Safe for Humans UV Tech
COVID19 put the world to a halt. We can stop the spread of CV19 and ALL future pathogens
Globally patented Far-UV Sterilray technology has been tested at over 40 third party labs, and shown to kill all pathogens including Coronavirus.
Far-UV is a 222nm wavelength and is safe for humans (pending EUA for FDA). This is in sharp contrast to standard UVC (254nm) which is VERY harmful to humans and not nearly as fast or effective at destroying pathogens. In fact, Far-UV is the only wavelength that actually explodes pathogens, whereas UVC temporarily prevents them from multiplying. Far-UV Sterilray patents cover use in air, surfaces, liquid, skin, eyes, and plants.
Rapidly scaling the production of this groundbreaking technology will not only save lives around the world, but it will also help to save the global economy, as it will allow us all to safely resume our lives again.
The entire globe is effected by the threat of CV19 and future superbugs. While the world has seen other viruses, CV19 is highly contagious, and the fear of it’s spread has shut down countries spanning the globe.
Our solution does not cure CV19, but it is the BEST solution to mitigate its spread. The fear of rapid spread of CV19 is what has shut down the globe. We have a solution to address that.
With Far-UV Sterilray, the "new normal" truly will be BACK to normal.
With multiple global patents, Far-UV Sterilray patented 222nm technology kills pathogens, more quickly, safely, and affectively than any other known solution.
It is green, dry, and chemical free. Unlike standard UVC light it does not contain mercury and does not emit ozone. It also safe for human skin and eye exposure whereas UVC causes cancer and blindness. Unlike UVC which just temporarily prevents viruses from multiplying, Far-UV actually EXPLODES pathogens. It is the ONLY solution that can kill airborne pathogens in an HVAC system in a SINGLE pass with 99.99% in as little as 1/10 of a second.
Far-UV Sterilray will help people, industries, governments and businesses around the global by allow people to live and work again. It will save countless lives and economies…as it will allow us all to start living again, with the fear of “spreading” pathogens like COVID19.
Applications are endless and include all places where people gather. This includes everything from Hospitals, Clinics, Medical Facilities, Elderly Care Facilities, Airports, Mass Transit, Food & Meat Packaging and Distribution, Educational institutions , Houses of Worship, Banks, office buildings, small businesses, retail stores, Hotels, resorts, cruise ships, casinos, restaurants, bars, residential and commercial high-rise dwellings, consumer homes, factories, manufacturing plants, farming & agriculture stadiums, arenas, zoos, museums, galleries, and venues.
The challenge begs the question, “How can communities around the world prepare for, detect, and respond to emerging pandemics and health security threats?”
Our solution has a direct effect on the spread of coronavirus and other pathogens.
Ou solution is to use groundbreaking and patented Far-UV Sterilray technology in all public and private places where people gather. Doing so will make an enormous impact on stopping the spread of pathogens, and securing the personal and economic health of people and nations around the world.
- Growth: An organization with an established product, service, or business model rolled out in one or, ideally, several communities, which is poised for further growth
- A new technology
UV light has been used as a germicidal since the 1800's, but our CTO and inventor discovered and patented a far BETTER UV solution than the traditionally accepted UVC (254nm). Far-UV Sterilray (222nm) is truly safer, faster and more effective than the old standard of UV (or UVC). It has all the benefits and more of UVC - but without the downsides (such as hazardousness to humans, mercury, and ozone emission).
Our solution uses a better wavelength known as Far-UV (222nm) and keeps that wavelength in a lamp at a constant "safe for humans" source. The "secret sauce" is in the lamps. Our lamps can be used in many ways (in HVAC, in water and liquids, in air, surfaces, eyes, skin, and more).
We have done over 40 independent lab studies. Many can be found here on our website: https://sterilray.com/science/lab-reports/

We have hundreds of units sold and in operation currently. We expect in the next year to be in the millions and in 5 years to have tens of millions of products distributed to nations around the globe. In fact we have inquires and demand for our products around the globe. What we need is funding to expand to meet this demand.
To provide safe spaces that are pathogen free for people around the world. We expect that our technology will be common building code in many nations in the future.
Funding to expand our factory and lamp capacity as well as licensing/manufacturing partners to scale quickly in order to meet global demand.
We are seeking a minority investor, as well as manufacturing partners for licensing/royalty agreements.
- For-profit, including B-Corp or similar models
We are a team of less than 100
Our CTO is a brilliant innovator who built lasers for president Reagans "Star Wars" initiative, lasers that track Russian subs, medical laser for tatto removal, varicose vein removal, and more. He knows lasers and skins. The rest our the team supports the vision of bringing the world together again under a new light...Far-UV light.
We are in communication with the DoD and seeking help for the US federal government to help us find and collaborate with manufacturing partners.
We provide top level disinfecting solutions. We are currently speaking to a variety of industries that include, governments, mass transit, business and entertainment industries.
- Organizations (B2B)
We need capital to get rolling. Once we can confidently fulfill orders, we can accept larger contracts.
We need funding to expand and meet global demand. We also need to have our technology tested on live CV19. Lastly, we need manufacturing partners.

- Legal or regulatory matters
- Marketing, media, and exposure

The founder and CTO of Far-UV Sterilray first discovered and began writing patents for Far-UV 222nm wavelength in 2005. Nearly a decade later, Dr. Brenner of Columbia University who received funding from a Japanese company Ushio, began to do studies on the safety of Far-UV(C) 222nm. While Ushio has supplied Dr. Brenner lamps, they have not been able to do what our CTO Ed Neister has done in that Far-UV Sterilray lamps are a single source wavelength at 222nm. The Ushio lamps require an additional filter to filter out the other harmful rays in order to emit a 222nm wavelength. The true hero of this mission is our CTO, who has persevered in an industry that until now simply accepted the norm of UVC (254nm). This small company and it's founder need and deserve a qualified and motivated team behind them in order to do effectievly deliver this solution to the masses around the globe so that we can all benefit from a safer world free of the menacing threat of pathogen spread. Our patents extend to air, surfaces, water, skin and eyes. The impact our technology could have around the world is immeasurable. Having the backing and resources of a prestigious University such as MIT could propel this mission to a much quicker and broader reach as it deserves for the betterment of all. To that regard, we humbly and gratefully ask for your help.
