NO CHILD ABUSE
1) In Brazil, 3 or 4 children / adolescents are abused every hour, apart from the expenses that governments end up having with the victims of these abuses, which are around a few million dollars.
2) Using artificial intelligence and blockchain to detect and combat potential child abuse.

Developing a system to help combat child abuse. In Brasil, every hour 3 to 4 children are sexually abused, and it´s estimated that this number represents only a 10% of the country´s reality. Every year,the government invests millions of dollars with public security policies, in other to protect children from bin abused. Currently, Brasil has a population of more than 57 million children and adolescents, and in order to build a healthy society, it´s necessary to guarantee basic children and adolescents´s rights. Consequently, our project consists of the use of artificial intelligence and block-chain throughout the analysis of images, writings, audios, and videos, and specific questions as well, in order to detect child abuse. Our objective is to implement this system in Brazilian public schools.

This analysis channel (website/App) will be used by teachers and education professionals where they will be trained to better conduct the interview / dialogue with the children, after the analysis this data will compose to a totally confidential database, being accessed only by the authorities responsible for investigating these cases, and can be used by criminal investigators, who investigate child abuse cases as an additional tool to help decipher possible crimes committed with our children, it is worth mentioning that our project aims to help discover abuses and, finally, the decision to investigate remains in charge of the competent professionals in the case, in addition to discovering and helping thousands of victims with our technology we will create a network where anyone will be able to use this tool and with its disclosure we will be able to demotivate future crimes that could happen, because it will be much easier find out if any children are suffering or have suffered any kind of abuse.
Currently we have in Brazil about 17% of the population being children (up to 12 years old), in addition to all the social, educational and political problems that developing countries face, we have a serious problem that affects not only Brazil, but the whole world, which is child abuse, this crime affected not only the victims, but a whole society, we believe that this problem is the responsibility of all, the prevention, awareness and protection of these victims, who are our children. The victims of these abuses suffer lifelong consequences, in addition to the physical damage, there are psychological damages caused to the victims of this crime, moreover, governments spend millions on treating victims, this problem is undoubtedly a public health problem. Our goal is to create an app/website using artificial intelligence within a blockchain to analyze texts, audios and images such as drawings made by children where we can with the help of behavioral psychologists and psychoanalysts train our artificial intelligence to be able to learn to analyze these features and predict through machine learning what is the probability that this possible victim is suffering some type of sexual harassment.
Our goal is to reach children and adolescents who together represent a quarter of the population of Brazil. We know that many abuses are not reported out of fear, the aggressors usually threaten the victim and their families, we need to make the population aware of the importance of the complaint. With help of psychologists and psychiatrists that study child behavior we will create an intelligence capable of predicting if this is happening or if some form of abuse has already happened, and creating a direct channel between the child and adolescent with protection authorities.

Apply artificial intelligence for rapid detection of abuse through the analysis of features such as images, videos, audios, writing and interviews with the child or adolescent through a mobile / web application that will be available for use by society in general in order to reduce cases of child abuse and violence.
Our solution is based on the use of technologies of artificial intelligence and blockchain network. A blockchain is a distributed, decentralized and immutable book used to store encrypted data. On the other hand, the AI is the "brain" mechanism that takes analyzes and makes decisions based on the collected data.
Artificial intelligence is widely used in several sectors and applications, one of them is in the health area, in surgeries, for example, through AI robots can use data from previous surgeries to inform the doctor about new surgical techniques. A study of 379 patients found 5 times fewer complications due to the use of robots with incorporated AI by surgeons.
Virtual nurses can also monitor patients and respond quickly without rest intervals. With the combined use with IoT, Artificial Intelligence is still able to monitor patients and decrease the workload of nursing teams, who need to measure pressure, check serum flow, oxygenation and other data of inpatients, for example.
The blockchain is used where traceability and reliability issues as its characteristic of being an immutable network is quite attractive. IBM Trust Food for example consists of different modules designed to help participants in the food system - from producers, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors. and retailers - to make their supply chains less susceptible to fraud. With this technology, members of the supply chain can transparently track food products in the supply chain, upstream and downstream, illuminating the authenticity of raw ingredients and packaged products.

We currently have no data on a solution for this purpose. In 1 year if the project is applied in Brazil for a beta version, at least 15,000 children will be helped, and in 5 years, at least 250,000 children will be helped if the project is implemented throughout Brazil. These data are based on the cases of complaints in Brazil in the year 2017 and provided by the Ministry of Human Rights.
Our goal is that one year from now our project will be applied in public schools in the state of São Paulo in a version of validation and acceptance and later applying this project throughout Brazil and other countries, since the abuse of children's rights is a global problem.
As main challenges we have the acquisition of data to feed the AI and development of an AI algorithm with high accuracy. We also face the challenge of accepting and implementing our project by the government and subsequently accepting this new form of combat by societies, especially by adults in the field of education and who have more contact with children and adolescents.
To train intelligence we intend to have access to data that agencies and institutions have and that they can provide us to include in our training database, and also help psychologists to identify new patterns and behaviors that can lead us to a case of child abuse .
For the acceptance of our project by society, we intend to create marketing campaigns and incentive and improvement programs, especially in public schools.

Currently we are supported for UNICAMP University in a project about affective computer.
It is an application that, in partnership with the city hall of jundiaí-SP Brazil, we will make our solution available in the fight against child abuse, which in the first phase will be for education professionals in public schools in the city. We believe it will significantly reduce cases of child abuse and violence. Our software will be available through an application where education professionals will be trained in the use of the tool, which will have stages of analysis through interviews and features. The software will present the professional with a diagnosis indicating whether the child has suffered child violence. We will also carry out awareness and dissemination campaigns about the tool since child abuse is a public health problem.
