my name is Maisa and am an agricultural engineer i graduate five years ago and because i'm a woman and am in a Closed society i couldn't find a job in agricultural field so i started looking for a new one trying  to Dependent on myself to Providing my basic needs for food, clothing and housing . so i tried so many fields but the only one that i rely feel passion about was and stile leading businesses so since 2015 i took so many courses and started a few businesses by Participation in entrepreneurship competitions and i got  incubated from a business incubator - TTI - for a year and that was my big step to the entrepreneurship  world . and from here i want to start my new step on my company and start from A non-profit company to a good-profit company .

The printing house website offers an on-demand service for a group of products where the customer selects the product he wants with the specifications he wants and then downloads the design that he wants to be printed on and then requests his request for the product and payment is made through Online payment or payment upon delivery.

And the customer can use the products that he designs by making a special store where he markets them to his customers and when any customer requests his products he orders the product from the print house website and puts the customer data so we can deliver the product to the customer for the customer.

printing house website will make many things easier in a different ways and here is how: for the company's : - it's easy for the owner to see the final design of the costume or the Advertising product for example , and for sure he's going to be able to chose the fabric of the product ,the style , the color , the size , and what to print on the product. - the owner going to be able to compere the prices. - he can sake for free sample when ordering a large quantity of goods to inspect it . For individual customers: they going to have the same Ability to see the final design of the products , and for he is going to be able to chose the style , the color , the fabric ,  the size , and Of course the what to print on the product  .

printing house is a print on demand website that, the costumer visit and choose the product that he need in the attributes that he want . we take this order and send it to the presses to Product processing and send it finally to the costumer. we simply do contracts with many presses around the country that present the product that we present  on our website in order to get a  Wholesale products price , and we present the same product on the website on the market price , so when the Customer make an order we send the order to the closer presses to him to get the order on time.

The company will provide the service for two Target group and they are :

1- The companies and that because we believe that they need any kind of printing stuff specially for marketing  ,and that what we offer on the website , we are going target them using marketing on linked in SEO and there accounts on  Social Media.

 2- We will provide our services to ambitious youngsters who love adventure and exclusivity from the age of twenty and we will target using networks, social media and SEO .

i have a bachelor degree in agriculture field but because i'm a woman who lives in a Middle Eastern village community it's Unacceptable to work in agriculture field because they think that this filed is a man field and it's not allowed to a woman to be part of it , and that's the mane reason why i worked hard to start my own business ass soon as possible after i finished my study to  bear my personal expenses

i had a chance to be incubated in a business incubator last year so to complete my incubated condition i needed to find a good project to start with , so my project was to do listing to the presses in Jordan and the incubator  helped me to do  a website to It includes the presses but after a willed i find out that its not eyes to make money by listing and to solve this problem i start to looking on the web and asking the mentors to help me figure it out , after all one of the incubator mentor ask me to watch a video about  E-Commerce where the man in video start talk about dropshiping and print on demand and since that i start changed The direction of the company to the print on demand section

I tried so many field before the entrepreneurship like art, music, programming, graphic design, and many more but the only one that i want to stay in and want to keep learn about it and take as possible as i can courses to help me to have more knowledge about it  was the entrepreneurship , and when i got the Chance to be incubated in a Business incubator and start my own Business i worked hard to find a good and a Valuable idea to start with it my Business I could not take my eyes off the press field and how it has not yet been linked to websites and  applications in Jordan, so I took upon myself this task and considered it an unmissable opportunity to start a profitable project.

it's not my first time to be in a delivery position , i have been in this position twice once when i was in a Entrepreneurship competition 2 years a go and I won the  second place in the competition .

The second time was when i presented the idea of Printing House to a business incubator grant and obtained it In fact, any of these times was not easy, and the competition was with large numbers, especially when it came to the business incubator, where i competed with more than 500 people, the topic was never easy, and even the commitment to  incubator  entrepreneurship was one of the most difficult past stages in my life and  It requires a lot of commitment, the ability to learn, and a lot of chest capacity to accept advice, but of course today I can say that I came out with good knowledge , but the most important thing is that I got inspirational and mentors from companies, lawyers and people with high experience in different business field . I know I have not much experience, but today I have the ability to learn, which always enables people to progress, and it is important to mention the mentors with experience who I can communicate with to help me find appropriate solutions for each challenge. Knowledge and the ability to learn is the force needed to meet any challenge

When I applied for the incubation grant last year, I had to present an innovative idea for a pioneering project, and i had to do a long search process that started on YouTube and Google, where I noticed one of the projects and it was about printing on T-shirts - for me the idea was new - but when I researched in the local market i found out, the idea is already present in abundance, and here i had an idea why I do not collect all the owners of this craft in one place so that customers can choose what suits them and then  why I do not add them to the large presses as well. Indeed, this is what happened, where i   present the idea to the business incubator and agreed to it,  we started preparing the website and the smart application. But this is not the end of course, as during the incubation period we got to know a lot of mentors and every one of them opened up our ideas about our projects and this is what happened to me specifically, I started working on developing the project idea until it becomes what it is now.

At the end of my undergraduate studies, there was training on life skills in a club located in the region and part of the training was learning how to do volunteer initiatives that help society to progress by using the business model canvas, and by the end of the training each person had to choose a group and make an initiative to solve a specific challenge and to submit to a jury that one team will win the challenge, then me and three of my friends start a team formation and we have put many challenges that we young people suffer in that period, and we found that choosing to study at the university is one of the most important challenges that suffers Including youth, and accordingly we filled the canvas model and developed many solutions to this challenge, but the most appropriate solution was to conduct training workshops for young people from ages 15 to 18 to help them understand the most appropriate way to choose their educational direction, by identifying their passions, abilities and goals. We managed to win the challenge, and our initiative was supported by USAID. The initiative witnessed many successes.

Innovation does not necessarily have to be a new invention, it can also be to facilitate or accelerate a specific process that takes a lot of time and effort and also open the field to the customer with greater options and allow him to innovate, and this is what we offer to customers the customer can print what he wants on the product he chooses with the specifications that Proportionate and affordable

Today everyone is looking for ways to facilitate the difficult and reduce the steps of work, which reduces the financial burden, whether in government or private sectors.
In government sectors, governments try to switch to electronic government, meaning that the citizen can issue his government transactions through the press of a button without the need to go to the government institution and wait for the role until he can obtain a specific request.
In the private sector, employers try to shorten many steps to reduce the high costs
Here comes the role of applications that provide services such as delivery service and transportation service, whether for individuals or materials, and there are a lot of applications that provide networking services between the customer and the stakeholder, and this is what we offer where we do networking between the customer and printing companies, which increases the income for the printing press. And also it makes it easier for the customer to search operations that take a lot of time and it can take a lot of effort and also can be expensive.

In the field of the expansion process is easy, whether expanding the number of products that we offer or expanding on the map, so my next goals will be as follows:
Within a year we will increase the number of products that we offer to customers as we will add products suitable for the season
Example:
In the summer season we will add t-shirts and summer hats
In the winter season, we will add hoodies and winter hats
And so on ..
As for my goals after five years, it will be entering the markets of neighboring countries like the Gulf, where we will have good experience in dealing with the markets and clients.
