and these are: the elderly, homeless people, children with cancer, groups with addiction problems and groups with intellectual disabilities, people who lost their homes in the earthquake, Mexican deportees, and micro producers (MSMEs); and now helps health workers as well.

1. YODARTA will give access to roughly 80 million poor people in Mexico to food, aid, and staple products through Blockchain. No platform in Mexico is undertaking such endeavor. We will improve MSMEs income and market participation.
2. YODARTA Blockchain platform empowers disadvantaged sectors of society, ushering them into the new economy through unprecedented means and technology, fostering the creation of an alternative development, and leaning on algorithms to create equality among farmers, producers and MSMEs.
3. A springboard commercial platform to develop marginalized sectors of society country-wide; a tool for building a fair, inclusive, secure and democratic digital economy.
With great happiness and pride, we are positive YODARTA lays the foundations for comprehensive cultural preservation through sustainability, social protection, and care for the environment.
A springboard commercial platform to develop local producers country-wide, anywhere in the world. Scalable and replicable: eCommerce platforms have shown a 150% grow compared to the previous year in Mexico, generated by its 20% of rich population (UN, World Bank).
YODARTA Blockchain platform, leaning on algorithms to create equality, will give means and access to the unaccounted 80% of poor people, including producers and farmers; because no platform in Mexico will undertake such endeavor. Community-driven: employing producers and farmers locally is a priority.
Training and strategic alliances to generate income with other companies across borders is key to rebuilding communities and their economies.
Income and fees (additional to sales volumes): Remittances market for community currency: global average fee for sending money across borders is 7.3% . A global market size of $452 billion dollar, according to World bank. Saving and Credit Cooperative (SACCOs) Blockchain model emulation: a market of $8,321,067,088 USD in Mexico alone, with 8,548,262 customers.
We will solve fraud issues to which people are constantly exposed with all their savings stolen. Corporate Giants can sign up too, as sponsors/donors in exchange of tax deductions. Post Covid-19 commerce will thrive in the digital world, emerging economies included.
Events are recorded on YODARTA's Blockchain:
A trade is recorded. The record lists the details, including a digital signature from each party.
The record is checked by the network. The network itself checks the details of the trade to make sure it is valid.
The records that the network accepted are added to a block. Each block contains a unique code called a hash. It also contains the hash of the previous block in the chain.
The block is added to the blockchain. The hash codes connect the blocks together in a specific order.
A hash code is created by a math function that takes digital information and generates a string of letters and numbers from it. Any change to the original input will generate a new hash. The changed hash breaks the chain.
YODARTA priority is to employ producers locally, providing training and generating income with other local companies as the key to rebuilding communities and their economies. With this, open new opportunities for Mexican producers with products of high potential and avoid food waste.
A commercial incubator, where partners can display brands and products.
Previously, we made a call seeking micro producers in the states near Mexico City and throughout the country, of organic, non-organic and healthy food made with only Mexican raw materials, new products that are not yet in any distribution channel and are only sold locally as dehydrated products, beverages, confectionery, almond milk, coconut, oils, flour, sugar substitutes, food supplements, among others. Over 500 MSMEs signed in to the program. Bottom line rationale is to bring local products to Mexican homes.
By aiding Mexican displaced populations with staple goods and hot meals, we found out that along with lack of food, lack of shelter is tragically a tandem occurrence, and in a high percentage (almost 40%). This actually ignited in us a sound community approach in everything we do. We have supported over 20,000 people in Mexico City and 4 additional States ever since with: Food, essential supplies, home reconstruction, legal advice and inclusion to the community.
Our priority is to support and strengthen vulnerable groups and at risk, through proactive and responsible participation. We would impact a population of 1 million striving Mexicans through our help every year, in proportional incremental figures.
- Elevating opportunities for all people, especially those who are traditionally left behind
YODARTA lays the foundations for comprehensive cultural preservation through sustainability, social protection, and care for the environment.
The necessary structural reforms, as well as investments in sustainable projects will boost growth. We are an official tax exempt organization where you can deduct charitable contributions for this very reasons.
It is imperative to eliminate the factors that put pressure on our infrastructure, labor markets,
security and tourism. The social fabric and economic stability are at risk, now more than ever.
