Antonina Te’o have been chief environmental specialist enforcement in piggery compliance program in AS-EPA, and chairperson in interagency piggery management program for seven years in supervising ,delegating, and assign task for enforcement officers and government partners and share holders Other main responsibilities perform site inspection, collect data attributes and gps coordinates and spec for site projects. Antonina Te’o is dedicated and technically skilled business professional with versatile administrative and support skilled sets developed through various experiences capacities, seeks challenges and rewarding work with growth potential. Antonina Te’o excel in working with people, finding innovative approaches to solutions, systems and process improvements to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and furthering the goals and objectives of organizations and participated in numerous conferences focused on promoting environmental consciousness, as well as crimes against the environment and geology during undergraduate studies.

Developing solutions implementing best management concerning water pollution by educating the communities through social media and practicing positive behavior change of mindset that protects people from diseases such as leptospirosis, gastroenteritis, cholera, dysentery, infectious, hepatitis, swine diseases, porcine and salmonellosis because these pathogens appear in our surface water: storm water, streams or water bodies from pig wastes and urine feces.
interagency piggery management group is made of government departments and shareholders mission is to provide education tools and manage social changes by protecting human health and enforcing the violators to comply by improving their behavior in education that results in reducing the incidence of leptospirosis and other dangers pathogens entering in our drinking water resources and the overall benefits it will improve the lives in vulnerable communities. Enforcement action in our group will provide security and key accomplishment through inspections and verbal warnings to violators that are agreement of cooperating to keep our water resources clean.
The interagency piggery management group help keeps our drinking water and resources available for the future generations by keeping it clean and pure for our drinking water resources. Removing pig feces from entering our water resources protects the communities health from waterborne diseases such as leptospirosis and E. coli.

Piggery waste is largely unconventional, uncontrolled on human health and water quality, because the communities had increased that caused concerns with interagency piggery management group and public disturbance of the chronic underfunding crowded communities lifestyle of raising pigs. Human health is essential and important because of the chronic pig waste has impacted large vulnerable communities drinking water resources and environment. Lack of opportunities and social technologies is the wrong practices for future generations and water resources. By bridging the gap of opportunities and elevating communities to improve their lifestyles and health brings joys in one or more family life.
I am dedicated in working with people to find opportunities and innovation approach to solutions of improving management technologies and completing the goals of the management group. By elevating their education and social technologies in positive mindset environment changing their behaviors to be a hero in their communities.
Never quit on people who are stubborn to change, and provide supportive information to help communities move forward of improving their negative lifestyles to a positive healthy mindset environment. Other challenges lack of having the tools , fund assistance, technologies and poor leadership to perform and complete the projects.
