My name is oluwaseun falope,Born October 25 1970 & a graduate of biochemistry, from the Ondo state university in Nigeria, I'm the CEO Xcolony group which is a community for young people in Nigeria, we are all about creating community where young Nigerians can find hope again and grooming the next generational leaders, my past experience in this aspect is that we are grooming up leaders that would not be vulnerable to cbyer crime, cultism, and disrespect at all levels and other social vices..

To this regard it's about leadership in Nigeria which you all know is synonymous to other African countries. in this part of the world  leadership is not based on merit it's about who you know,On my proposal for the project I'm proposing a leadership platform that will usher in the next generation of leaders between the ages of 25-39.for the project as regard to elevating humanity, it's a leadership platform based on integrity, Truth, fear of God and his principles,zero tolerance to corruption, no patience for injustice,and no tolerance for government incompetence,and above all no sympathy for leaders who fail Their citizens

Like I said earlier on leadership in Africa is not based on merit,take for instance in Britain under the leadership of Boris Johnson,a black and a Nigerian born British of age 39 by name olukemi adegoke was appointed children and families minister, she was elected on merit and also she lives in a society where hardwork is rewarded, where good university grades are rewarded, where politicians are elected based on their debates,ideas and manifestos, going down the memory lane majority of African countries are affected as regards leadership and not paving way for the younger generation to be in leadership, considering the age of people at the helm's (above 60+),I believe Xcolony main objective is to bridge the gap of crime,and leadership by developing transforming rebranding the minds of the millennials and the Z-generation in Nigeria for positive change. Going about the factors contributing to the project, the contribution's of young people in Nigeria is comprised by a host of challenges that is not only limited to the high vulnerability to poverty but also a low value orientation, restiveness, increasing level of drug addiction and breakdown in moral values and norm

My project is on leadership for youths and to create awareness,And to create an awareness for upcoming youths in leadership

Xcolony is a community for young people in Nigeria, we are all about creating community where young Nigerians can find hope again and by listening to other people stories, we are to create a community where young people can belong to be educated in an aspect,be empowered, motivated and take their lives in their own hands, We are creating a platform that young people can be involved in other activities that can build their youths and help project them to greater heights such as having a community where young people could be part of share views,engage in sport,music and other activities that gives them life....

It's about government and leadership which is the most difficult part and problem we have in Africa in general, it's high time that the leadership in Nigeria and Africa in general begin to imbibe having the age group of between 25&above being CEO of multinationals governors, ministers etc,

This project started a year ago when I saw the leadership traits of the government of Finland which is being led by a young woman most of whom are in their early 30,to be precise the prime Minister of Finland is a 34 year old woman by name sannna Marin.

Why I'm passionate about this project is that I want to groom the next younger generation of leaders to be corruption free knowing that governance is not about going to steal or embezzle public funds it's about serving the people and puting down a long lasting legacy that after they are long gone their work will speak for them

I believe I have a mind for positive change having have friends at the corridors of power and knowing the intrigues of governance at the top level I believe Xcolony is what can bring the change at this time leadership in Nigeria wants young minds

The governance in Nigeria is about a dog eat dog and to strife you must understand the game but Xcolony want to solve a leadership of the people who are to play elder statesman and adviser to pave way for younger generation even though is a great task but Nigerians are clamouring for such leadership even some of our former leaders are clamouring for the younger ones in administrative position and I believe Xcolony is coming at the right time.

Xcolony has groomed few youth's that are in the position of counsellors in local government and managers of companies..

What makes it unique is about the age bracket in leadership sector

My theory of change is to start having youths of the age bracket in all forms of leadership

The current people we're serving now would b about 50,in a year we should be looking at over 200,in five years we should have about 2000

Our goals is to build a solid foundation in all facets of youth world and to empower them for good change and to be leaders and heroes of affairs at all levels.how we plan to achieve this is to look for to look for potential in higher institution with people's that have leadership traits.

Financially this could be a limit as you all know anything that has to do with leadership/governance need funding cause some of the potential would have to go through some courses, training, empowerment programs etc

basically some of resources we have now are been source from friends and individual who believes in our project and know the potential of change in leadership.this are what we use in re-educating.

1)to inspire- we want to build a standard platform that inspires change of mindset to act on value based leadership to solve problems and improve lives of others in their community 2)Educate-we believe life is a circle we plan to educate people to educate people that would educate people giving materials and providing adequate knowledge and inovations on their mindset..

my financial sustainability intend to be the combination of all of  above

Funds raised for this project is raised only by friends and individual for now. Approximately at (5 thousand dollars)

i need a grant of 1 million dollar to be raised between now next year.

My estimated expenses is about 10,000 Dollars

Need finance to re-educate, training & leadership course

To achieve come the next general election (2023) to have more youths in leadership

Central bank of Nigeria (CBN)