We want to help people with great potential access to commercial channels and financial support, who cannot develop otherwise.
YODARTA NGO was originally born from the September 2017 earthquake that shook several States in Central Mexico.
Giving continuity to our caring project, we became an official Tax Exempt Nonprofit Organization authorized by the Mexican Government.
The three YODARTA founders, with the support of its advisory committee and all of the volunteers, are involved. We are tightly regulated by Mexican authorities (several agencies apply).
We need funding to go digital with our Blockchain development for several reasons: to reach millions of people, to increase effectiveness in transactions and produce life, and to quickly adapt to post COVID-19 reality.
Transforming people's grief into joy is our source of inspiration; there is no denying it is an exchange of unique experiences that produce personal satisfaction.
Our priority is to support and strengthen vulnerable groups and at risk, through proactive and responsible participation, instilling a sustainable mentality. Thousands of Mexicans are in despair in the face of social and economic breakdown, as well as social inequality in poverty. Thus we foster self-employment and integration into society, increasing their skills.
Lack of support in Mexico is extremely high, and we are positive we will be able to improve many Mexican lives, through our initiatives, with your help.
International prominence for community integration efforts through innovation: this will result in better partnerships and international support.
To create new spaces in the communities that need it most.
To become the bridge of cooperation between Mexico and nations, for people at risk.
To be the appointed nonprofit by governments, institutions, charities, organizations, corporations and people.
Now, with very few resources but with a lot of dedication, we are actively donating thousands of COVID-19 protection kits to health workers. We save lives, one by one!
With very few resources but with a lot of dedication, we have helped several sectors of society for more than 20 years independently, and these are: the elderly, homeless people, children with cancer, groups with addiction problems and groups with intellectual disabilities, people who lost their homes in the earthquake, Mexican deportees, micro producers (MSMEs), and now we are aiding health workers.
Both the lack of philanthropy and the poverty level in Mexico are extremely high, making our volunteering efforts in the region nothing short of a miracle. Still, we are positive we will be able to improve many Mexican people lives with our initiatives. YODARTA Blockchain platform, will give means and access to the unaccounted 80% of poor Mexican people, including producers and farmers; because there is no platform -anywhere- addressing the issue at this level.
Over 20,000 lives touched with roughly $3000 USD, in the span of 3 years--imagine what we can achieve on a budget! We could help over 70 million people! and avoid the waste of produce incidentally. Blockchain is a much needed tool for building a fair, inclusive, secure and democratic digital economy here in Mexico.

Today political turbulence is one of the main threats to Mexico's financial stability and economic recovery. The President's concern is that in 2020 Mexico will link its second consecutive year with an economic contraction that will put the country into a recession. There is no money to support its social programs, much less the infrastructure projects it has underway.
Surmounting our economic challenges as a nonprofit these past years in a third world country with very little support, helped us achieve simple solutions to old problems, with a fresh outlook. Turns out there's an upside to scarcity: it is called inventiveness.
We sure can unite all potential audiences, through a Blockchain proprietary platform, now needed more than ever due to the coronavirus pandemic!
Sparing no effort, we have achieved domestic and international prominence, and a great number of strategic alliances, giving our initiatives an opportunity to thrive:
Elementia Corp. and an undisclosed Pharmaceutical became donors for health workers protective kits against coronavirus.
Local bakery Caramel, along with people from Canada and Spain have donated to help cook hot meals for vulnerable people. Motorcycle group "Nomads", in addition to our volunteers, distribute them.
Digital platforms have helped us go viral with several efforts, delivery apps have helped as well. Red Cross has provided Chefs to help us cook.
HomeDepot, OOCL (Costco Shipping) have participated providing industrial liabilities for community reconstruction.
Google benefits us with free online advertising.
Nestle is contemplating a joint youth integration program.
Ministry of the Interior of Mexico interviewed YODARTA about its reconstruction efforts and self-sustaining communities.
