Butterfly a.i.
We turn employee feedback into customized leadership training for managers at every level.
1. The leading cause of employee turnover is poor leadership. Not only does our pulse survey system offer a robust dashboard to view an organization's pain points, but we also provide content to help managers learn, make decisions, and handle problems based off of the (anonymous) feedback obtained from employees.
2. Turning data and insights from employees into customized leadership training for managers at all levels.
3. Our goal is to change workplaces by helping managers become better leaders. We'll provide them with knowledge and insights that'll allow them to make better decisions, faster.
- Upskilling, Reskilling, and Job Matching
Butterfly is the first management coaching system that utilizes feedback from employees to provide managers with (intelligent) content, in order for them to become better leaders.
The artificial intelligence & machine learning component is the genius behind Butterfly. Aside from giving employees a voice, our anonymous pulse surveys and dashboard are used for the sole purpose of obtaining data to make managers more prepared and knowledgeable about how to handle problems within their office.
We intend on scaling and having more enterprises adopt the system as both their survey solution and talent development solution.
Butterfly is going to be the only solution out there that closes the loop between employee feedback and have a manager (intelligently) learn and take actions that will be beneficial for the company.
We are going to scale this to be the first and best virtual manager coaching system. We'll then find a way to implement the same technology used to help train employees. We think we can help people learn to be better professionals, but it starts with the top, and that's our main focus today.

The lifeblood of our system is content. We are going to do research and provide consumers with valuable information about the modern-day workplace that will allow them to see the value of having a product like Butterfly. We are investing in content marketing for our marketing website. Separately, we will have an in-app content solution that'll provide our users with content from subject matter experts, consultants, and leadership experts.
We are serving several large enterprises and fortune 500 companies. They are utilizing Butterfly and all of its capabilities to help survey a large number of employees across the globe.
We look to have over 15% of Fortune 500 companies, along with thousands of small and medium-sized businesses under our system. We are putting a significant amount of marketing and sales efforts to make sure that we grow rapidly and have a large share of the Learning and Development market, aside from the "survey tool" market, which we believe we can make obsolete with Butterfly.

We have employed several entrepreneurs, most of whom have a background in the HR tech and learning space. They bring serious passion and knowledge to their work every day. Aside from that, they know what works and what it takes to make the product work. Our people, their skills, their passion, and their experience, will be enough to attract clients, resources, and help find and hire like-minded professionals that aspire to change an industry.
We are charging per manager, however, the expansion typically starts from the HR team that is inviting managers to start using the tool. We then expand from the bottom up.
We are applying to Solve because we believe that this program would be a great partnership and resource to Butterfly. The resources, key learning and potential connections provided by Solve could help launch Butterfly to the next level.
We need large number of users for our learning machine to start operating on larger scales of data. Additionally, we need more content provider partners that feed the platform with premium learning content.
