My name is Shamsiya Lawali founder of Amira fashion design tailoring services. At Amira fashion design tailoring services we are rendering the service of designing unique female and children dresses such as gown Bubu and costume cotton bags based on the needs and choice of the customer. 

We also have learning platforms for youth ranging from 17 and 35 of ages. Where we teach them fashion design and its business skills. 

We been operational since August 2017 and between now and then we have at least  20 employment, and 720 skills training. 

And a round figure of around 500 customers from 4 different local government in our state Zamfara. 

We want to enlarge our business to one stop shop fashion design production company where everything can be getting by different clients needs. 

Due to inefficiency in fashion designers in our locality and the need to provide a quality well structure fashion design outfits in my local area we come up with a unique solution to those problems. 

Solution :Designing of unique fashion design outfits with quality material with the aim of making our customers look exceptionally unique at every function they go to at affordable cost.we also give outstanding design and learning environment to our apprentice and our teaching pattern increase our services in the market. 

The learning platforms for youth served as job creation in my locality which will help very much in reducing the massive numbers of unemployment especially for women in our state Zamfara. It will also help to inspired others to pursue their dreams and be among the people that contribute for the development of our society. Because women are competitive by nature

Because we are teaching youth fashion design which are going to become professionals one day and start their own businesses. They will also take apprentice who are going to become professionals and start their own businesses too and also take apprentice.

It will go on and on like this. This will serve as job creation for thousands. Which will help very much in reducing the massive numbers of unemployment and also help for the development of our society. 

Growing up I saw how most women in my local area are lazying around not able to support or depends on their self.  I promise to myself I would not be among those women who can't even support themselves let alone support others or contribute for the development of our society. 

That's is why I start Amira fashion design tailoring services so as to become independent woman who support herself, her family and also contribute for the development of our society. And also to inspired others to pursue their dreams and be successful too because women are competitive by nature. 

I always feel inspired when ever I see a successful business woman. That is why I never believe I'm weak just because I'm a woman. I believe I'm strong enough to make it and be successful just like any other man. More over I always have a passion for fashion since I was young which I got from my wonderful mentor and also a father. 

I have a very excellent mentor who teach me fashion design skills. And also being with him for almost 20 years make acquired more skills and experience in running a successful fashion design business. 

Despite my young age I manage to established organization ( Himma dai mata) for women in our local area where we encourage and support each others to stop being a liability on our families and start our own businesses in order to support ourselves our families and contribute for the development of our society. Despite my young age the members of organization prefer addressing their issues with me. Because of my good and understanble manner. And no matter what they obey me because of the believe, trust and confidence they have in me. Which make them respect me very much and I also respect them. They treat me like sister and a leader
