Dropque is a HRTech company that accelerates the hiring process without compromising candidate quality. We provide high growth enterprises with an intelligent dashboard that enables them create one way video interviews and receive responses to them from candidates seamlessly. The dashboard contains an intelligent assessment assistant that analyzes Candidate responses including emotions, personality, competence and fit. The Assessment assistant can by the choice of the Recruiter create a high quality shortlist out of all the Candidate responses based on it's cognitive analysis thus saving the recruiter even more time for in depth face to face conversations with the highest quality candidates from their talent pool.
We don't stop at just building and selling software. With the help of our partners we train at risk youth in West Africa in exponential technologies like AI and Data science, Block Chain and Cryptography as well as Augmented reality and Virtual reality. Our premise is simple.If Africa is rising, it's talent need to rise to be valuable for the future.

Dropque is an application of existing technologies to a problem that hasn't been solved. With all the technology available, Recruiters receive applications from candidates at internet speeds and assess them using a 1930's process. We use emotional analysis, cognitive insights, personality assessments, webrtc technology and in depth competence analysis to make hiring a breeze without compromising quality.
Technology is integral to Dropque's DNA. This is why we are involved with our partners in helping train Africa's future AI and data scientists, Cloud Specialists, Blockchain Developers and AR/VR designers. The technology we have integrated into the Dropque solution will help Global corporations and companies get access to the immense talent pool that is Africa.
We are expanding our training program across the West African region and changing the participant composition to focus more on women in technology. We hope to train 15,000 new talent in total over the next 12 months.
We believe we will help Companies interview over 700,000 Candidates within the next 12 months and roll out our AI powered video proctoring tool to help proctor examinations and aptitude tests.
Our solution is already being used to hire significantly in post conflict areas. We want to step this up and help organizations reduce institutional bias against minorities, women and disadvantaged communities in general. Secondly, with more resources coming from sales of our software we will be better able to scale our training programs to actually work with companies to anticipate their talent needs and train young, brilliant people regardless of location to meet that talent demand before it is needed. This is something w are confident of doing at scale.

We attract our enterprise customers primarily through Direct sales efforts and work to deliver an exceptional recruiter experience and prompt customer issue resolutions. One tactic we use to ensure retention is display candidate feedback on their experience with our system to the recruiters thus cementing how much of a value add our product is to the recruiter.
We retain candidates through both our training efforts and our online community where candidates share experiences, opportunities and resources amongst each other.
We are serving 5 Startups and 1 enterprise operating across 19 different African countries.
Over 6,000 candidates interviewed and 780 got offers with 50% of them using our system from rural locations. Our app is mobile web enabled, accessible both from a mobile device or PC.
A Ghanaian graduate can take interviews with more companies and get more chances to pitch her experience and unique capabilities using Dropque without travelling hundreds of kilometers to answer canned interview questions and be rejected due to bias after spending all her life savings on transport and accommodation from city to city.
In 12 months we believe we will have helped companies interview 700,000 candidates. In 3 years we will be interviewing 5 million candidates. There are two major ways we will be serving them; One is by providing training in exponential technologies as we have already indicated we do but at scale via a combination of both online and classroom education designed to position them for the most relevant roles in the market. Second is through our employment coaching AI service that will help prep candidates for face to face interviews after successfully taking a Dropque interview.

We have significant sales acumen built up from selling technology to Enterprise and medium sized companies. We have raised funding to run the company so far and believe we have the skill, network and competence to raise more funding. Our team has significant expertise in technology. We are consistently working with highly complex exponential technologies especially AI (cognitive emotional analysis and personality insights).
Our revenue model revolves around charging the Companies who use our solution to interview a one-time implementation fee and a small monthly subscription for each user seat. Our revenue model gets the Company to pay for interviewing the candidates. As we continue training valuable talent that can not easily be found elsewhere our solution becomes a lot more valuable as Companies will also have to pay to get access to the talent pool.
Dropque is applying to Solve because of the Commitment of Solve and its network to solve real world problems which will affect the very next generation (our children). Dropque is committed to solving the future of work problem for the African continent and the Global South and we see that Solve can help us get access to key networks, partners, learning materials and even volunteers to help upskill the next billion workers and the introductions that will get those workers into the companies prepared to build the future.
