Real protection from pandemics

I'm committed to solving, how can detect pandemic and it's respond. I'm proposing to create a network - community model and monitor it as a global network then in response we need on increasing immunity system. It's very effective in a good way globally. No one would be excluded in this process.

In order to detect pandemic in a community,  one of the things we need to emphasize is to structure the mesoscopic set of community and display the large network in the community structure. By using graph models which create a network with similar community structure, we can detect pandemic by using public health surveillance methods including pulseNet formal reports of illnesses and informal reports of illnesses. So the PulseNet database needs to be controlled through the proper internal structure of a community. During infectious diseases outbreaks, the centers for disease control need to monitor particular network in the community structure. We can detect pandemic based on miniaturized polymerase chain reaction device.

Right right now it serves very few people. Within one year I want to increase this number. Now it is in my community. Within one year I want to to serve in every development country and then within 5 years I want to develop it all over the world.
