•Predominantly under 35 years which means that people with less corporate experience are more engaged than those with more corporate experience

•The majority with 1/2 founding members

•Less than 10% of ICT startups are funded by investors

•Almost half of SA ICT start-ups start with less than R50 000 investment

The solution

We aim to uplift skills on the African continent through this masterclass event by bringing more women to ICT

We need to bring more ict startups into being visible across the continent to attract business

We need to get them funded and partnered in order for them to thrive and survive

we need to bring more skills into ICT by training more local skills rather than importing skills that the continent does not have

We have numerous technologies to offer Africa -most of which do not exist on the continent. our solution to this problem is not technology based though our solutions are all unique and can solve many african challenges as cost disruptors. Our masterclass initiative is a process to solve the current challenges of ICT entrepreneurship and to that of lesser women being engaged in ICT

This is a new process -new initiative

We are an ICT company and small enterprise. Even if we have the best solutions in the world, the challenge is funding and outreach and visibility.

We need to create a forum that showcases africas ICT talents that we could port to the rest of the world

launch in south africa and then africa  and once is gains momentum, to the rest of the world

we aim to include as many smme into this programme and with a specific bias on women in technology.

this will have a ripple effect, ICT companies will be able to survive, attract investment and get their products out there-globally.

More women will be lead to ICT and we will constantly be driving new technology and skills upliftment on the continent

smme -we will be creating a forum for smme community  to subscribe to across africa

our solution to this problem is not merely a product, it is an entire inclusion of the ICT community in our country to assist smaller ICT companies and especially women in tech smme
