COVID 19 is spreading fast and there is need for specialist consulting medical partitioners who come across a COVID 19 suspect.

People who get quarentined will go through mental stress and this platform has trained psychologist and counselors who can talk in multiple global languages.

We have so far on boarded over 30 trained medical professionals and can support English, Hindi, Chinese, Italian, French, German and Spanish

What specific problem are you solving?

Health care organisation small and medium will need assistance as they start seeing patients with COVID 19 symptoms. As there will be lack of knowledge at these health care organisations we have put together a platform where we have on boarded counsellors who can speak multiple global languages.

Any one calling will speak to a counsellor and and they will screen the call as patient calling for medical clarification, some one calling because of fear (mental health assistance ) or a medical practioner calling for expert consulting.

We have on boarded 5 specialist hospitals with Clinical Microbiology , Infection Control ,Pulmonary Medicine,clinical Epidemiologist specialists who can provide specialist consulting to small and medium hospitals that don't have such specialists over a tele medicine platform

What is your solution?

We have deployed a person to person calling platform that works on mobile and browser with no need of any mobile app down load making it easier for people to call over a video , audio or chat

This platform has the functionality to add counsellors under different groups based on their language preference and this technology is working on the principle of 'hunting line' which means a caller selecting a particular language and initiates the call will get connected to a counsellor who is free at that point in time.This makes the platform highly scalable.

We have also launched a tele medicine platform that has facility for doctors calling from smaller hospitals to specialties on our panel share medical images and other documents to make the consulting as close to real.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

This solution serves two set of people

1. small and medium hospitals that don't have needed specialist to tackle COVID 19 cases to talk to a specialist In Clinical Microbiology , Infection Control ,Pulmonary Medicine,clinical Epidemiologist

2. any one who has a question on COVID 19 and need counsellor support. This will be of help to people under quarantine and looking for talking to a counsellor to bring down the metal stress
