We expand access of healthcare to people in the community especially in rural and remote areas where they can not reach health services easy especially pharmacy service.

In Africa there is no good Health care delivered mode and few people are ready to invest in healthcare.

In Tanzania 70% of the population are youth and most of them living in rural areas where healthcare delivery is hard. 60% of the population are women and 40% are Men. Women are the ones Affected more than men.

Medpack solve the problem by improving access to health care using technology which is a growing sector In Tanzania and Africa.

Medpack we have created a software that help people to press order of medication and other pharmacy items including hygiene materials .

Medpack software allow customer to press order of medication by sending doctor's prescription  to our software and then we coordinate information and pack medication in simple way from our pharmacy centers.

Also we sort medication according to dose by date and time and then we deliver to our customers with a good package and directions.

Customer can stay home and send us prescription to order medication or other Pharmacy items and then we coordinate information and pack medication in simple way from our pharmacy centers.

Our target Population is Youth.

In Tanzania 70% of the population are youth below the age of 45. 60% of the population are women and 40% are men.

Women are the ones affected more in healthcare delivery because they spend time on taking care of family and children.

Medpack not only deliver medication but also other pharmacy items such as hygiene materials for women are delivered.

Free education on proper use of medication and maternal health education is also provided.

To Improve access of healthcare delivery in Africa Youth are the best people that can bring changes.

Medpack we use technology , customer can access service using website, whatsApp,normal calls and SMS text while at home. All information and service coordinated in a medpack Software.

We also sort and pack medication according to dose and deliver to our customer as this reduce the risk of drugs resistance.

We provide free education on  prevention of diseases, maternal health and proper use of medication.

We also do follow up for our customers and patients.

Medpack we use software technology; People are able to access service via website and connected to our software can pres order and request for medication or other pharmacy items .

Also can enable customer to learn and discover new knowledge on prevention of diseases , maternal health and proper use of medication.

This technology has being used by another pharmacy in US to simplify delivering of medication and access to health Service.

Us Medpack we have managed to put it in the way that can copy with our environment and Add innovation that can solve Health problems in Africa.

In the 6 months of operation we have saved 500 people , 320 are women received service from us in location of Dar es Salaam districts. The coming  6 months we will go out of Dar es salaam and save approximately 1500 customers for this 1 year of operation.

Most of customers received are youth aged below 45 especially women , As the women are the productive taking care of family ,children and elders  we are sure that when we provide education to women on maternal health , prevention of diseases and proper use of medication we will change the community.

Next year we will scale our service in other regions in Tanzania and be able to save 10,000 people per year in 2021.

Youth especially women which is high population of the people are  also considered in this theory of change.

6 months of operation we have saved 500 customers as regular service users. The coming 6 month we will save other 1500 customers as new customers due to system modification and marketing strategic.

The coming year we will save 10,000 as regular customers and service users and we will raise awareness to more than 50,000 people on proper use of medication , maternal health and prevention of diseases.

Next five years we will save 100,000  customers and regular service users and raise awareness on maternal health ,prevention of diseases and proper use of medication to more than 1,000,000 people in Tanzania.

Our goal is to improve access to health care delivery.

Next 5 years we will scale MEDPACK pharmacy centres in all regions in Tanzania to allow delivery in all village and remote areas where there is high need.

Apart from using software we will partner with  other company like ZIPLINE tthat deliver medication using drones in RWANDA one of the east African and my neighboring country.

As the Startup company the challenge we face is finance and technical issues.

As we need finance to run and develop good service delivery and staff equipment also technical skills to run business.

We overcomes finance problem by introducing business model that will allow collection of revenue to run business and development. Also we do applications to find support on grants and investment.

To solve technical problem we use Experienced staff in healthcare to deliver services,Good more most people from our team are healthcare professionals.

Our team consists of health care providers and professionals, All are youth active age for changes.

Mr. Henry Mathayo  ,I am healthcare activist and entrepreneur with background study field in Pharmacy from University of Dodoma in Tanzania and I was among top 50 most influential young Tanzanians in 2019 . Working as  founder and CEO of MEDPACK.

Ms.Ester kalinga , she is healthcare provider working as COO at MEDPACK graduated as Pharmaceutical Technician from Muhimbili university of health and Allied science, which is number 1 medical university in Tanzania.

Mr.Deogratus Nzingula , he is working as CFO at MEDPACK graduated bachelor degree  in finance and accounting from Tanzania Institute of Accountant. Experienced in business consultant and development.

MedPack team consists skilled team in software development and design working together with other health care providers to deliver services.

Our customers target are youth and we use software to deliver health services to our customers. We provide free education on the use of medication ,maternal health and prevention of diseases.

Our revenue streams are from selling medicines and other pharmacy items  such as hygiene material for women . We also collect revenue from service charge for home delivery.

Our common revenue model is selling of medicines,Pharmacy items such as hygiene materials and service charge for Home delivery.

We also do application searching  for grants and Investment capital.

I will use skills and Prize to develop and scale business in a wide range.
