1. We want employers to have a more innovative, efficient way of recruiting talent and for candidates to have a better recruitment experience.
2. Searchie combines human intelligence and artificial intelligence to provide employers with a fast solution which cuts the time and cost to hire. How? An employer creates the job on the Searchie tech platform and this is sent to a global network of freelance recruiters who source and speak to people they feel match the role. Then "Sarah" our AI interviews them through our video tech and assesses their micro facial expression, tone, content and how confident they are in answering the questions. She matches them on the skills, employers culture, along with the candidates values and needs. Sarah then scores them by % match and the top 5 matches are sent to the employer. They receive the candidates CV, interview, detailed assessments from one elegant platform.
3. It will change the world in 4 ways:
1) Employers have been struggling to find talent for decades. We have developed a way to reduce the funnel and focus on delivering the best matched candidates based on culture, skills, values and needs. Employers will have a diverse, easier and efficient way of hiring. No need to sift through 1000's of CVs or conducts endless interviews. Searchie gives them a validated and screened Searchie Top 5 list of candidates, which is easily accessible to review through a tech platform. This saves a huge amount of time and money.
2) From the recruiter side, anyone with an internet connection and device can utilize our platform to earn a living. Searchie wants to empower women and mums (especially single mums & even single dads), women who cannot leave the house to work due to religious or cultural reasons, those with special needs and students-it gives everyone a chance to earn a living and be included in society.
3) Upskilling - The future of jobs requires a new way of finding people fast. There will be a need to fill jobs which don't exist now, so by training people to be freelance recruiters, we can stay ahead and prepare. As long as they can match and know what they are looking for we can fulfill this widening skills gap. They don't need to be experts in blockchain, AI or big data, they just need to know how to find these people.
4) Transparency - We will issue smart contracts on the blockchain, so employers can pick the way they want to work. Searchie also has plans to issue token to the candidates so they can manage their data (video, assessments etc) and give permission for the employer to access. Recruiters can also track payments in the future and see when this is released by the employer and when they will be paid.

Our solution comes from being in the recruitment industry for the past four years. We've tried to create a solution which utilizes technology in a smart and simple way to solve a global problem. Recruitment is a people business and will always require a human touch. But we're automating some of the time consuming parts and making it more smart. "AI" allows us to filter out and match candidates on culture as well as skills. Searchie is disrupting the industry, as there won't be a need for the traditional agency model. We charge flat fees, not %.
Without the tech, there would be no Searchie. It's what sets us apart and allows us to create a recruitment process, focused on quality assurance along every step. We've combined all this is an easy to use platform, by creating our own "AI" Sarah, video tech and assessments. Employers and freelance recruiters can all come together to deliver an efficient way of sourcing and hiring. We have based the platform on performance, if every employer was able to get top 5 candidates within 10-15 days then imagine the impact on recruitment process?

Customers and recruiters will login online via a web link, so it's easy to access and scalable. We have an existing network as we are already in the recruitment industry. We are looking at customer marketing plans across digital, thought leadership events/panels and back to back referral schemes.
We have invited a few companies to be part of our early adopter program. 19 employers are registered and these are a mixture of tech start ups, government, a well known airline, a few global media agencies and education sectors. We're also in talks with the UAE government as the Minister of AI is interested in supporting Searchie. A couple of potential clients are exploring a global enterprise solution, so we are discussing these also.
1) In 12 months we are aiming to serve at least 100 companies-all utilizing the Searchie tech platform. We will also offer a conceirge service with the the option of managed services and enterprise solutions.

5) Searchie won "StartAD Venturelaunchpad" competition for the UAE, February 2018. Also shortlisted for the top women led start ups from the UAE for "She Loves Tech 2018".

Because the exact title of this challenge is strongly aligned with our vision. We want to include more of society in what we are doing and believe this will empower many people. People are worried that AI and advancements in tech will cut jobs and they will get left behind in a data and tech focused society. We believe Searchie will be able to deliver on the roles fast by offering people to work around their lifestyles. Solve will help get our message out there and give us a reputable voice.
