People often choose jobs unconsciously. That influence people's lifes in a bad way, because they apply for jobs they dont like and feel unsatisfied. As a result many people want to change their profession, but they are afraid and dont know where to start. Government system of professional orientation or current market services dont cover existing needs.
Brainify combines coaching approach with technology and provides online platform that helps people understand what they want to do in life and start positive changes.

Our online platform helps people discover their strengths, preferances, values and start positive changes accordingly. In future we'll build AI-based platform to guide users in self-discovery process and match with learning or job opportunities.

Brainify is an online platform with 30 exercises, available throught web or chatbot + community of coaches, who support programme participants online.
Currently we have 5000 programme alumni from russian-speaking countries. We also work with international companies, such as Mars, Leroy Merlin. This year we expand internationally, adapt our platform for english market, so that more people can rediscover themselves and find what they want to do in life.
We plan to continue international expansion and by 2023 help 1 mln people be happier at work.

Users pay one time for the programme, then they pay monthly fee for tracking support.
Companies pay per employee in every internal corporate project. Usually we take part in leadership programmes or learning programmes within the company.
We are looking to expand internationally, as our programmes and services got proof in the russian market. We are looking for media coverage and companies to partner with.
