for a quick exit, and flourishing communities in which the business operates.
