Use a smartphone app to detect vulnerable population based on preexisting health conditions.

Using app data to identify vulnerable population along with suspected and healthy population for prevention/monitoring of spreading disease.

The spatial distribution of the COVID19/pandemic cases show high spread of infection in all part of world especially in Pakistan.

Although low number of registered cases were reported in Pakistan and these low number of cases show tow alarming situations 1. Lack of testing facilities 2. Immunity against COVID-19 due to multiple reasons like, Malaria, Dengue Fever, Influenza etc.

Therefore, available medical history along with persons activities can helpful to identify the future spread of diseases within a specific area, population and meantime control measures can be deployed at the same time to prevent health care facilities from overcrowded or exposure of large number of suspected cases.

What specific problem are you solving?

There is no universal testing for COVID19 is available easily in Pakistan. Therefore, lower level of hygiene, and lack of basic health infrastructure, traditional culture of Pakistan (shaking hand and embrace during meeting) can create a serious disruption in society, regardless of urban or rural settings.

What is your solution?

The world has converted into global world. A virus from China can hit the globe regardless developed or developing countries.

In this technologically era, majority of the people have smart phones with lot of Apps. Therefore, we will use an App to collect the basic data from entire users. Through this, we will able to find out/isolate vulnerable population groups for their prevention from spreading diseases. Furthermore, we will able to monitor the outspread of any disease.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Our App aims to not only protect the most vulnerable population but also identify the hotspot of diseases and suspected carriers of any disease. Furthermore, we will able to track the previous activities of suspected people and able to warn other people of communities regarding the presence of any suspected person in their area.

Besides this, we will able through the App to utilize our efforts to prevent/treat the specific area or people.

Our targets are 1. Vulnerable population, 2. Suspected population and 3. General population for prevention an awareness from outspreading diseases. Through the App, we will able to identify the exact/target population correctly. We will able to share the data with concerned departments with out any delay before spreading the disease.
