Gender-based violence and discrimination costs everyone. We should address gender inequality by working with entire communities to include women, girls, men, and boys to transform discriminatory practices together. Also, we should work with faith leaders around the world to acknowledge and act upon gender injustices in their communities.
Education is the main driving force for successful careers. Gender bias in education also remains at higher rates. Rural women face a different set of challenges than urban women. They received an education beyond high school. Often, their schools don't offer the same educational value as schools in suburban areas, making their college applications less palatable to good state schools.
Maxulili University will use monitoring and evaluation for continuing professional development and measure project outcomes by periodic monitoring focuses on the day-to-day activities of the project. It will use clearly stated activity indicators in the plan for monthly, quarterly and annual targets to be accomplished. Monitoring activity will include measuring the physical performances, budgetary utilization, quality and quantity of work done, correlation of the work done with the set objectives and the set plans and timetables. The Project Director appointed to oversee the day-to-day monitoring activities of the project and report to the Project Evaluation Committee. Questions to ask: Are the training and learning facilitation methods appropriate to achieve the outcomes? Do the training methods coincide with the learners’ preference and learning styles? What could we have done differently? What needs to be changed? How would we improve the learning programme?

Women like men live in poverty are deprived of human needs such as food, education, health, and employment. They live in material poverty, vulnerability, powerlessness, spiritual poverty, isolation and in physical weakness. Therefore the lack of these provisions gave rise to severely delinquent youth who are suffering at the hands of the negligent community and government. It is where the project will be implemented aiming to break the vicious cycle of poverty to virtuous cycle of wealth creation.
