Good Beliefs for Good Life

About 20 years practical experience after graduation form Faculty of Science. This period including about 14 years in IT field with hands-on Experience in Industrial & Governmental Projects.

This period also including about 6 years experience in Training field, where I am working as Instructor and Soft Skills Trainer. This work period including about 8 years in Kuwait. I am Training and Teaching the following Programs and Subjects:

- Skills of Effective Communication.

- Modern Management 

- Change Management

- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) 

- Problem Solving - Leadership Skills - Team Work.

 -Time Management.

- Written Communication.

- The Art of Decision Making. - Business Awareness.

And other Human Development programs.

I finished many human development projects successfully.

My main goal is to correct misconception and influence people's life and culture.

I think that the main reasons for the miserable life of most people are misconception, wrong believes and bad thoughts. Specially, religious and social believes.

And therefore, the first step to influence people's life is to correct the misconception.

So, I have presented many human development courses with this target, and the results were amazing!

I presented these courses and programs as an instructor and trainer in an educational company (YAT Solutions) and in the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) in Egypt.

These programs were addressed to governmental employees, Banks and Companies employees, and University students.

So, I hope to expand the application of this experiment, through making similar training programs or through TV programs I think that such programs will help many people to enhance their lives.

The main problem is the misconception and wrong believes of many people.

This culture makes these people fanatic, violent and racist. This problem is widely exist in the Arab and Muslim communities.

To solve this problem, I presented many courses and programs to change these thoughts. I want to expand my experiment to more communities sectors.

This project will include the most sectors and levels of Arab and Muslim communities. Changing their culture and way of thinking will solve many personal and social problems.

As a human development trainer, I'm teaching people some soft skills. This includes way of thinking and problem solving. So, I noticed the problem of misconception and wrong believes and its effect on people's life.

When I tried to solve this problem, I studied some misconception existing in my community and tried to correct them.

I got great results, most of participants were changed and were happy. These results motivated me and made me very passionate about this role!

As a trainer and influencer, I have many skills enabling me to affect people and change their thoughts. These skills include communication skills, miscellaneous knowledge, Karisma, ...

I have a long and good experience in my field and I completed many successful projects. These projects included a variety of people sectors, cultures, levels and so. I was able to deal with most of them and inhance their lives.

As a trainer and speaker, I must be a LEADER!

There are many many human development trainers everywhere.

But few of them can really affect their community.

The reason is that they try only to learn people some soft skills and motivate them.

They do not try to change or modify people's thoughts and believes.

But I'm trying to do.

My theory of change is: to be able to change people's behavior, you must start with their believes.

To reach to more people through direct training or via media.

Working in training is a part time job. My main job is IT Manager.

So, I'm restricted by many barriers:

1- I do not have enough time to present more training programs

2- The official training programs of the organizations I working for. Which do not allow enough time for changing programs.

3- I do not have enough money to make my own studio to present professional programs in the media

1- When I earn more money, I will be able to cut some times from my main job to present some training courses.

2- I will make some independent programs without the restriction of official programs.

3- I'm trying to save the money for establishing my own studio.

Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI), and some private organizations and training companies.

We presenting some official training programs including soft skills and behavior modification.

I'm depending on the financial policy and the official programs of the organizations I work for, and get only my salary.

This policy and programs schedule are strongly affected by the local conditions, such as university seasons, annual vacations, social and religious events, and so on.

So, I cannot depend on these programs income.

I need funds (grants) to be financially independent.

I need about 200K USD annually to make my special programs and courses.

For the rest of the year 2020, I estimate a budget of about 100k $.
