I am basically Advocate and Arbitrator, well versed with drafting and pleading. Well versed with programming skills. Started Non-profit organization on 03-30-2002, i.e., more than 18 years hence. With the object of serving poor and needy in the rural areas and slum dwellers without caste, creed, religions, and languages. We would wish that through our activities all women belonging to privileged strata or belonging to oppressed or underprivileged sections of the Society. For development and progress through adequate education, training and health Care to improve their social and economic conditions and are able to share their Opinions through a common platform. I  keep an eye on the big picture, revolve around the recruitment and placement of employees; screening job candidates,conducting interviews, background checks, prepare organizational charts,  being chief fund’s raiser, acting as the primary spokesperson for the organization, and conducting fundraising functions. Act as liaison to the board of directors. 

Through its positive vision, perception,activities and representation would strive to ensure that Women from rural and slum dwellers engaged in business,home-making,development- activities, and conducting women and child programs and women who are underprivileged, get equal opportunities to enjoy the blessings by becoming a part of the mainstream.They get enlightened and participate in all social and economic actions which not only help build beautiful and strong families, community and the nation but also share the same platform as others to enhance cooperation and sisterhood with other nations through media, interaction and international collaboration,women belonging to privileged strata or belonging to oppressed or underprivileged sections of the Society, whether engaged in business or home-making, get equal opportunities, progress through adequate education, training and health Care to improve their social and economic conditions and are able to share their Opinions through a common platform. And strive for human equality, gender equality and Transgender.

Victory Social welfare Association, Door No.115-12-214, Konthamuru (Rural), Rajahmundry, PIN- 533102, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India is located at 16.980N 81.780 E with an average elevation of 14 meters (46 feet) 228.8 km2 Area.  Tehsils 64(2) Airport is located. Central Jail is located. With population of 3.42 lakhs of which male and female are 168,735 and 173,096 respectively. As per census 2011. Website: eastgodavari.ap.gov.in.  Sex ratio is 1026 per 1000 males, child sex ratio 969 per 1000 boys. Victory Social Welfare Association, Door No. 40-13-54, Dharmanagar (Slum dwellers) Visakhapatnam, population as per estimation in 2019 is 4.3072 Million. Coordinates 170 42’15” N 830 17’52”E, 978 females per1000 males Transgender population is 1,500, In the rural area most of them are illiterate, working in quarry for crushing black stones, the family members are manual crushing the stones in their houses and sell them in the open markets and others are maintain auto rickshaws for their livelihood. The inhabitants are not having proper employments. Our organization is conducting garments production for women for their lively hood. For old people, we are maintaining old age home for widows, elders, physical handicapped and legally blind people by providing them sufficient in fractures.

Our organization to started a campaign for poor and needy  “'Feeding India' to save daily wage labourers, the homeless population, beggars, slum-dwellers, several low-income groups as well as the elderlies who live alone need enough food to stay alive.  Our organization will provide food support to the daily wager communities that are currently unable to support their family’s food requirement. Our organization aims at providing 50000 hands wash, 50000 sanitizers, and Coronavirus testing Kits to screening of patients with flu symptoms to confirm or rule out the Covid-19 within two and half hours. And our organization is in capacity to feed 200 meals a day at present as per circumstances, our organization will plan to increase the same.Government of India issued a letter in favour of our organization to avail rice and wheat from Food Corporation of India by subsidized rates also. Today we are reaching out to nearly 5,000 more households and we request your good self to be kind enough to consider our organization’s proposal to enable our organization to help the needy and poor in rural areas and slum dwelling areas to survive the pandemic,for which kind action,our organization shall ever thankful to you Sir. VICSWA CARE 1) Women and Child Welfare Programs, care
about children below 5 years, maintain mother, baby combined medical of care and to provide a safe and nurturing environment. Support during false labors, to create a safe and welcoming environment for the better health of mother and  baby. 2) Community Development Programs to promote confidence among rurality’s, reliance in the village community, psychological level of the rurality’s collaborate with panchayats, Co-operative societies, Vikas Mandal etc., 3) Aid Awareness Programs including TB, Malaria, efforts are being put in place to take care of vulnerable people, gender equalities, we work for teenagers and young women to HIV/AIDS/TB and Malaria. Preventing new HIV cases,4) De-addiction Programs including Tobacco, 5) Medical Camps coupled with referral to the concerned specialist hospitals, government hospitals, primary health centers,  6) Environment Projects, 7) Garment Production, 8) Consumer Awareness Programs, 9) Educational Programs 10) Computer literacy programs for SC/ST under support of ONGC 11) Old Age for widows, elders, orphans, legally blind people, as seniors is socially isolated at home and wants to be surrounded with friends and have access to activities, senior has dementia/Alzheimer  and is no longer safe living alone, needs supervision 12) Housing Projects.

The main challenges  to sustainable development which are global in character include poverty and exclusion, unemployment, climate change, food security, no hunger is now facing a lot in this covid-19 Pandemic, daily wage earners, beggars, unemployed, old people, are suffering a lot, and health concept in the rural areas are to be corrected, community development for the well-being of the society at large, education system is has to be streamlined, for want of quality education, sanitation and drinking pure water, now due to lock-down all industries, innovations, and fractures are shut-down, conflict and humanitarian aid, building peaceful and inclusive societies, building strong institutions of governance, and supporting the rule of law. With legal background, I had been twice to Kuwait and rescued house maids from the clutches of Kuwaiti and had been to Musket and rescued house maids from the clutches of Omnis, who are all belongs to our areas .I maintain good leads in Gulf areas and other countries. We are ever visiting women prisoners, with children of 200 members in central Jail regularly. Maintained transgender in slum areas and solved to enroll in the voter list. The main problem that they have no Adhar identification, the main problem, and the owners of the residents will not allow them to use their residential address for procuring Adhar identification.  Amazingly together with my team, we are consistently awarded for being the Best Organization. This was accomplished through fostering team work and giving high value to quality,productivity and integrity.

I solved high incidence of crime against women such as rape, acid throwing, dowry killings, honor-killings and the forced-prostitution of young girls and, I represented on behalf our organization to Kuwait three times in last three years, and rescued house maids in the clutch of Kuwaitis, and developed contacts with Indian Embassy at Kuwait and renounced lawyers at Kuwait too and rescued house maids in the clutch of Omanis at Musket, who are belongs to this area. Our organization worked for last 18 years on continuous of rights, violations and deprivation. Strengthening feminist voice, movement labour, Autonomy, decisions and sexual rights,access to justice,environment justice,for the cause of protect human rights and gender equality. Representing number of criminal cases in the concerned jurisdiction,mediation, arbitration settlement on behalf of our organization successfully, represented Cumming, Atlanta; Plano, Texas,USA settled family disputes on behalf of the organization amicably. The organization is undertaking responsibility for welfare of female prisoners including children of 120 members in Central Jail of this area. We are serving transgender people in Visakhapatnam alone 1500 as per records and solved their problem of enlisting their names in Indian government's voter list.We are running Old age home for widows,elders,and legally blind people

We are serving the society since more than 18 years with branches in Andhra Pradesh equipped with experience staff and volunteers, there is no need for other organization partnership for our organization
