CMSS
Until now, there is no digital system and technology in Indonesia that can be used to track and monitor the spread of COVID-19. That data is essential to prevent transmission of the virus from interactions between individuals. By combining geofencing and AI, we bring the tracking system application to the whole new level with some important features like health status monitoring to analyze the possible spread of the virus based on the user's travel history and updates. We built the app that not just as a data collection and tracking tools but also analyzing and predicting the spread of infectious disease.
In the last 2 weeks, there was an increase in the positivity rate in Indonesia to reach 13.18%. In some provinces, this figure reaches 30%. Meanwhile, the rate of infection reached 2.5. Per day, positive cases continue to increase by more than 1000 cases. Appropriate measures to prevent and deal with viruses are urgently needed to reduce the number of cases COVID-19. Tracking individual mobility is an essential step in preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Until now, there is no digital system and technology in Indonesia that can be used to track and monitor the spread of COVID-19 that is essential to prevent transmission in one area.
At the same time, the number of patient visits decreased by 30% -50%. The hospital's revenue is declining because Health services other than COVID are hampered, meanwhile there are patients who must routinely carry out health control/consultation that requires direct observation and supervision from a doctor. There is a need to access health services in hospitals for diseases other than COVID but in a safer way or have a lower risk of virus transmission
CMSS was made to track people’s travel history. However, we will improve it and add key functions that will give broader usefulness
1. from data tracking, the user will get information about the status of an area they want to visit, which includes data on the number of positive patients, people under surveillance (ODP), and patient under monitoring (PDP).
2. users will receive alerts and notifications when exiting/entering an area and can update their health conditions and status, such as positive, ODP, PDP, along with the symptoms they experience. The application also provides monitoring of the user's health condition for 10-14 days after visiting the Covid-19 red zone location, especially when identified as having been in the same area as the user whose status has changed to Covid-19 positive.
From a user's travel history and symptoms, users can get the nearest health service info. These features include booking hospital polyclinics and users get real-time information about the estimated time in minutes until it is their turn to do a health consultation. This method makes the user does not spend much time in the hospital area to reduce the risk of disease transmission or contact with other patients
The features stated above will help health workers to track and verify the travel history and interactions of suspected COVID patients more efficiently and effectively. It also makes it easier for the community, especially the productive age people who still have high mobility to monitor their health conditions and control their interactions. For the government, the app will assist in short-and long-term planning and developing policies in response to specific disease by first analyzing mobility trends. Furthermore, the app will enhance the community's self-awareness and knowledge about health-related issues, The app will be a platform for information sharing, data collection and analysis and reporting that will be used by health workers as well as become the basis of policies that can be taken by the government.
This app helps adjust the hospital health care system to deal with the new normal. Health care for diseases other than COVID will be back running but by avoiding too many patients will spend a lot of time waiting in the hospital.
Health security is about how we can prevent the spread of disease and be able to provide access to health, especially in the midst of a pandemic. To realize this, there needs to be integrated data that can be used between individuals, hospitals and government. This is needed so that the government is able to produce policies and appropriate prevention measures based on data. Also there is a safe integration system to meet the community's need for health services in hospitals.
With a combination of geofencing and AI, this application has features that make this possible in one application.
- Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea
- A new application of an existing technology
There are several applications that try to provide tracking features for their users, such as PeduliLindungi. However, as mentioned before, we have developed these features and data with AI technology to be able to integrate the health needs of users with hospitals.
Of course in addition to the user's personal use, innovation from the use of this technology provides an opportunity for the hospital to return to return its function as a health service center because the user feel safer after see the system being implemented reduces the user's time to not be too long in the hospital.
the strength point of this app is its ability to interpret, analyze and structure model data of the amount of data collected and different use of data extracted can be use to describe, diagnose, predict, and prescribe various outcome that is valuable and can be used by trusted organizations without breach of privacy and confidentiality of the users.
The 2 technology that will be used as the basis for developing this application has been very commonly used among application developers. Geofencing API is used as a technology that creates boundaries between regions and their different statuses related to Covid-19. Geofencing will enable users who enter and leave an area to receive notification and/or warning based on the severity of the area (hotspot). Early warning notifications and monitoring of the user's health condition are sent based on a travel history to an area with a certain status or have been detected in the same location as the user whose status has changed to Covid-19 positive. Meanwhile, Google Maps is used to display the real-time update feature based on user reports which will update the status of the area based on the number of Covid-19 cases that occurred.
With AI, the data collected is processed so that it can provide health advice and integrate it with the nearest health service. with booking system, tis app provide user information about estimated time in minutes that will be updated real time.