YODARTA has been recently invited by the Government of Aruba to present its initiatives to its Prime Minister. Check it out:
- Nonprofit
YODARTA is a nonprofit organization originally born from the September 2017 earthquake that shook several States in Central Mexico. We have supported over 20,000 people ever since with: Food, essential supplies, home reconstruction, legal advice and inclusion to the community. Giving continuity to our caring project, we became an official Tax Exempt Nonprofit Organization authorized by the Mexican Government. Our priority is to support and strengthen vulnerable groups and at risk, through proactive and responsible participation. Now, we are actively donating thousands of COVID-19 protection kits to health workers. We save lives, one by one!
YODARTA's blockchain platform will focus on solutions for the MSMEs sector with a radical community approach: an app for food, aid, and staple products allocation (and bartering) for a closed community, comprised mainly by farmers, producers, MSMEs and vulnerable groups (beneficiaries) under a subscription model. Members will receive training and sponsorship. Revenues will benefit all community, not only the NGO. So this is our approach to the new type of eCommerce: It's for the people.
Blockchain is now an essential solution for building a fair, inclusive, secure and democratic digital economy in a third world country like Mexico in dire need for help through disruptive innovation.
Features of our Blockchain: disintermediation, immutability, transparency, near-real time, effortless transactions.
We do not know of any entity undertaking an endeavor like this. We are a young NGO; all that we have achieved has been through donations; over 20,000 lives touched with roughly $3000 USD,and in 2.5 years! imagine what we can achieve on a budget! The social enterprise approach allows this NGO and its projects to have sustainable community innovation. We aim to achieve so much with very little; by helping millions of people with a viable platform, will prove a high return on investment. And that is our work of magic.
YODARTA Blockchain platform empowers disadvantaged sectors of society, ushering them into the new economy through unprecedented means and technology, fostering the creation of an alternative development, and leaning on algorithms to create equality among farmers, producers and MSMEs.
Big corporate names would enter only on a "patronage" status for sponsorship purposes, only to reward beneficiaries in exchange of tax deductions: lets remember YODARTA is an official Tax Exempt organization. Income and fees (additional to sales volumes): Must remain flat; price swing is not democratic and has demonstrated great user abuse in supply-demand ratios.
Remittances--a global market size of USD $452 billion. Blockchain emulation of SACCOs: a very significant social sector in the economy of the population, with USD $8 billion in Mexico alone, and over 8 million customers, who fully identifies with the market of savings and credit cooperatives, and makes our value proposition even more interesting. We will solve fraud issues to which people are constantly exposed with all their savings stolen. In Mexico, 20 million tons of food are wasted per year, an approximate cost of 25,000 million dollars. Thus, to rescue and distribute still fresh produce to community kitchens is part of YODARTA Blockchain sustainable cycle.
Database of over 500 MSMEs ready to begin commercial activity, even bartering
Customers, obtained through YODARTA's community outreach (very pro active since 2017)
Sponsors/Corporations, obtained through YODARTA's lobbying efforts (very pro active since 2017)
Blockchain platform applied to target groups (we can develop in 6 months with former Tech Industry execs already very interested)
A Big global Market (additional to platform revenue) $452 billion dollar, for remmitances --part of our economic model and trading. Average fee for sending money across borders is 7.3% (according to World bank). Blockchain emulation of SACCOs.

We have supported over 20,000 people in Mexico City and additional States in the past years.
YODARTA has indeed fed over 7500 people. YODARTA has helped over 500 families with community reconstruction: Tools, clothes, legal advise, medicines, furniture, among others.
Currently, we have donated over 3500 COVID-19 medical protective kits for health workers. many more thousands of lives saved by trifecta.

With great happiness and pride we save lives, one by one! Can you believe we have achieved all this with total donations of barely $3000 USD? Imagine what we could achieve with our Blockchain development to bring all of our support together online! We could help over 70 million people!
Through our Blockchain platform we will be able to reach between 500,000 and 1,500,000 members for its first year, expecting to reach up to 4,500,000 members by the fourth year and to have exponential growth (based on data from farmers in Mexico and MSMEs)
YODARTA wants to create sustainable communities developments based on shipping containers and industry liabilities (passives) for democracy in education and housing.
To create new spaces in the communities that need it most.
Replicable: built by the community itself and thus generate self-employment and integration in society, increasing their skills. A commercial incubator, where partners can display brands and products.
