Academically, Amos has vast studies and practical exposures in Pharmacology, Science Technology, Computer/ Digital Technology.

As a Global Goals Activist, Amos has been Awarded Eminent Peace Ambassador during the UN International Day on Climate Change for Peace 2019. Previously, he has been endorsed by the UN STI- forum as one of the Global Innovators for the UN SDGs- since 2016 

 He has also received endorsement by the African Union -AU- as one of the TVET Innovators in Africa.

According to the World Health Organization- WHO ,during the WHO forum in Geneva Switzerland 2012, one of the greatest causes of poverty in the world is the number of resources people and nations are  spending on health care needs. This indeed, is a problem that is global in scope affecting over 6 Billion people especially among the developing nations. This existing fact now coupled with the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are now confronted with a global challenge that requires alternative and innovative approach. And here then, our HETAVED COVID-19 RESPONSE RESOURCES HUB, readily provide social and scientific innovations that could be scaled to tackle the current pandemic as well as future health needs of humanity.

My intervention, is  therefore on the need to join the global bodies and people to combat  the ravaging CORONAVIRUS Pandemic. We thought and felt an urgent need to join forces and resources with the leaders, organizations and citizens our our world towards the health and well-being of the society and people in line with SDGs Goal 3-GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING FOR ALL. To this cause, we have decided to volunteer our time, resources and energy as part of the global community of responsible and creative team.

The project  activities are:

1- Recruiting and training of committed team of volunteers. Presently over 250 volunteering forces working in my team on this project

2- Taking action by educating the populace both online and offline on the COVID-19 Pandemic- preventive measures as well as on how to make hand sanitizers from homes.

3- Innovating and designing of solutions to practically tackle the global pandemic, such as:

A- The HETAVED HAND SANITIZERS formulated according WHO standard formula for free distribution to the less privileged  members of the society.  

B- The HETAVED ALKALINE SPRAY - Formulated from organic substrates with a pH of above 10 and  acting as Environmental Antacid, Antivirus and Antibacterial .

C-The OBIQUE X CARE Supplement , also formulate from non toxic organic substrates and acts to inhibits the growth and development of the Viruses from the human body when consumed by infected persons.

 These two products were developed by our medical experts as team members based on the medical fact that: " When the Human Body or Environment is ACIDIC, Diseases strives and Survives, but when the Human body or Environment is ALKALINE, not one Disease including COVID-19 , Cancer or any infection could strive and survive."

Our solutions are for global application, but starting with the poor and vulnerable communities around the Niger Delta of Nigeria, Our team of  professionals and volunteers were carefully selected, trained and empowered to take action based on the rule of social distancing and taking every preventive measures. We have groups of  professionals and volunteers divided into :

A- Researchers and social workers

B- Medical and Scientists

C-Products designers and Innovators

Through these groups, we were able to generate  ideas and resources to reach out and mobilize the people for sensitization and training as well as products formulations by the Con scientific and innovators team members.

  Still, using the instruments of public and private partnership, we mobilized and partnered with various federal , state ministries and departments, Civil Societies/NGOs, Private sector, the Academia and all stakeholders to form an all inclusive squad and frontier against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our approach is both holistic, social with practical products and innovations towards total eradication of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have trained volunteers who are working online and offline  to inform and empower the rural population and citizens as well as practical products and innovations to prevent and eradicate the CORONAVIRUS Pandemic today. 

The current global COVID-19 Pandemic, is no doubt  a global challenge of serious dimension. But considering the level of poverty and vulnerability within the Niger Delta communities, the COVID-19 Pandemic could be more deadly and devastating if allow to strike among these poor people and communities.

Thus, I though it very urgent to mobilize the HETAVED TEAM for urgent action towards building resistance, resilience and preventive measures against the deadly Coronavirus.

This project is well designed for scaling up to other communities in Nigeria, Africa and Global for easy implementation.

The inspiration for research into alternative and affordable health care products and resources apart from the current COVID-19 pandemic was first inspired in the year 2012.The genesis was from the news item from the WHO forum which stated as thus:

From this information, I began to develop a critical mind on how to solve this global challenge on health care and poverty through  affordable and alternative means.

Secondly, the sudden death of my own mother- Mrs. Rhoda Obi )late) in 2009 from diseases complications from Diabetes, hypertension which the medical experts  could not provide solution to also prompted my research into nature on the causes and cure for all diseases.

From my research , I stumbled upon the statement in the medical books that stated:

" When the Human Body or Environment is ACIDIC, Diseases strives and Survives, but when the Human body or Environment is ALKALINE, not one Disease including COVID-19 , Cancer or any infection could strive and survive

Again, I am very passionate to start and pursue this project due to a number of factors.

First,the urgent need to save humanity and especially the poor and vulnerable people and communities around the Niger Delta region, Nigeria and Africa from the scourge of the ravaging Coronaviruse. No doubts, the consequences if it is allowed to enter without resistance and proper preventive measures, would be far greater than the human and economic loses in advanced places like the USA, Italy, Spain, UK and others.

Three, if global poverty level is directly linked with high cost of health care according to WHO, I strongly felt and compelled to offer some practical solutions and alternative ways out of this global challenges as a Pharmacologist, Researcher, Innovator and Social Entrepreneur. To under take this project and solve these human health challenges, I am first trained and educated with over 25 years practical experiences as a Pharmacologist, Science Technologist, Computer and Digital Technologist and Theology.

Secondly, I an a Scientist and Researcher on Organic wastes to health and wealth with a Patent Right from the Federal Government of Nigeria. To this extend, I have a number of products invented by me which include:

1- OBIQUE X CARE solution which is a brand of Alkaline water;

2- Hetaved Alkaline Spray;

3- Hetaved Organic Floating Fish Feed

4- Hetaved Liquid Fertilizer

5-Hetaved Digito Edu-Preneurship Hub, which is a digital entrepreneurship education for Learning=working and earning for youths and women empowerment etc.

