the big poblem is the youths Women and girls which they are addicted to narcotics and they are on roots even they dont know how to live so Our organization want to make an institute for them to trade all those youths and learn then that how to live I am sure this will solve many problem of our country first the roots will be clean of these asictted poeple and secoud they will change their life and will start new life and this will bring happines to all family of our country .
About 3 milion people of our country are addicted to narcotics and they are all on streets they are the main mean of transferring diseases for ther people becuase they live on dirthy places another is they cuase the crowd society, along to all these they dont know how to live and they lose their hope for living.
up to now no organization even government doesnt do any thing for them So our organziation want to make an institute for them to trade them and learn them to be independant and start to their life. This institute will be for two year the first year they will be under treatment of doctors and phycologist then the next year they will start for learning to be independent and strat their own work becuase we will learn then new skills or we will improve their skills. The institute will try to sighn contract ro many other organizations to give or bring apporrunites for the HERO students which they start their new live.So this insttiute need to have many buildings one building for their treatment other will be their dormitory because for two year then cant go out of this institute after theor graduation the will be free. We name this as Institute becuse mently if effect posative for them that they come to an institite not hospital, we dont want them thar they are sick That us why we will not name as hospital. We hope this dream come to true and we be the waithness of changes
it may cost too much but I am sure if we impelment this it will solve the big problem of our country . This institute will be for two year it need good security to dont allow them to go out of this institute before two year , half of the year they will be under the treatment of our doctors then half of that the phycologist will work with them to change their life and give hope them for living and the another year BINA team will clarify their skilss and interest we will improve those skills or we will learn them to be independant and start their own work. After Two year they will be graduated student as the same other students and we name them as HEROs of society to know them that you shouldnt be sham full of your past . The Institute will try to sign contract to other organziation that they shoould give opportunities to students of our org .

this institute will provide works for many doctors , phycologist, teachers , so by this organization many people will find job and these all will cuase to motive others to start their own works , after this institute we will try that graduate students should start their own work to creat other opportunities for others. So this solutions will cuase that the socitey of our country be clean of addicted people. This idea can be implemented to diffrent countries I am sure it will give positive result and globally it will effect positively.

our organziation will focus to the group which no orgnzation of oir country think about this group, and that is youths which they are losing themsleve and lose their hope for living . we are working about 50 . among them 10 are doctors , 10 are phycologist, 10 are teachers and 20 are the main memebers of BINa whhcih are responsible for collecting of addicted youths .
all members are youths which wetness of many problem in oir countey all we think about oir country many of them are masters from diffrent field .
