Since the year 2006 , I started planning and purchasing school supplies, making a comprehensive study of those schools, making maps, and contacting engineers, technicians, and professors, and it was opened in March 2019.

The problem that you are committed to solving: providing advanced education and solving the problem of unemployment in all countries that create a strong infrastructure.

The project that you propose is 115 schools developed in Sudan that contain small and medium internal factories to cover local consumption by introducing German and international curricula, equipment, devices, laboratories and experts.

The goal of this project that elevates humanity: a person needs to teach trainees and employment, as well as governments need those who are building their infrastructure, which is provided by this project (education, training, employment, development, qualification, manufacturing)

 And the targets: From the age of 4 years - the end of life of citizens and workers in the state, divided into 5 levels (education, training, qualification, development, and employment), they are employed in various fields within schools and factories.

Low education problems lead to economic and security problems and social differences. It also led to high unemployment as a result of widespread patronage and extreme poverty,

This project comes to solve the education problems on the one hand and on the other hand it provides skilled hands to create an excellent infrastructure, and the third dimension is to solve the employment problems in my country which leads to reducing immigration and smuggling, especially illegal ones to Europe and other countries

Idea: When I was teaching in Sudanese village schools in 2004 on the Al Jazeera project in Sudan where I recently graduated, the idea came to mind when I was a Sudanese customs officer at inspection stations in the dry port where I learned a lot of international technology, and I spoke when I worked at Omdurman ِAlahllia University  in Khartoum is a trainer and teacher in the German laboratories of Lucas https://www.lucas-nuelle.com/ Since 2010 until now and I am the first Sudanese to train modern German technology in Sudan - who brought him to the university Professor Ali Ahmed Ali - Dean of the College of Engineering in that Time.

The German embassy was contacted with uncle and found out the application of this type of education, and the embassy promised that there is a delegation from the Ministry of Economy and Development will visit German technology schools as well as Lucas laboratories at Omdurman Alallia  University

My reason for carrying out this project is that we are a country that loves education, and parents want to invest in their children, and Sudan has not seen the light in advanced technological education yet, and we suffer from instability in educational curricula and educational policies, and we use education as a culture only. With raw materials sufficient for most African countries, and unemployment represents more than 60% of the population.

I overcame my problem and rented a building to establish the first German technology school in Sudan, Khartoum, where I submitted my exploitation from the Sudanese customs and sold a plot of land belonging to me so that he could do this project and serve my country and everyone who deserves it. And that's all I have.

It is the process of recycling the education process, so that it pours into the industrialization and qualification of students and guarantees them jobs within the institutions where they study, as well as to end unemployment and ensure qualification of employees according to international standards. Providing a decent life for those under the poverty line, and stopping the government's massive spending on education in my country - more than $ 10 million annually. (Where the government, organizations, international, regional, businessmen, and donors only undertake the initial infrastructure, and then parents pay an annual token fee that is refunded by employing his son / daughter to work as a training assistant while he works in the study and in the factory inside the school to be as productive as China does) There are 115 factories inside educational institutions that assist in local production and take charge of spending on the educational system and develop it through an organization which is under construction called "German Friends of Charity")

t education to be educated, but with the enormous amount of technology, constraints, and difficulty in life (scarcity of funds, transportation, and low livelihoods, especially in third world countries), we had to change the educational theory to keep pace with production, reduce expenditures, and serve Productivity since the beginning of education,  there were three main problems, the interface of each of:
1. The government, as it did not find the qualified graduate despite its large disbursement to students, as it deliberately developed curricula less than modest that do not keep pace with the global changes, upon which the government’s infrastructure is built. Also, the effect of politics on education has led to a blackout of the vision on the real scientific development (there is no policy or constitution that protects education), but rather it is modifiers with the system of government.
2. Students, we find that the students of the third millennium are completely different from previous generations,their influence on technology in all of their work, so they deal with the media, the Internet, and others in a very big way. The old methods of teaching are not useful.
3. Parents want quality education and modern education, but it is not available in the country's schools.
Outputs , solutions: This diversity of education provided by German technology schools aims to solve the problems of the government in providing a qualified graduate without spending it, as it is based on the principle of enacting national laws and joint agreements between Sudan and Germany and other developed countries - such as the experience of Germany and Japan (a twin between Cities). and the number we’ll be serving in five years are 2500 person

