#6figurejobsintech
Through education, training, certification, hiring marginalized black people into six-figure salary jobs,we'll empower communities with meaningful work & economic prosperity.
1. We are committed to solving the lack of diversity and inclusion of black people globally in high paying six figure salary jobs in tech (also known as white collar jobs) and management consulting. Every day, many of these these jobs go unfilled, yet many people are unemployed and underemployed, especially in disenfranchised communities. Mounting student loan debt leaves many unable to pay for additional education and training, and even basic housing needs.
2. We are recruiting marginalized black 18-30 year old, high potential candidates into various 6figurejobsintech Cohorts. As an Oracle World Wide Gold Partner, we'll provide training and certification in high demand Oracle Cloud Enterprise Applications (Financials, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, Cloud Security) and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics process automation, Internet of Things, blockchain, et al. Additionally, cohorts will engage in systems thinking workshops and hackathons to create innovative solutions for homeless people, while gaining valuable hands on tech experience with their new skill set to ensure they will become critically thinking problem solvers, able to solve the problems of our customers. Free Exam certification vouchers in the Oracle Enterprise Applications will also be provided at zero cost to cohorts, removing another cost barrier to these white collar tech jobs. Post exam certification, cohorts will be conditionally hired into RLI Consulting and placed into six figure salary jobs as Certified Oracle Implementation Consultants on our Oracle client cloud migration engagements.
3. Advancements in technology will not only leave people behind in the future, but many are already behind. We will upskill one marginalized community so they can create tech solutions to help another marginalized community in homeless people. Placing marginalized black people into six figure jobs in tech will not only economically empower them for generations, but it will also benefit everyone globally as diversity and inclusion studies show many of the problems we have can be solved by diversifying teams and including those with varied ethnic backgrounds. It is our goal to produce future tech entrepreneurs who will go on to produce solutions to many other global problems and create jobs with positive social impact for people for generations to come.

We are using our World Wide Gold partnership with Oracle to provide free training on existing and emerging technologies, to marginalized black 18-30 year olds. We'll then hire them and immediately put them to working for clients. This process is new to combat the minuscule numbers of marginalized black people in tech, let alone, white collar six figure salary jobs, of less than the 1% of 1% figure of blacks in tech.
We use technology via existing cloud platforms to train cohort participants on enterprise and emerging technologies. They will have a hands on training environment to complete training exercises in, which are exactly like the real world applications they'll use to solve customers' problems. Additionally, they will be able to see their progress in online guided learning paths, take on demand webinars, and access their certifications all online through the use of technology. This method enables us to quickly deliver training globally.
Our goal is to train 500 people from marginalized black communities and place them into six figure jobs in tech. Twenty-five percent of these people will work off shore in Accra, Ghana, Africa in our Managed Services Center of Excellence.
The Cloud space is a $2T industry. We plan to scale our cohort program to include other enterprise cloud applications like SAP, SalesForce, and the latest emerging technologies as they become introduced. Additionally, previous cohort participants will have to deliver a future training. We will also have multiple cohorts twice a year in different regions from Nigeria, to Jamaica, South Africa, and Toronto. We'll focus on growing our technology centers of excellence in these regions, helping the people who live there stay there if they desire to, and improve their communities with tech.

We are working with National Association For Equal Opportunity for Higher Education (NAFEO), HBCU's, Year Up, Per Scholas, Empower, National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), Black Data Processors Association (BDPA), African Diaspora, Chief Resilience Officers of Cities and countries and more partnerships are growing weekly. Oracle is our business partner and refers their customers they sold their software applications to, to us to provide consulting services. Oracle also provides free training and tools to us as partners to continue to be successful.
Our first Cohort consists of 100 people. We are upskilling them to learn and become certified in Oracle Enterprise Applications, as well as emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, cloud, automation, blockchain, IoT, and more. Oracle Consultants is a very small niche community.experience, who can create solutions and implement those technologies for Oracle customers across many industries. Layer on the systems thinking training and their already diverse background, and they will become a very in demand human resource for these cloud migrations.
In the next 12 months, we expect to serve at least 500 people. In 3 years we plan to grow to 5,000 people. In 3 years, through our partnerships with feeder programs, we will cultivate a junior program with learning environments preparing more black people in marginalized communities to gain early access to our cloud training platform. RLI will also become an Oracle Platinum Partners providing even more benefits to empower our 6figurejobsintech cohorts.

We have team members with deep hands on technical leadership, sales and marketing leadership, talent management professionals, experienced educational leaders and just people who genuinely care about helping to empower the black 18-30 marginalized community. All of these people are from the very same community and can relate in a way that will be easier to reach those we are helping.
We have a direct sales revenue model. RL Empowers is the non profit sister company that is executing the free training cohorts. RLI Consulting is the for profit organization funding RL Empowers. RL Empowers will provide an organic pipeline of talent to RLI Consulting and is completely invested in its success on every level. Oracle sales the cloud software products and refers customers to RLI, then via direct sales, RLI provides consulting services to design, develop, and implement Oracle's Cloud applications. RLI can also directly sell to customers sans an Oracle referral. Oracle has 390,000 customers. There are 2 million jobs in tech currently which go unfilled daily, many of which are staff augmentation project based roles. Oracle has also planned an aggressive plan to migrate all customer to the Cloud. Oracle partners like RLI will need to provided these services, as Oracle and other larger partners are not focused on deals less than $100M.
We have a global mission with a global solution. The jobs are already here. Companies who are Oracle customers (390,000) have already allocated IT budgets for these cloud migrations. I believe the Solve community can help via exposure for the cause, and connect us with the MIT community and other tech partners, as well as Angel Investors, Sponsors, and/or VC's who understand the industry of enterprise cloud software applications and who believe in our mission.
We can scale faster with more access to systems and design thinking courses educational partners, as well as artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, and more courses. This means training more people sooner, and getting them into the pipeline to work in these jobs. By having people with the necessary skills, training, and certification, we are positioning these people to provide not only Oracle's customers' with cutting edge solutions, but also the homeless people as that is a key component of the cohort to get place in the job.
