StorkSchool CONNECT
PROBLEM with decent job places in Africa and affordability of native English teachers in Europe. SOLUTION is simple EdTech platform linking female teachers from growing Africa to primary and secondary schools in ageing Europe first of all, because number of teachers in Europe is decreasing. CHANGE in the role of global education as advantage for developing countries with English as official language, making them global source of the best teaching force (as a matter of fact the best teacher in the world lives and works in Kenya - listen to our teen EdTech innovator, she speaks about it in video).
There are in fact three problems: 1. Europe is ageing and has rising problem with low number of teachers; 2. African population is growing but they have more and more unemployed teachers. 3. Pupils in 24 EU countries learn English as second language but they are afraid before speaking English even on social media. So, 16 European Union countries suffered from shortage of teaching force even before COVID19 pandemic. Up to 25million lessons were cancelled in primary and secondary schools, because European society is ageing. The research we carried out shows that ca. 5% of teachers with health conditions and close to retirement age can not return to teaching in European schools in new academic year. There's also mental health issue regarding 40 million children learning English in the EU schools but not exercising with teachers speaking native English. 21 African countries speak English as official language and they have increasing number of well-educated but unemployed teachers ready for EdTech.
StorkSchool CONNECT is inclusive EdTech platform linking European schools to African teachers. Teachers are strictly registered now with AWIGE.ORG for covering online, from Africa, all the cancellations of lessons in Europe with lessons of globally spoken English. African teachers, in this case, are not depriving European teachers of work in Europe. They add new big value to teaching in European Union schools: very affordable access to teachers speaking native English. It lets children significantly improve skills in expressing themselves by means of real life English. Moreover, it makes them better prepared and for creative inclusion in multicultural reality of today's world. We improve this way global implementation od SDG4 (European pupils can speak English more fluently and without stress). We also improve global implementation of SDG8 (African teachers can work remotely from Africa without any need of migrating to Europe). Everything in one, simple educational solution integrating Europe and Africa for better tomorrow - the StorkSchool.com invented by 14 years old EdTech innovator of East London, Miss Daria Kowalska, who lives in Europe but is in innovative love with Africa.
1. SDG8 for up to 1 million well-educated female African teachers who will be able to teach English in the European Union primary and secondary schools without any need of migrating to Europe (the increase of graduates from African universities is 5% a year but Africa is missing yearly 15 million job places right now). 2. SDG4 for up to 40 million European pupils experiencing long-lasting stress before using English in public, implied by lack of real-life conversations with affordable native English speakers at school (90% of young social media influencers come now from countries where English is first language).

Inclusion into SDG8 for women who spent many years in schools but face unemployment or low-paid employment in Africa - the continent of economy growing very fast but not creating any number of job places meeting real-life demand, especially for educated women. Each year 18 million job places should be created in Africa. Only 3 million appear in labour market. Education has no borders in COVID-19 era. All we became used to EdTech during lockdowns we went through. It's very obvious now that especially female African teachers of English can start teaching in Europe running out of teachers right now.
- Growth: An organization with an established product, service, or business model rolled out in one or, ideally, several communities, which is poised for further growth
- A new business model or process
SDG8 for Africa (with teaching English), as well as SDG4 for Europe (with learning English)