Resettlement of advanced education that serves everyone (government, students, and parents)

- Reducing the unemployment rate, by providing jobs for 500 boxes within 5 years, to ensure 2000 poor families.
- Reducing government spending and incurring donors, charitable institutions and organizations to form the infrastructure and encouraging it to serve the education of the poor and make them productive.
- Linking the Sudanese and German relations and the countries that desire special (joint) agreements.
- Promotion of the country industrially.

Currently I have established 40 students, in the next five years I need:

1. Furniture for 2460 students, costing $ 70,000 (including chairs, books, projectors, computers, blackboard, pens ..)
2. I also need a private building ($ 330,000) because I am now paying a large amount for rent per month without the support of a person.
3. The company that produces training equipment (lucas-nuelle.com) has purchased $ 89,000 worth of equipment in the year 2008 for Omdurman Private University and it does not represent more than 5% of the required tools. I am training university students (more than 2000 students during 11 years) for the university. Your Excellency is required to provide these training tools from the company itself as much as possible for the benefit of the German Technology International schools with full deportation.

The great success that marked the first year of the first German technology school project in Sudan for 40 students had a clear encouragement in continuing, and the funding opportunities for the rest of the project come from (according to the plan):

7. No legitimate money

There are no organizations, but we are working to establish an organization in the name of Germany’s charitable friends .. We seek to work and develop a partnership with the German Ministry of Economy and Development, as we were contacted on February 26 2020 by the German Embassy and the German foreign ministry, that a delegation from the Ministry above will visit the country And that upon his arrival, he will contact us to coordinate and review the project

The project depends on our money and the money of the donors at the beginning of the project for a period of two years, providing education and training services, etc., and then the production of manufacturing factories (such as sesame grinding machines and peanuts ... etc.) that cover expenses and help increase profits And increase the absorption of new students and teachers, as 115 machines of the above type are imported, which help to sustain the project

The answer is transparent:

I used to save from my work in customs and my external work in the workshops (checking and programming the automobile system) Also, the money that I saved from my work at Omdurman ِAlallia University and my car money and a plot of land in Khartoum I owned all of them helped in the launch of the project and I did not receive grants to carry out this project.
As for the other income, the students ’fees were 40 students in the last academic year, estimated at $ 50,000

A special message for those who want to build nations and build good generations:

I need $ 1.7 million in funds to establish an international production school in an area of 800 square meters with the best furniture, hardware, software and equipment. Serving 5,000 students around Khartoum city (includes distance education). This amount will be offset by student fees and production income for factories established inside schools that have field training
The rest of the schools (114) schools originate from the revenues of this school, knowing that there are 71 plots of land of first degree belonging to my family that could be inside this project

1. Sudan has suffered from primitive education since independence. We want education to become advanced, using technology in education, training, and employment. And the developed countries sell these modern systems that help raise this subsidy, especially because we are a country with a lot of poor and low-income people.
2. Contributing to a real education that helps in the country's infrastructure, (we have problems in electricity, water, transportation, roads, bridges, etc.) and this needs to combine local and international efforts
3. Raising awareness among peoples by creating a twinning between the cities of Sudan and the German cities (such as the relations between the German people and their Japanese counterparts). This requires an advanced education that works to stop the ongoing war in the country.
4. Lifting the injustice from the poor families in most of the cities and rural areas of the country, which believes that the education of their children is incomplete and does not work to raise their economic and social suffering.
5. Reverse and change the concept of education poor in my country that there is a philanthropist in developed countries that can help them to a better life (the economic blockade helped their poverty)

We are an institution concerned with education, , development, qualification, employment and manufacturing, by establishing 115 German and international technology institutions that solve education and unemployment problems in my country (more than half a million people annually), which offsets economic problems and increases educational losses and industrial retardation.
