Secured Window Maimoune - SWM

The Secured Window is a relatively compact device that will be placed on top of the surface we wish to make secure. The Secured Window will be putting a plastic layer covering the buttons, dials and screens, so that we never click on those directly, we will be clicking on the plastic cover which will be entirely disinfected after every single click and periodically. The thing that terminates the possibilities of having the virus living there.

Technical description:

As mentioned in the above paragraph, the Secured Window is a compact device, containing a sanitizer container (refillable), a double layered plastic cover that is attached/joined into a rolling mechanism. We also have pressure sensors which will sense the clicks and kick off the disinfection process. The device can work with self-batteries and can be plugged into a power outlet (couple use cases).

The problem this device will be solving is the spread of the virus through commonly used surfaces (elevator dials, ATM, light switches...etc).

So when we look at the problem at hand and the solution offered and the target, dots connect automatically, meaning at this period of time the world is going through, the biggest challenge is how to stop or limit the spred of the virus, so that we flatten the curve and not reach the point where the health system is being overwhelmed. The reason why the solution will be helping greatly in the process of the spread limiting is it targets everybody and it aims on making sure the virus can never be picked up by individuals from daily public used surface in the ordinary life of every person.

In simpler words; very wide target (practically everyone), solves a big chunk of the whole problem (the spread of the virus), and can be used even after the time of challenge.

The solution serves practically everyone, by everyone I mean, every individual who uses those public surfaces multiple times a day, who uses the elevator, the ATM, the light switches at the office...etc. And it will be impacting their lives in a way that they will never feel or think about a threat that they might pick up from those public surfaces or dials.

It will make them feel super comfortable using those dials and buttons, without even worrying about the the cleanness of those surfaces. Because they will be quite sure they are perfectly disinfected (sanitized) all the time.
