Problem: Spreading the infectious diseases in the crowded places.
Solution: Remote screening of multiple vital signs (Body temperature, Heart rate, and Respiratory rate) using a hybrid camera.
This solution will help in reducing the spreading of infectious diseases and epidemics by screening multiple persons at the entrance of the crowded places without queue also, it will help in providing real-time data about the infectious diseases and epidemics.

The intuition that population density increases the propensity of an epidemic to spread in cities is correct in the sense that increased density, likely leads to an increase in the contact rate of an individual, which makes the reproduction number larger and leads to larger infectious disease outbreaks in dense areas.
Remote screening of three vital signs using a hybrid camera:
- Body temperature BT
The mechanism of fever appears to be a defensive reaction by the body against infectious diseases. When bacteria or virus invade the body, it causes tissue injury and one of the immune responses is to produce pyrogens that disrupt the function of the hypothalamus, part of the brain that is responsible for temperature regulation, causing an increase in body temperature which might help to kill certain pathogens that have a narrow temperature range.
- Heart rate HR
Heartbeat is measured with an RGB camera by substituting ambient light for the dedicated light source and an RGB camera for the photodiodes and then measuring the form of the volume pulse wave. Because of the degree of skin exposure and ease of detection, the heartbeat waveform was measured from the face.
- Respiratory rate RR
Respiration is measured by using thermography to detect nasal-region temperature changes associated with respiration. During exhalation, warm air from inside the lungs is released and it increases the temperature in the nasal region, whereas during inhalation, cool air from the external environment is breathed in and it lowers the temperature in the nasal region.

Our idea based on three Japanese research papers with good results:
They screen the same three vital signs, the results indicated the following: sensitivity was 87.5 %, specificity was 100 %, positive predictive value (PPV) was 100 %, and negative predictive value (NPV) was 91.7
Also, We would fine tune the solution into a minimum viable product based on the cat mobile S60 in the first 2-4 months. This product could then be deployed to the most important areas like hospitals and transport hubs while it is refined further to become a commercial product.
After the prototype success, We will start developing our final product.
We will measure the success of the prototype by screening a minimum of two vital signs.

We won't manufacture the camera, We will just develop software and using exiting cameras which use in the medical & Military applications.

Our solution will track & screen remotely multiple vital signs for the passengers at the enterance of the crowded places if there's any person infected passes, our system will give the alarm and notify this person to check himself in the nearest hospital and prevent him to pass to avoid Infection or epidemic transmission.

In the Long-term (5 years): We're planning to add many tracking features and start open new markets in the middle east & other countries. Maybe We will help 5B person/Day to don't get infected.
The impact will measure by the average number of people that the camera screens them every day.
Within the next year, We have to save millions of people from the infectious diseases and any epidemics using the hybrid camera.
Within the next five years, We hope our camera participate in saving billions of people not just from the infectious diseases and the epidemics also the other diseases.
Till now, We didn't get on fund just one prize and we're still fundraising.
We're applying now on many applications like you to help us get on a fund to develop the prototype and the zero patch from the product.
Also, We have done most of the business plan.
Now, We're working on developing the proof of the concept on a cheap device (CATS60 Smart phone) till we get on a suitable fund and can develop our idea on a surveillance hybrid camera like Dahua or FLIR Cameras.
