Abstract :- 

A cheap  method which doesn't need high technology for producing a vaccine depends on  cell culture of the virus in vitro and the same for APC especially macrophage in another culture tube and later after special steps we mix the virus only with macrophage to represents the viral antigen and later we wash the the macrophage with suitable solution to disseminate the viral antigen without destroying either it or the macrophage and after filtration we get solution contain viral antigen only 

Its serve protecting the populations from covid 19 virus

Advantages of this method :-

1- its mimic the natural so no expectation for bad side effects and good expectations for high efficacy 

2 - it's cheap and easy and any small laboratory or pharmaceutical company can do it 

3 - we expect short  time for B cell to join the viral antigen as its small antigen

Method for preparing viral antigen in vitro by a method mimic which occure in nature and extracting the viral antigen only while recycle the macrophages

This method is only a seed and great effort will be needed by the team who will work on it either theoretical or in the laboratories  to reach the effective safe vaccine.
