There is a serious lack in affordable drug that can be used both against the Covid-19 as a specific therapeutic and as a rapid diagnostic tool.
We are proposing a drug which is mixture of methylated antisense RNA strands with green fluorescent protein tag along with the enzyme Human DICER.
This product can be easily made in any biochemistry laboratory and will be an all-in-one solution for Covid-19 pandemic.

Covid-19, commonly known as Coronavirus, is a single-stranded positive-sense RNA virus. It is a known fact that RNA-duplex is thermodynamically more stable than ds-DNA which in turn is more stable than ss-RNA i.e. it requires more harsh conditions (Like higher temperature) to denature ds-RNA than ds-DNA. So, injecting a modified anti-sense RNA would effectively arrest RNA proliferation by forming a near-neutral duplex (i.e. this Duplex can't be proofread stopping the retrosynthesis) in a Corona-affected patient.
First of all, to synthesize the bulk amount of antisense RNA of covid-19, Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to be employed. It is methylated to hinder proof-reading and synthesizing some unwanted peptide. A Green-fluorescent protein(GFP) tag is attached to it.
Then, this antisense RNA to be introduced to empty caspids of retrovirus. These modified RNA virus would be then injected to patient along with human DICER enzyme, preferably to infected region of patients, like lungs.
These viral vectors will introduce these modified RNA to cells. in presence of COVID-19 RNA, it would bind to silence it. The duplex formed would be digested by DICER enzyme.
In absence of virus, the GFP tag would be translated. The fluorescenceanalysis of blood sample give viral-load of patient.
Our drug is all-in-one solution so it would greatly reduce the total time and cost of each services like diagnosis and treatment.

Our non-invasive diagnostic tool will be able to detect COVID-19 infection in record time and and possibly the lowest cost available in the market. The low cost is because the dye and enzymes involved are regular laboratory reagents(such as DNAse I and ethidium bromide). The anti-sense RNA will also ensure that there are no false positives(as it is specific to the positive-sense SARS-CoV 2 RNA). The production of the anti-sense RNAs is done while preparing the diagnostic solution so would not delay the results. It is also cheap. The human dicer enzyme to be used as part of the therapeutic drug is also readily available.

2) Genetic Model by Pritam Sil
The circuit blueprint and autocad model of the automated drug-administering device is developed by Shubham Roy.
Our project consists of a rapid diagnostic tool and a therapeutic drug against COVID-19. It would be a self-sustaining as a business model as the revenue generation for the next batch of medicine or kits(both are part of our project) would be derived from the earlier batch's sales. A part of the revenue may be used for research and development or providing free kits or medicine to the economically challenged. We would like to collaborate with some organization who are already mass producing medicines or diagnostic kits.

We believe our project is an all-round potential solution for COVID-19. Before we can market our idea as a product in market,we require in-vivo testing our RNA-based drug, which couldn't be tested for being in a lockdown state.
