ProblemStatement: Currently the only effective way to contain COVID-19 is Social Distancing.India is currently in stage 2, meaning the virus has mostly infected people with foreign travel history, their relatives and acquaintances in close contact. To contain the infection, most effective method will be to ensure that stage 2 Quarantined cases maintain strict social distancing.

We provide a tool to ensure that stage 2 Quarantined cases are following the social distancing practice diligently.

Using easy cell tower based mobile number tracking and app tracking solutions can track the movement Quarantined cases and raise an alert in case there is any movement observed. The movement trail and approximate location, along with address can be seen on a live dashboard.

Once the alert is raised, an automated call/sms can be sent to the Quarantined cases to stay back home. Beyond a certain duration and radius of movement, authorities can intervene.
Local Authorities need an automated way to contain the spread of COVID-19 in their wards and cities. They are tasked with monitoring lakhs of citizens who are advised to home quarantine themselves. Our solution can help them do just that without visiting the citizens at their home. They are also alerted when there is a breach in advisory. Authorities are able to accurately establish do contact tracing in case of legitimate breaches. Our solution gives them empirical data to evaluate risk zones.

People in close contact with someone who is infected with the virus are at higher risk of becoming infected themselves, and of potentially further infecting others.
Closely tracking these contacts after exposure to an infected person will help the contacts to get care and treatment, and will prevent further transmission of the virus.

• Contact identification: By back tracing the location history we can try to map the people in touch.
• Contact listing: All persons considered to have contact with the infected person should be listed as contacts. Efforts should be made to identify every listed contact and to inform them of their contact status, what it means, the actions that will follow, and the importance of receiving early care if they develop symptoms. Quarantine or isolation is required for high risk contacts, either at home, or in hospital.

Technology- LBS tracking using the cellular network of various operators. Mobile phone uses nearby cell towers to receive calls and data. LBS tracking uses nearby 3-4 cell towers to locate the phone using a triangulation algorithm. This method can work in all phones, without any app to be installed. The tracking happens through the mobile operator and not through any app.
