Aiween departs from the principle of open innovation based on crowdsourcing and targeted to millennials, although it welcomes everyone to participate.
It strengthens success possibilities through full profiling of the participants to better understand their personal attributes and technical skills. This is done through direct capture and AI algorithms; while it also detects the best match between creators and challenges.
This solution delivers results to companies and economic and professional rewards to participants. There is certain gamification mechanism and SN capabilities to encourage interaction making it fun, flexible, appealing, relevant, and convenient.
Aiween is a robust en scalable platform with a strong data base and cloud hosting. It also integrates image, video, online chating, file uploading, and other resources to ensure a hight quality experience and delivery
We recently redesign the user interphase to make it simpler and more user friendly, while adding AI algorithms (IBM-Watson) to optimize accuracy of the information, ensure the perfect match between creators and challenges, facilitate fulfilment and provoke interaction.
Our offline processes to control de administration includes the usage of Hubspot and Teamwork.

We recently established and alliance with Google to leverage our digital efforts and reach our users, challenges and rewards goals. We expect this year to close in over 2000 paid rewards and reaching over 24,000 by 2021
