Drinking port for face masks

Since the breakout of Covid-19 the world is needing to wear Face Masks. The problem when wearing face masks is you get hot and thirsty, then you have to take your mask off to get a drink, which defeats the purpose of wearing a face mask. My solution was to design a us patent pending molded device with a lid and a silicone valve that snaps on to a face mask it a substance port for drinking and eating also a quick injection port. I can be used by anyone that owns or makes  face masks, from the homemaker to the large manufacturers. This device can also be used in hazmat suits and for injection ports. If we were to get this to the global market we could help many people drink safely.

I realized when a fire broke out in Orange, California the smoke was so heavy I couldn’t breathe this was back in 2000. I wore a face mask it helped. I was trying to think since then of other ways to design quick items like a scarf to wear quickly, but it wasn’t feasible. The fires keep breaking out all over the world how do you protect yourself? Then when a global pandemic comes along how can a person protect themselves when wearing a face mask and get a drink? Millions of people are faced with this problem every day. My solution is simple my device is easy to put in every face mask a person owes whether they make it or buy a commercially made one. If we can get this simple design to market we can help millions of people eat and drink safely.

My us patent pending (provisional) is on special fast tract at the patent office as a Covid-19 patent, to be filed this week as a non-provisional patent. This is a dimensional molded device that snaps on a face mask it has a silicone valve or gasket that a straw can go through to get a drink safely. This is injection molded needed a mold made of stainless steel one for the lidded device and one for the silicone valve. The two parts need to be manufactured separately and 3 dimensional designs need to be made to get the process started.

My molded device can help everyone around the world, who wears a face mask and is exposed to hazardous elements also anyone who is wearing a face mask who is trying to protect themselves from a virus. If a person get thirsty or hungry my device can help them. My device can also help people in hazmat suits, also anyone needing a injection port is possible.  

The problem with face masks is after wearing it you get thirsty or hungry, then you must lift it to get a drink defeating the purpose of wearing one. My invention fixes the problem by making a molded device that has a valve you can put a straw in and get a drink through. Now you no longer need to lift your masks up saving yourself from viruses and environmental hazards. The whole world is wearing face masks now I hope to help as many people as I can.

I don’t know of anyone making my device. Drinking device for face masks helps save people from hazardous environment elements and viruses.

My technology is a hardware device solution. Molded for face masks that anyone can put on there own whether they make it or it is a manufactured item. Manufacturers can buy them and place them in their production line.

if one person lifts their mask and gives a virus to another person it can double to another person and it doubles and so on. This is how we got into this place of the world being so infected. I am hoping by making my face mask port I can help slow down th infection rate and help those who are exposed to environmental hazards. Research shows the Covid-19 can slow down by social distancing and wearing face masks, so keeping them on is an important part of my invention. My invention helps you keep your face masks on and replenish your need for sustenance.

I need help developing my business. I am not very experienced in a large operation like this. My solution for the world is a grand plan but I realize it takes more than one person with a good idea to  get it up and running. I owned a antique mall and a tea room with over 50 people and during that time I realized the weakest link can bring you down and your whole group can be disappointed by one rotten apple. So by having the best team you can have a better company. 

Covid 19 is a serious problem. I hope this helps make People wearing face masks not having to lift them and expose themselves to the virus.  My solution hopes to save lives by not lifting your mask. Drinking safely can be done by having a device installed in your face mask. 

As a woman I developed this device to help people. I support women makers in the world we are proud and strong. I applied for a patent and not many women do this more of us women need to be told of the opportunities out there. I didn’t know of this it took years of my ideas and then I thought no I can do it also!  We need to teach this in high schools. I wish I knew this at a younger age.

My problem is all about the Covid19 pandemic. Wearing a face mask is important to helping the world stop the virus. If you take your face masks off to get a drink you expose your face to the virus. You need to keep it on to protect your body. My device allows access to your mouth and you can keep your mask on.
