KOOLFARMER sells online organics vegetables in all seasons at affordable prices with a better delivery time.
KOOLFARMER is a company located in the village of Bremassou (rural municipality of Sadiola) which specializes in the ecological production of fruits and vegetables (tomato, onion, pepper) respecting the sanitary and environmental quality standards. The particularity of the products provided by KOOLFARMER is that they are: traceable, local, affordable and ecological. The products are sold on site or delivered at home by young employees of the municipality, by bike for short distances and by motorcycle for long distances. KOOLFARMER has three categories of markets: mining supermarkets, institutions (hotels and restaurants) and households (family homes) respectively. KOOLFARMER was born to provide solutions to real needs in the municipality of Sadiola where fruits and vegetables are expensive and often unavailable. The production conditions of imported products are unknown by consumers because of lack of traceability. Also, there are many young unemployed who practice traditional gold panning thus contributing to mercury pollution on the environment.

KOOLFARMER uses the cell phone to reach all its customers. More specifically, customers will be able to place their order and even pay by cell phone purchases. In addition, deliverers will be provided with bicycles or motorcycles for transportation. In addition, if the means are available, KOOLFARMER also plans to provide its customers an e-commerce platform that will order fresh fruits and vegetables edge field to be delivered home. In addition to these traditional e-commerce functions, we will suggest users to follow via their phone the itinerary of ordered products.

The vision This project is the development of the production of fruits and vegetables including tomato, onion and pepper in Brémassou located 20 km from Sadiola. Also, KOOLFARMER will contribute to the improvement of the food and nutritional security, to the creation of employment for the young people and of wealth in the commune through the exploitation of a hectare of perimeter.
Long-term KOOLFARMER has the ambition to design and develop its web and mobile e-commerce platform in Mali and in Africa in five years.

To reach and loyal our customers we will proceed to the communication by the radio, the internet, the gifts and by the subscription to the fidelity card. The sale is done on the farm or by delivery on order. There will be a loyalty card for the customer subscription.
KOOLFARMER has two categories of customer segmentation.
The macro target market is made up of supermarkets, restaurants and hotels. There are ten of them in the commune and the surrounding area. Generally, they are frequented by mine workers as well as local or international individuals with above-average incomes between 18 and 60 years of age.
The micro target market consists of all households in Sadiola commune and neighboring villages which number 40,000 households. The products are sold on site or delivered at home by young employees of the municipality, by bike for short distances and by motorcycle for long distances.
In the next 1-3 years, Koolfarmer is targeting 500,000 households in the Kayes area, 2 million people in the Malian capital (Bamako), and a set-up. In other West African countries such as Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal and Burkina Faso, which are 20 million targets hotels, supermarkets and householdsl. We will make new surveys through social networks, flyers and advertising to reach more users.With our solution customers will have the advantage of buying local fruits and vegetables at an affordable price at any time, so they will no longer suffer deprivation.

The KOOLFARMER team is led by an agronomist promoter who has followed an incubation program at the Mali Agribusiness incubation center and at the Bamako impact center on his label-certified fruit and vegetable e-commerce project. .
