Communication, engagement and collaboration inside big corporate companies still lacks very basic fields. The disconnect between staff and management, or people from various backgrounds have big potentials for success across teams, if the needs and know-how is shared in an easy way.
2. What is the solution you are proposing?
One way of execution is a flipchart in a publicly accessible room (i.e. coffee machine room) where all employees need to go. There, a "questions of the week" is asked to undertsnad the backgrounds and needs of all employees, anonimously, quickly and engaging with the latest way of communicating (words, pictures, like-signs, etc.).
3. How will your solution change the world?
This method showed, that across hierarchies people inside an organization can understand each-others needs and pain points for a more successful collaboration and a better employee satisfaction
