Anti-Rape Application

Unfortunately in eastern culture, most of victims avoid of complaining of sexual harassment,so the offenders can continue their crimes wider. I propose a mobile application that users can notify the information of the crime "anonymously", thus we can analyze the data and available it publicly to prevent more crimes.

1. Developing a mobile application, which takes data about sexual crimes from UNKNOWN people(specially women who comes from special countries with specific cultures that prefer not to complain to police for these crimes and keep it as secret). This application will help to detect the pattern of offenders and will help police to find them, also it helps people to locate the dangerous places in their town, helping tourists to avoid going to these zones while visiting new countries. The risk of danger of places can scaled up by colors or percentage according to these public reports.

2.By this application real crime figures will be recorded, and since the real identity of reporters are not needed to register for the application, they can continue their normal life without being disturbed.

3.It Will reduce sexual assaults, will help police to find criminals, and won't let the offenders to continue their crimes in silence.This application can be applied in all countries specially in eastern and middle-east countries that women avoid reporting these kind of crimes.

My solution:
-is reducing sexual crimes.
-showing the risky zones on the map by amount of possibility.
-helping police to find the criminal.
-by analysing the pattern of offender's behavioral, helping to predict an prevent of happening more crimes.

Because of the eastern culture specially in Islamic countries, people mainly women avoid to talk about sexual crimes or report it to police or the society! But this passive behavior will help the criminals to continue their crimes more, thus designing a mobile program with unknown users' reporting and by analysing the data, we can specify dangerous zones and even it can help police to find the offenders by analysing the pattern of their behavior.

Public users will avoid to go to dangerous zones which is specified by the application, and so women will be more safe.
For spreading the application we should available it for all kind of smart phone freely, and we should advertise it broadly that it be known for everyone. Also the language is important, it should be designed as multi-languages to applied for all users by different level of education.

Online statistics by the program. - The number of people installing it and using it to report with.

Using critical data from the unknown people while in normal situation they won't share or report that data.

By this application we can overcome a problem caused by features of some special cultures without changing their culture.

It's a mobile application and can be spread by Store or Bazar, mobile application websites.

Regarding this application can help police and reducing crimes, I expect government or police support me, on the other hand, we can promote a world-wide application for this purpose which will help tourists and foreigners, thus it can be funded by INTERPOL.

I applied for Solve program, since I'm beginner in this way, I need mentor to guide me and show me the right way, also finding partners and members from MIT to work with them will be a great chance for me to learn more to bring my ideas from mind to real world.
The main concept of my solutions are helping people and making a better society, I do not care about money, science itself is so sacred for me.

I don't have partner, but I like to have partners who could help me in programming and with analysing data in this project.