I strongly believe that man is created to live solve and overcome problems and challenges. In my project and programs, I have encountered and overcame a number of life threatening challenges.

Specifically and most recently, the 2013 total flooding in the Niger Delta region and parts of Nigeria was a devastation to my projects. My aquaculture and hydroponic farms were all submerged. My research laboratory and center was not spared as well as our HETAVED DIGITO EDU-PRENEURSHIP activities and center were all lost.

But today, despite the total lost, were are back and working researching, training and developing innovations/products as if nothing ever happened.

I over came by the grace of God and the spirit of team work, resilience , determination and strong determination to succeed in the projects for the benefit of humanity.

Above all, I am passionate and want to succeed beyond setbacks because I strongly believe in the great future of this projects and the impacts it will make in advancing humanity.

Here, the most outstanding example of my leadership experience and achievement is the HETAVED SKILLS NETWORKS Project.

I started this movement which is now almost becoming a global name and brand out of necessity- the need to help the poor masses around  the Niger Delta right from my bedroom. The first publication I wrote about it in the year 2000 was simply titled: INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES FOR HUMAN SURVIVAL otherwise referred to as: THE HETAVED MANUAL.

With this publication and programs, I struggled with this project for close to two decades from 2000 to 2015, working under ground among the rural people and communities with very little impacts. But today, with God's help  consistency in innovations and the lunching into the digital platforms, I have been able to lead this organization from a local grass-root project to National, Regional and Global recognition and endorsements.

 And I strongly feel, we are just starting because there are breakthrough innovations we are developing from organic wastes and the digital platform that will revolutionize health care, education and industrialization in Nigeria and Africa. All I urgently need now is partnership and funding opportunities to drive and achieve these.

Our approach to poverty eradication and affordable health for all is quite unique and innovative.

First, we employ and deploy offline and online resources and digital tools to create awareness, mobilize and empower the people with basic information on diseases including COVID-19 Pandemic and their preventive measures.

Two we innovate and formulates effective and potent  products for example HETAVED ALKALINE SPRAY, OBIQUE X CARE (Alkaline solution as cure for virtually all human diseases) etc from available organic substrates and make them available to the masses at affordable prizes.

Three our strategic public and private partnership ensures that no one is being left behind in the issues of good health care and well-being for all.

Above all, we combine purpose that is social good with profit in our business concepts and approach.

Here, our theory of change is focus on reducing poverty through affordable and preventive health care. If as it has been asserted and observed by the  WHO in Geneva Switzerland , 2012 during the World Health Forum that the number one causes of poverty among people and nation is the amount of money being spent on health care, it then follows that, the more people we could empower through information on preventive health care and made to have access to our alternative and affordable solutions , the better and prosperous the world citizens could be.

The Niger Delta region for instance, have a concentration of very poor and vulnerable  people who are unable to pay to have access to quality medical care. Even the environment is very prone to diseases and epidermic. Thus, our priority in providing preventive health care information, Hand sanitizers, Alkaline spray and OBIQUE X Care solution at affordable rates is a deliberate act to help the people overcome poverty due to high cost of medical care.

So far, we are seeing real results and evidences of change , transformed and improved standard of living in the communities being served so far.

Currently, we are serving on the average about 25000

In the next one year, we hope to expand the scope to 10,000,000 people

And in the next five years, we hope to serve an estimated 55,000,000 beneficiaries with our products and services.

To empower the masses in the Niger Delta region, other parts of Nigeria and Africa against diseases and to overcome poverty, we plan to achieve the followings with the next year and in five years from now.

1- Have a fully equipped solar powered digital lab system for effective social and online presence, training and empowerment.

2- Have a fully equipped research and products development center and laboratory

3- Established a full commercial production facility for the Health care products like the  HETAVED Hand Sanitizers, ALKALINE SPRAY, OBIQUE X CARE solutions etc

4- Reach out and expand to other regions of Africa from Nigeria

5- Go Global with our services and products for the benefit of all humanity.

We current challenges are:

1- The lack of needed equipment to venture into full scale production of these products to satisfy the high demands

2- Lack of funding to meet up with the expenses to carry on large scale

3- There may be seasonal flooding to reach out and continue with the services especially the riverine areas in the months of August and September most times. This could poss danger and restrictions in movement within those months.

4- The present COVID-19 Social Distancing restriction could be another obstacle for movements for community engagements programs.

To overcome the problem and challenges of materials and equipment, we are currently seeking for public and private partnership for capacity to acquire the needed equipment.

Two, to overcome the lack of financial resources, we are as well seeking for sundry grants, funding and investors who could come on board to raise the necessary funding for the projects.

While seasonal flooding and movement restriction could as well be overcome through hiring of special boat services during the period of flooding to enhance activities without a break.

 To overcome social distancing during COVID-19 Pandemic, we hope to engage our online tools and skills for social and digital communication and trainings.  We hope as well to equipe our team with protective wears if they must go out for our usual community engagements services.

 First, we have received the Patent Certification of our organic substrate for the designing and formulation of our innovative products- HETAVED ALKALINE SPRAY AND OBIQUE X CARE Solutions against COVID-19 viruses and other infections.

Secondly, we have reached out and impacted over 2500,000 persons through our online and offline campaigns and holistic approaches.    

We now provides social services as well as physical products to meet the current and future health needs of the people.

I am applying to the Elevate Prize for partnership towards raising the technical and financial requirements towards scaling these products and innovations for the benefit of our world.

 We need more training, mentoring and exposure to global partners, funders, investors and markets for these products and innovations.
