Our medics are at risk due to exposure to highly infectious environment while early diagnosis of asymptotic victims for immediate action is still wanting .We propose usage of Trolly Robot in health management through remote control and adoption of Artificial Intelligence,Internet of things,Data analytics and visualization.The trolley robot will also measure and keep medical records of the patients as reference in case of likelihood of re-infections.

Our solution will provide IT driven tool and equipment which will support the medics and the patients without human intervention.It will remotely communicate with doctors,analyze symptoms,prescribe drugs,establish the intensity of sickness and keep medical reports.It will provide Artificial Intelligent (AI) and Internet of things (IOT) in Monitoring quarantine and Isolation Centers remotely while operating on our own source of internet which can be connected globally "Internet from the Moon"

We will also provide internet for use by communities globally through sattelite.

What specific problem are you solving?

In Kenya,we don't have any remote control driven systems which our medics can use during and after procedure management and lack of any application which can support diagnosis of patients like kids and adults who may be sick but cannot talk.So far,the temperature guns are recording data but none has bothered to anaylise the data in case of any future endemic or pandemic outbreaks.These scenarios are early indicators of global problems.Currently,we have had cases where our medics are getting infected and patients are also being reinfected.In Kenya alone more than 50 medics have been affected due to such mitigation and contentious measures. We have also experienced occasions where positive covid-19 corona virus victims run away from quarantine and Isolation centers with poor contact tracing measures and reinfection of patients.Asymptomatic diagnosis at early age with a view to treat early signs is totally lacking in case management locally and globally while at the same there is no Technology driven Innovation which can support such mitigative measures. Lack of tools which can enhance data management for decision making and follow up is totally lacking within our health systems.Globally,lack of PPE can be cushioned by our robotic systems.

What is your solution?

We have designed Trolley Robot which can be used by medics during their case management.It can be sent to and from isolation or quarantine centers,It can take temperature using wi-fi and prescribe drugs to patients without human interaction,It can fumigate a room or a patient need it be.It is also connected with smart bulbs purposely to provide surveillance (in the absence of robot) and private internet connectivity for confidentiality.The system has inbuilt Robotics,Artificial Intelligence,Internet of Things and Data Analytics and Visualization together with both static and dynamic Internet.

We have established control center with inbuilt Nerve center,mini base station,and surveillance room being controlled by strategic team of experts.All the happenings in a center will be monitored and controlled intelligently for better health management.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Target population are patients in contagious disease environments,Children and old people,Patients who cannot speak or in critical condition,People with mild opportunistic diseases which may not need complicated procedures,Nurses,Medics, Covid-19 cases etc.

So far we have heard their immediate needs like lack of PPE,any remote intervention to assist during procedures,miss diagnosis more so on patients who cannot talk.So far we have been working together with medical practitioners and other experts in this development.Our solution will bridge the gap between the medics and the patients and in improving service delivery in general while addressing health security and pandemics

The problem is that we don't have health systems to address corona virus pandemic more so in highly contagious isolation and quarantine centers neither do we have any alternative for use by medics should they lack PPEs or in quest for identifying remote controlled system in case management .The solution is an integrated technological innovation which can provide services of AI,IOT,Robotics,Data Analytics to a facility to address Covid -19 Corona virus pandemic while mitigating other measures and contagious conditions.Need to support contact tracing right from 1st contacts of positive patients.Application of Internet to manage pandemics and epidemics
