Technology is cutting edge as utilized & integrated for main entity, drawing on respective community talent & strengths.

The solution serves at risk populations in locales where demand exists for all three core services (senior housing & care, private development conferences, & land to be cleared or regenerated for plant based production via the grazing skills of livestock restored to health from adverse conditions. Local families will be engaged via internships & apprenticeships with options for growth.  Proven profitability encourages outside investment for expansion & scaling.

70 total location are planned based on an expectation for duplication & additional scaling by other entities and groups, thus potentially positively affecting millions of people from communities to travelers.  We don't consider the copying negative, and desire to develop the best possible models so that duplication and the quality of service to others doesn't become diluted.
