My name is Christopher Freeman from Savannah Georgia, I live in Atlanta Georgia. I am a graduate of SCAD-Savannah College of Art and Design(Savannah Campus) BFA-Illustration Design 1992. I am a designer in which I solve problems with creativity small or large. I have solved solutions in many industries, packaging, clothing, football, marketing, trade, retail and much more. Throughout my past design experiences, I have built a strong intuition for design solutions and vision as well as building a unique character within myself. For the past several years I have been working on an incredible future project for humanity. The vision was ahead of the industry's traditional business models. Because of COVID 19, I now have the world's attention. As of this day, my platform project is highly needed for the future of human sustainability. I am Founder/CEO of BHN Inc. 

BHN hybrid retail system: Designs, produces, and distributes its brand sustainable products. The system is manage by Blockchain technology. Offers a decentralize digital currency option-(BHN Tokens) in which can purchase BHN products. The system supports communities with consistent essential products and services that are needed on a daily basis. The system supports humanitarian aid relief before, during and after natural disasters. Because of COVID 19, BHN can support all effected by the short supply of basic human need products.

BHN is a platform for humanity. The system is designed to support mankind. The platform is opened to all who has the passion to help their fellow man with the products and services it offers. To support mankind with such a platform illustrates a business that offers humility to our world. 

Describe the specific problem that you are working to solve? Building an essential brand retail product system powered by blockchain technology. Offering alternatives currency(BHN Tokens) to purchase BHN products globally. Solving the problem of implementing a global essential product system that supports mankind daily and in time of need.

What is the scale of the problem in the communities you are working in, and globally? COVID 19 has reviled how fragile and unorganized the global system is towards essential products and services. The scale is overwhelming. Millions upon millions of people globally do not have a reliable basic human needs system in place.

How many people are affected? Hundreds of Millions. 

Which factors contributing to the problem relate to your project? Availability of essential products/system. Basic Human Needs services. Global currency challenges. Strategic products manufacturing.

In what ways is the project impacting their lives? BHN impacts lives by having its sustainable system in place daily and in time of need. Offering an alternative currency in currency challenged nations in which can be use to purchase essential BHN products for survival.

BHN is a platform designed for social impact and social good for mankind. Using BHN data for humanity. As an innovator, I strive to create solutions that can help support all human beings. I am building the BHN platform to support global communities with a sustainable system on a daily bases. I would like to leave a platform for humanity that can inspire others as well as the young to continue building the BHN platform into the future. To continue the process of sustainable solutions as long as humans are on Earth. 

 2012/2016-BHN started as a hard goods solution backer for the national and international trade industry. The platform was designed to backed the industry's trade credits. The platform gave trade businesses and its clients value for their trade. It was a hard goods solution to trade credits vs industry's standard soft services. Creating an alternative trading system for goods that are high in demand or liquid. Next stage we decided to go mainstream with the platform. To insert the system into the general public by offering these essential products and trade services. We then created our own trade credits named "Unity Currency." This was a form of coupon or known in the trade industry as "script."  The script was issued in increments of dollars that was backed by BHN products. The script could only be redeemed at the BHN location. 

2016/Present- As technology evolved-(Blockchain and cryptocurrencies), we decided to elevate BHN into the mainstream market as a hybrid brand retail store. Same original concept-a liquid hard goods backer. Now we back our products with BHN Tokens. A retail system unlike anything on the market to date. BHN is the future of retail, a blessing to humanity. 

Through my design experiences I always wondered where this road would lead me. I knew it was much more to designing than creating visually beautiful products. As I had the chance to create in many industries. None had the substance, passion and drive as the BHN platform. BHN is a platform of all my design experiences rolled into one. It is my duty to humanity as a designer as well as a human being. Now my vision and design solutions has global purpose. Not just for a particular race or people, but for the human race. BHN is a combination of focused designing, visual designs and smart function that is harnessed with humility.  

I solve problems with creativity. Small, big, simple or complex. It is always a challenge I accept. BHN is human solutions solved through my creativity and experience works in the design industry. In order to accomplish any design project big or small, you must have focus, vision, creativity and the will to work courageously through problems. Given up is not in the vocabulary. Who you work for and your team depends on you to be the nucleolus of a successful design project. The BHN platform was designed by me when no one else had any solutions. No one had any understand of how to fix a collapsed and broken system. To them it was the end. To me it was the beginning of a new direction. And I excepted the challenge. To solve a problem creativity, it is a seamless vision process. A vision of seeing design from mind to finished product. I also have a niche for assembling talented team members that adds value to projects. A synced team is the key to the BHN project global impact success.

BHN was designed to solve a solution within a company that collapsed internally. The company had no ideas and no funding to sustain itself through the storm. Without funding, I developed the BHN system to give the company a fresh direction and grow beyond its previous business model. Many in the company walked away. They had no ideas and did not want to go down with the ship. I knew integrating this solution would take some time. If I could get the solution to gain traction, I knew we would be alright. The solution was unlike anything the industry had ever seen. It was futuristic, outside the normal function of the industry's business models. I weathered the storm through many years with this platform. Not having full funding to totally implement the BHN system to market was not discouraging to me. I believed timing would inline me with all I need to launch BHN. It took the evolution of technology and COVID 19 to help the world truly understand that the BHN system is desperately needed. I could not give up. If I did, I would have given up on my duties to the world as a human being. 

