New technologies and solutions for businesses are appearing almost everyday. Keeping up with informations about what skills are needed for new and innovative projects have became a big problem. This issue is especially visible during creation of work teams. Even one poorly chosen person can slow down or even stop the progress of the project for the whole group. Team leaders also often aren’t choosing the best people for each job, but are driven by many different factors, like personal preferences or even biases and prejudices: gender, race or social status of people, that they want to cooperate with.
There is also a problem with new skills that are needed in the new types of projects. Not every company can get all the news about latest technologies, the same goes even more to governments and general public. There is no source of information, that can keep up with the fast paced world and could show what skills are the most desirable right now. Job market and educational system are usually at least couple of years behind the real needs of the businesses.
We propose the AI-based solution, that would help in team-creating process. Watson, AI created by IBM, helps today with education, by providing critical insights about each student: demographics, challenges, optimal learning styles, and more. The similar principles can work in some of the businesses - especially in IT sector. Based on history, strengths, skills, time spent on each task, how they work with each person in company, etc., we could create, with help from AI, a profile for every employee. When a new project arrives, our solution could automatically create the most effective team from a group of available people in the firm. Without any prejudices, based only on data. Employees would work on the tasks, that they are statistically the most comfortable with.
Our solution would also create enormous amount of Big Data, that could be used both commercially and for the public good. Companies would always know what kind of skill sets are needed for them right now and how to train their employees to be more effective. Anonymous data from every business that use our solution could be presented on special, non-for-profit portal. Job seekers, governments and educators would know (in real-time!) what skills are needed for the market at this specific moment. See what programming languages are on the rise and which are on decline. What new technology desperately needs new specialists and what jobs are slowly fading to the history. Job market could react to this data with greater speed, without waiting for yearly reports or analysis.
Educational programs aimed at job seekers don’t have to be years behind real demand from the market. If we could provide them data straight from projects that are working right now, in this moment, they could be more effective and connected to the businesses as never before. Our solution could also help destroy personal, gender and race prejudices in the IT companies.

Our solution shows relative advantages over project management tools used today, is compatible with the lifestyle of the users (their behavior at work wouldn't have to change at all) and is simple to adopt by companies.
At the core of our projects is always the thought about social impact that they can provide. We know that we can give the product to the market that is needed and seek by companies from all around the world (effective and reliable tool for project management based on AI) and use it to create something that could help societies everywhere.
Without technology this solution couldn't exist. With world changing with every minute, we have to use the best and newest opportunities created by science, to be the most effective in what we want to do. Especially when it's about social change.
Finding the investor or grant that could help us finance creating the proof of concept and prototype.
With each new company that would use our solution, we would generate more data that could affect even larger number of people. Also Artificial Intelligence technology is growing and getting better with every year. In the future, our solution could give more and more information to the companies, based on a new insights from the employee's like, for example, their characters or even mood. This would present to us even more possible features for our solution. For example: preventing conflicts in the teams. Potential for growth is really enormous.

We are on the "idea" stage of production.
Technology based companies, especially IT ones, are part of the fastest growing industries in the world. Our potential client base is big and becoming even larger with every year, and similarly so is the need in job market for specialists. There are no signs of this trend to change or even slow down. But without market research, it’s hard to talk about specific numbers.
Non-profit part of our solution (platform with real-time knowledge about skills needed right now form various businesses) would appeal to governments, educators and almost everybody at job market.

Our team worked on the various type of IT projects all around the world. We've helped create micro-finance solutions in South America, communication app for health-care providers in Asia, logistics tool for medicine distribution in Africa, and many more products, with social impact at their core. Our experiences taught us how important is cooperation with others and how not to be afraid of bold ideas and new technologies. Only that way, we can make our impact last.
Depends on the initial founding. Perfect revenue model would include freemium system (free basic option with ads plus couple of bonus features behind paywall) that would allow us to scale a lot faster than traditional models. More clients means for us more data, that we can use for social good (non-profit part of our solution). But if we wouldn't get as much resources that we would like to, we've had to start as Software-as-a-Service model, with different monthly subscription options, without free version.
We want to be a part of bigger community that can help us create the best possible solution, work out the details and find potential investors that could be interested in it. We always thought that the smartest way to create something great is to show it to others and listen to their comments. Especially when it’s a group of remarkable people, that we think are part of Solve and MIT itself.
Initial mistakes during the concept stage can disorientate the whole solution from the start. Solve could help us on each step of creating this project, by telling us which partners are the best to work with on every stage of deploying solution. We believe in our project. But we need advise, experience of the others and to find appropriate funding to guarantee the best quality - both to our potential clients and to the general public.
