Rather than focusing on profit driven models this marketplace will have an appreciation driven model with a thin margin to make up for the time spent by various actors in the creation process. 

We are solving the problem of low supply of medical devices during Pandemic breakout.

Devices like: ventilators, personal protective equipments, temperature scanners and many more which are currently facing a supply issue can be solved.

The flow of the actors -

Platform management will collect the info from state medical authorities  to deal with Pandemic. This data and key instructions shall be passed on the registered Product Guide Creators.

The Product Creators will build easy to understand work process guides for each actor. 

The Raw Material Providers will receive the base information notification on which hardware shall be required. 

The actors who have registered as software developers will get help from design and product guides

Quality checkers will test the software provided by the

The raw material will be delivered with the help of logistic providers to the registered places of enthusiastic builders.It then will be delivered to the assemblers.

Curious Assemblers will start assembling various components. These packages shall be sent to the final quality checking medical authorities for their approval & finally being delivered to the market at an affordable rate.

The solution serves the medical community & their patients.

The solution makes sure that there are ample medical equipments to use in treating the surge of patients and also protect the medical community while treating.

The solution helps in the supply of critical medical devices and protective equipments needed by the medical workers to safely treat the affected patients. This helps in curing and controlling the spread of a pandemic.

The appreciation driven model combined with a correct messaging makes this solution unique. If people in different parts of the world can come down on the street to feed and support, then there are people who would love to channel their efforts in a locked down situation to cure or prevent the cause of this pandemic.

Appreciation Model - Every actor of this platform will have a his name on the final product created by them. The patient who is being treated with this will get an opportunity to donate and send a thank you note via an application by scanning a code displayed on that machine. The donation amount will be automatically distributed amongst all the actors who has worked on that particular machine.

We will do a business development activity to register these actors with fast food chain so they can receive daily coffees and weekly meals as a part of goodwill & appreciation from these fast food companies. 

Profit Model - Every actor will have to spend money in this chain process to receive the product and once the product gets purchased by the hospitals or other entities, the profits will be divided amongst all the actors based on the work effort and other tangible parameters

It will be a combination of all to fast track this into the market.
