Pag’wuni Company limited is a hardworking and highly integrity agricultural company in Ghana. The company was formed in 2010 and registered in 2017. It is a registered farming company in Ghana with a registration number P0009057307, under the provision of sections 27 and 28 of the Ghana companies Act, 1963, Act 179. 

Pag’wuni limited has over 500 acres of land where we cultivate crops  and also assists farmers who are in to maize farming, groundnuts, soya beans, rice, most especially women. We also assist women who are into Shea butter processing. Pag,wuni company is a leading agro-production and marketing company in northern Ghana specialize in capacity building of smallholder farmers in basic entrepreneurship and modern agronomic practices, promotion of inventory credit (tractor service, seeds, fertilizers, herbicides), storage, and linking farm produce to marketing outlets in Ghana.

Pag’wuni limited operates  assists farmers who are in to maize farming, groundnuts, soybeans, rice, most especially women. We also assist women who are into Shea butter processing. the company was established purposely to fight poverty and hunger among women and the across the globe.

Aside the assistance, the company too has secured a 1000 acres of land at SAFAM, near a river in the Savelugu municipality in the northern region of Ghana. The purpose of securing that land is to establish an irrigation farm for the women during dry season. These will serve as a source of income to them during the dry season.

Pag'wuni company limited main concern is to alleviate poverty and banish hunger among women and elevate them and enhance self reliance among them.

In Ghana more than 80% of women are depending on their husbands and parents, most of them are sitting idle, they have nothing doing, especially women in the areas that we are working were so frustrated and there is hunger and poverty allover. pag'wuni company limited was established to support in addressing those issues. The company was able to carried out a research where many women were found sitting idle, so the company was able to got them and introduced them into farming.

pag'wuni company grouped the women in to four groups that is, maize farmers group, rice farmers group, soybeans farmers group and groundnuts farmers group, so every year the company support those women to farm. As the company was introduced to the communities that we are currently working on, the lives of women and the people in those communities have been changed and poverty and hunger have been alleviated.

Pag’wuni Company limited is located in the northern part of Ghana. Northern region has 50% of the total farmers in the country, of which Pag’wuni Company limited assists 1700 of women in the communities that we worked.

For the past 20 years, our parents too were smallholder farmers, until 2008, when they had a good harvest and sold it up, they also went and took a loan where they used one of their plot as collateral and used the money and went bought a tractor and a multi-harvester. They were using the machines in the farm for two years.

in the year 2010, when i completed school and came home, i told my father that we should start using the machines to be helping people, so he agreed with with. We started helping them on credit and they will pay after harvest. there was one of our grandmother who was called, Pag,wuni meaning, 'Thank God', so that noble woman died in the year that we started helping the farmers, so there was a that we thought of given the business a name, we came to conclusion that we should give the name of our grandmother to it and we all agreed, so we gave it by the name, Pag'wuni enterprise. Until 2017 when we wanted to register it and update it, and we 

then registered it with Pag'wuni company limited.

There is a saying that, if you save a life you would be hale as a savvier in other words,God. Anything that has to do with putting food on people's table is equivalent to saving of life and can be called as God. Because is only god who can provide food on people's table and he is the only one who can banish hunger and alleviate poverty.

So if pag'wuni company limited number one priority is to alleviate poverty and banish hunger among individuals, communities and so on, why won't one be passionate about it? More over pag'wuni company projects are always on women and as they say, if you educate a man you have educated one person but if you educate a woman , you have educated a whole nation. In order words, if you help a woman, that means that, you have succeeded in helping the whole world.

So we are passionate about our project because we are invoke in alleviating poverty and banishing hunger in our communities and even wish to go beyond.

Pag'wuni company limited services are always base on women and like i stated in the above if you are able  to elevate women and also alleviate poverty among them, that means, you have succeeded in alleviating poverty in the whole world. Alleviation of poverty and hunger banishment is the number one priority of pag,wuni company, and when there is poverty alleviation and hunger banishment , there would be food security and elevation of communities and individuals.

Our project team is a cohort, determined and an experienced team and are ready to deliver for the benefit of the entire communities, the region, and as well as the entire country. In addition the team is in the project for ten good years and has the experience on the project.

The team is a hardworking team which always tackles a challenge by defining its SWOT, that is; strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The project team is very effective and efficient and they will always capitalized on the project strengths and opportunities to over come its weaknesses and threats.

So if a team is good in SWOT analysis, they can solve every problem that come on their way.

Pag'wuni company limited believes that anything that one is going to do in this earth, there will be risk involve and so therefore pag'wuni company project team is made up of three crucial specialists that is; risk management specialists, financial analysis, and agricultural specialist.

Our project team is a cohort, determined and an experienced team and are ready to deliver for the benefit of the entire communities, the region, and as well as the entire country. In addition the team is in the project for ten good years and has the experience on the project.

A true leader is someone who staves him or her self to provide for other. in the year 2015, in fact that was a year of frustration, a year of bad luck for pag'wuni company limited, on the raining season of that year all our machines got broke down and we have to hire machine for our farmers to farm. Aside that that there was a poor rain fall during the season so there was a poor harvest.

During that year, there was a serious hunger in the communities, in fact that was a frustration moment, so we could not left them to their fate  we came up with strategies and and got some small resources for them. Had not been because the company had a cohort and a determine project team, we would have collapse by now. It was the hardworking and cohort project team who stood up and and applied strategies and that made us not to collapse.

So with our past experiences , I 

an say that there will not be any challenge which can over come our able team.
