Boda Community Application Suite enables localised
and rapid alert of emergency events and depending on the type of emergency,
communicates such to the citizen in distress’ neighbours (where
so configured as a requirement in communities with requirement to play active
role in the management of emergencies from security concerns, to fire and medical)
as well as the appropriate emergency service entities within an adjustable
radius - default of 2mile radius of the event; or exclusively with
authorities as the event may require. Individuals use a mobile app.

We have developed as part of the Boda Community Smart City Suite the most advanced local government revenue management and collection solution, which is currently being used to serve over 5million citizens in Ghana. (Tema West Municipal Assembly, Adentan Municipal Assembly and Okaikwei North Municipal Assembly). The solution utilises AI, proximity based services as well as geospatial technologies, which have been utilised in the pandemic and epidemic emergency suite. In addition, we have experience in blockchain technologies, we are utilising to digital the Ghana Land Commission and to provide advance citizens portal for land administration services.

The business model engaged provides individuals and citizens with value add services through mobile and web applications which encourages community engagement in services provided by state entities and body corporates thereby creating a ready source of access to customers and citizens to such state entities and body corporates who then pay a fee to utilise the platform to meet the community needs.
By providing a multi-org cloud based solution, costs are kept low and shared across entities on the system. The telecoms and data storage costs are also specifically priced to entities and passed on to such entities.
As an integrated smart city solution, data from other services are effectively enriched in the systems ecosystem and is planned be used for value added services to other third parties, such as providing assurance and collateral register services to for example, financial institutions, Security information to security agencies, and even digital backend services to electronic enables delivery services.
All developments have been self-funded to date ensuring that the company has no debt.