When the trade business collapsed, many team members walked away from their duties. Things became uncertain, no pay checks where in site. No one had any solutions to keep the business on track. Overall the ones who walked away were workers, not solution thinkers. They only kept the business going. They where not the leaders or the visionaries of the company. With years of practice, I have learned to implement creativity to solve complex problems. It is the hard times that brings out the best solutions. To be able to think quick on your feet, and truly use all aspects of your gifts. Through adversities create innovative solutions to move businesses forward into the future. When all had abandoned the broken ship, I was the only one who stepped up. All believed the ship was old, leaking and had engine failure. I perceived the ship as beautiful with unlimited potential. I could visualize what the ship would be like if it was completely fix. I took references of all the problems, fixed it and set the ship to sail around the world.

BHN is layers of human solutions. A brand hybrid retail system that is versatile in the world of sustainable products and services. Building a smart essential retail eco-system that sustains communities with consistent BHN products. Another level of retail shopping experience through its physical locations or virtual shopping.  BHN is: Smart warehouse, strategic locations throughout the world to supply communities with bulk BHN products and smart logistics. BHN is: Smart manufacturing, investing in building its own global manufacturers to solely produce BHN products. BHN is Design: Creating and developing BHN products within its company. Creative designers developing unique products to help all mankind. Innovative (Patent) products and packaging. BHN is: Agriculture,investing in land and farm production to produce BHN non perishable foods and products. BHN is: Blockchain (Patent) retail system using BHN data to support humanity. Storing and sharing smart contracts through its system with customers,workers, suppliers and business partners. BHN is: Digital currency/ cryptocurrency offering BHN tokens for purchase of its products.  BHN is: Smart Humanitarian, using the power of its system to help mankind in time of need. BHN is: AI, using smart data to help serve mankind in unlimited ways. A smart digital BHN brain that manages the entire system from A to Z.

At the present time COVID 19 has forever changed our world on many levels. It has pushed the world permanently into the future. It has exposed what will will be needed, what will not be needed in the near future. The BHN platform is a system that is highly needed now. It will be an important sustainable system throughout the future of human existence. Humans will always need essential products and services. BHN is utilizing the latest technology and innovation to build a system that syncs with mankind's needs. BHN perfectly fits into the 4 industrial revolution. Bringing a fresh smart direction to the retail industry.

Year 1 Goals-2020-2021. Build the BHN circular system prototype in Atlanta Georgia. BHN product sourcing/investments, 2 Retail outlet, 1 Warehouse, 1 Manufacturer, Build blockchain for BHN system, BHN logistics, BHN core team, BHN Agriculture investments.  

Year 2 -3. Duplicate expand retail-20. USA-Africa

Year 3-5. Duplicate expand retail-100+ Globally

1. Having the funding needed to build the complete BHN prototype. If cannot build complete platform, scaling the platform will be more of a challenge but not impossible. BHN can be successful with missing parts of the engine. 

 2. Because of COVID 19 and disruption of international trade agreements, BHN will now focus towards more sourcing and product investments within the United States. As the world stabilizes, we will resume product sourcing and production in other countries. COVID 19 has also disrupted the human work force. From the farms, manufacturing to retail outlets. And this may be a permanent shift.

BHN Funding. BHN has been working towards connecting with potential investors: private, crowdfunding and philanthropists. We are hoping one of these avenues will help The BHN platform receive the funding it needs to launch. 

Trade agreements and overseas production.

BHN will keep an eye on the administration as it continues to shift how and who the US does business with. As the partnerships change, BHN will adjust and follow lead. 

Human work force transformation.

BHN will invest into bringing its automation work force to the forefront. We will need to balance out the lost and needs of the human work force. Source all automation products that fits into the BHN work force model.  BHN will adjust to these barriers, apply and duplicate throughout the next five years and beyond. 

Have not partnered with any organizations as of yet. Potential partnership-American Red Cross, FEMA, UNICEF, United Nations.

BHN adds value to communities by establishing its sustainable platform system and services. Communities can rely on the BHN system to supply all with everyday essential products needs. BHN applies innovative products and services within its system to help all with a seamless shopping experience. BHN blockchain technology is a transparent essential system that offers customers true data on all products. Customers can track all products in real time from BHN production to BHN retail stores.The BHN Token program offers customers an alternative currency to purchase its products. Customers can invest into BHN Tokens that can raise in value and  at the same time hold value to purchase its products. All programs, products and services are offered throughout BHN outlets and its online E-commerce store. Communities desperately need the BHN product system to help sustain their daily lives. BHN's system applies the latest technology to help the experience of its products and services flow easily for all to enjoy.

1 stage. BHN will raise needed capital to build the prototype. This will be by private investors, crowd funding platforms, possible grants and pitch prize funds. 

Once BHN prototype is launched to market, it will create cash flow by sales of products, expansion of global retail stores, franchise ownership, humanitarian aid relief partnerships and product patents.

BHN seeks $20,000,000.00 for USA complete prototype launch. This can be  by grants, crowd funding or equity investment. Working to raise funds within the next 90 days or July 1.

Our expense are limited for 2020. Because of COVID 19 business expenses will not exceed $8,000.00 year end 2020. 

To source stage funding, partnerships, mentorship to launch the BHN platform. To connect with potential advisors, team members and employees. To connect with a platform that can share BHN's mission to the world.

Partnership goals are the key to the success of the BHN platform. We must partner with manufacturing, agriculture production, designers, advisers, team members, marketing and funding models to build a strong global BHN system. 

FEMA, RED CROSS. UNITED NATION. BHN would be another system to support these organizations with human aid. We can partner for, support of all BHN products, orders of certain highly needed products, logistics for product shipments, BHN warehouse establishments/stocking, BHN retail establishment for future community support.