From the technical side, as the step by step plan, we divide the application development process into 6 stages. First, is the infrastructure planning and mock-up to do the Sprint planning web, GIS and Mobile App. Second, is developing apps by starting to collect Geographic Information System data and making mobile/web apps. Third, release an early version of the mobile application which is followed by alpha testing. Then, based on result obtained from alpha testing, the team will proceed to stage 5, built and release the app version 1 together with the testing release. this process was made to reach outcome providing app for tracking and health care system.
From the management side, first we focused on identifying potential partners to collect data about partnerships. second, product marketing and promotion, including to collaborate with hospitals so they can enter our application system so users can book at the hospital. after that, the project evaluation will be divided into two. First, during the app development period and during the implementation and expansion of usage in the community.

Overall our goal is to reach up to 9000 active user in 12 months and reach up to 12 partnership with hospitals.
specifically for hospitals, we aim to reach 103,838 bookings made per month within one year of application implementation.
In the next one until five years, the app will be sustainable as it can be used as an integrated platform to share information, track, collection data and matrix for any infectious diseases not only for covid-19 by improving and polishing the app’s features, functions and system to be used for all types of users. From the health side, data collected on symptoms experienced by positive Covid-19 patients will provide new information and mapping on the development of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia.
also we plan to expand integrated health services into our system in almost all provinces in Indonesia. To achieve this, marketing and public promotion of these apps will be carried out to increase public awareness of this product as well as actively establishing cooperative agreements with various types of health care in Indonesia.
financial and market barriers
for financial barriers, we will actively seek funding sources and develop revenue streams from the business model we have created for these apps
to overcome market barriers, the promotion and expansion of cooperation with hospitals must continue to be carried out as well as the development of systems with qualified benefits and technology to increase the trust of individual users and hospitals to use this system

our main partnership goals is to get extensive media and public exposure so we can distribute our service for the wider region. to reach that goals, we also need some funding to enhance our organizational capacity both for management and technical matters
Primarily our solution will assist to solve one of the SDGs challenges which is good health and well-being especially in this Covid-19 pandemic situation. In preventing COVID-19 virus transmission, limiting mobility and interaction between individuals is very important. It almost impossible to create a community with good health and wellbeing without tracking mobility and interactions during the pandemic. Furthermore, the app will enhance the community's self-awareness and knowledge about health-related issues and the app will be a platform for information sharing, data collection and analysis and reporting that will be used by health workers as well as become the basis of policies that can be taken by the government. this is one of way to reach health security goald to prevent and take specific action in response to global pandemic.
our main expense for this project focused on build the advance and reliable technology for community. we want to make sure that the apps that we develop can address community needs in prevent and tackle spreading of infectious disease.
it is predicted that there will be new infectious diseases affecting the community. this is caused by natural conditions that have changed a lot and human lifestyle.
As mentioned before, the solution that we are developing in the future can not only be used for covid handling. this application and system can also be used to detect other infectious diseases whether they are related to the Sars-Cov virus or not.
For example, data on symptoms experienced by COVID positive patients can be utilized for further research on the development of the Sars-Cov virus in Indonesia. Throughout history, Sars-Cov has developed into several different diseases such as SARS, MERS, to Covid-19 with different symptoms. In addition, user mobility trends are recorded in the application can be offered to certain parties to be able to develop their business and business.
From its capabilities and benefits, investing to develop and expand the use of this application is a way to prepare the world for future health and pandemic challenges
