Tanzania Women-Business Digital Portal
The portal aims to enhance the young ladies’ participation in business by offering strategic and practical knowledge on business management.
Illiteracy on business Management among young ladies is the greatest challenge facing young ladies in Tanzania. According to the Tanzania Bureau of Statistics, many good businesses emerged and ran for the period of three years,this is due to lack of enough knowledge on business management.
Tanzania Women-Business digital portal has a mission of delivering valuable and useful information on how to start, manage and sustain business in Tanzania. Artificial intelligence tools in the portal provides unique and effective ways of managing business’s data and information for business growth. High accessibility of the portal from smartphone to desktop computer makes the portal a strong catalyst for ladies to discover better ways of doing business in digital age.
Therefore the portal will play a key role towards increasing the number of young ladies in entrepreneurship and business industry

Artificial intelligence tools in the portal provides unique and effective ways of managing business’s information and data for business growth. -The portal has a business plan generator-a tool which help ladies to do business planning in effective way.
-Interactive intelligence tool for capturing daily business operations,including income and expenditure of the business.
-On the other hand ladies can visualize their break-even point by using a business-break even visualization tool.
Goal 1: Gathering,analyzing and structuring the content of the Tanzania Women-Business digital portal.
Goal 2: Developing and customizing the digital portal basing on the business model and customers database.
Goal 3: Formulating the marketing strategy for the purpose of increasing the subscribers of the portal
Goal 4: Launching the portal and monitoring the daily performance of the portal
Together with my team we will evaluate and monitor the impact and success stories of the digital portal, the report will be shared with business-education authorities in Tanzania, so as to advocate the use of information technology in teaching business studies in Tanzania education curriculum. In 5 years to come to we will expand the business to other East African countries(Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi)

I have started to develop a database of 50,000 ladies,each lady will use the portal free for the first year and pay annual fee of $1 during the second year.In the second year of managing the digital portal,I am expecting to generate $50,000 per year. Digital marketing strategies will be used to reach and communicate with 50,000 ladies in our database.5 entrepreneurs-ladies in 30 regions of Tanzania,will be recognized as the ambassadors of the digital platform,together with my team we will be holding business mentorship and learning sessions in those regions,the idea is to increase the subscribers of the portal
Since ,developing the digital portal is still under construction, we have not yet created the impact.

A talented,skilled and experienced team on web-technologies,finance and accounts,business laws,video production. I strongly believes having a right team with a winning attitude is the key step for business success in this digital age.
Each lady will use the portal free for the first year and pay annual fee of $1 during the second year. Having a free access to the portal for 1 year, will increase the number of subscribers who will use the valuable resources and tools provided,therefor i am expecting to generate $50,000 during the second year of business operation. A subscriber account having first year-data and information, will provoke the subscriber to pay $1 in her second year so as to continue having access to her business data, information and entrepreneurship tools. Digital marketing strategies will be used to reach and communicate with 50,000 ladies in our database.
The knowledge acquired during the programme,will enable me to restructure the business model for the betterment.In understanding the Solve mentorship culture,I will equip my team on strategic thinking and execution of business operations in considering the dynamics of digital business in Tanzania, nothing drives me than forming a strong and sustainable winning team even in my absence.Since we already have the budget for developing the digital portal, managing and sustaining the business,the fund from Solve will be disbursed based on the budget and the annual operational plan,at the end of every three months we will have the financial-expenditure report.
