Lack of real live data from patients based on basic diagnosis is so challenging specially in case of infectious diseases, also to convey the results to dashboards by location is highly needed, Lack of needed resources and estimation of the expected needs can't be determined due to lack of information.

A platform with a mobile application is proposed to provide everyone with a simple interface to answer some basic questions regarding their conditions according to the specified disease and provide result, also collect their data in dashboards shows the volume of infection by location mapping all these data to local healthcare resources and help centers.

Provide handy and simple solution people can use to make basic diagnoses and have to do instructions accordingly which act as a simple guide and a dashboard of the collected data by location while mapping local healthcare resources to each user based on his area

The proposed solution addresses the user need for basic diagnostic tool simple and handy for all people with mobile phone internet connected, also it addresses the need to a customer relation management system which collects users data and provide reporting, analysis, tracking and dashboards (BI) features via web portal for system admins, the solution acts as communication tool to send messages to the end user or update instructions and publish information regarding user-based location resources.