Community will run on our Blockchain platform. So growth figures would be exponential yearly.
We live by our cardinal values:
Cultural preservation. Preserve culture for generations to come; YODARTA lays the foundations for comprehensive social protection through sustainability and care for the environment.
New solutions for atavistic problems. It is imperative to eliminate the factors that put pressure on our infrastructure, labor markets, security and tourism. The social fabric and economic stability are at risk, now more than ever.
Deep restructuring. The implementation of the necessary structural reforms, as well as investments in sustainable materials in infrastructure and renewable energy will boost growth. We are an official tax exempt organization where you can deduct charitable contributions for these very reasons. A type of financial recycling in our eyes.
International prominence. For community integration efforts through innovation. This will result in better partnerships and international support.
To be the appointed nonprofit by governments, institutions, charities, organizations, corporations and people.
To become the bridge of cooperation between Mexico and nations, for people at risk.
In Mexico, obstacles come in all shapes and colors. Issues have become multi-factorial.
Current gov. does NOT believe in non profits, as expressed by the president. Any type of activism is dissident in essence for this establishment.
Due to widespread poverty, Corporations are extremely reticent with their budgets, so even if YODARTA is a Tax exempt organization where you can deduct charitable contributions, well, nothing is being deducted this way. As a result, philanthropy is dead in Mexico, and this has been a long way coming, to a point it may be permeated in culture by now.
So political, economical and possibly cultural barriers are at the top of the list. We are well spirited and positive with everything we do, but we are VERY well aware good will only gets us so far.
We would be very sad to see our initiatives slip away.
We are keeping it positive notwithstanding the bleakness of our global and local situation.
Right now overcoming social distancing is paramount: this is why our Blockchain initiative will bring interesting returns in many regards! and will bring vulnerable communities closer in what matters the most now: their commerce and income .
We are thrilled at the prospect of helping millions of people developing their own products and MSMEs to usher into the (new?) present economy. And that is how we overcome.
If cultural barriers are indeed present, we will establish alliances with Collectives in rural/ marginalized areas to bring our benefits to all their members and translate our initiative to them 100%
Sparing no effort, we have achieved domestic and international prominence, and a great number of strategic alliances, giving our initiatives an opportunity to thrive:
Elementia Corp. and an undisclosed Pharmaceutical became donors for health workers protective kits against coronavirus.

As a nonprofit, we only need seed capital to develop our Blockchain platform, a combination of grants and investment capital will work.
We've got everything we need to launch:
- Database of over 500 MSMEs ready to begin commercial activity, even bartering
- Customers, obtained through YODARTA's community outreach (very pro-active since 2017)
- Sponsors/Corporations, obtained through YODARTA's lobbying efforts (very pro-active since 2017)
YODARTA Blockchain becomes profitable the moment it is online, for several sources of Income, additional to its sales volumes:
Remittances--a global market size of USD $452 billion. Blockchain emulation of SACCOs: a very significant social sector in the economy of the population, with USD $8 billion in Mexico alone, and over 8 million customers, who fully identifies with the market of savings and credit cooperatives, and makes our value proposition even more interesting. We have not received seed funding yet. We help people with our own resources, but we really want to extend our help to millions of people in the post COVID-19 world. This is why we are seeking out recognition and funding abroad. I assure you. we will not find in Mexico.
Funding: a combination of grants and equity.

- Talent recruitment
- Marketing, media, and exposure
Funding and revenue model
The award will allow us to develop our Blockchain platform, and to reach its intended audience.
The expertise of prospect partners is needed for best practices in modeling several process in our digital platform: producers, their products, customers, transactions, sales.
Talent recruitment
Experts are needed in several fields. We would gladly employ (local) Mexican people for our project, but we really want to amp up our game given this opportunity. Thus, the possibility to have SOLVE specialists holding position in our platform processes is a very enticing proposition.
We would need training and professionalization in new techniques and processes, taught by specialists in each of the branches in our platform. This way, we will be offering the digital market a truly competitive brand.
Marketing
We want to establish the correct media strategies, appealing for all members of the community and the supply and demand chain.
We would like to partner with positive, mindful and well spirited organizations, akin to our community values. We don't think of their names so much as the mission we need accomplished.
