The good jobs & inclusive entrepreneurship, In the world with a big gap between many social classes, racism, inequality and hate messages. Where jobs in developing countries are bad or exploiting their employees with inequality conditions or sometimes destructive treatment to the employee.

Uniting good jobs and inclusive entrepreneurship in one program, where jobs are focused on finding people candidates to be entrepreneurs, where everyone wins.

Developing countries have too many inequality contexts, where the gap is too big between poor or minority people, so our project is focused on this type of countries.

Lack of good jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities in inequality contexts, where informal sector is more than the formal, where government and institution focus on statistics more than people, with superficial support or false information fill out the reports, but not everyone is included and they never incentive the creation of good and fair jobs. 

If we want to change this reality, we must involve everyone, in this way is our project.

A program to create new jobs focus on giving hope to the vulnerable people, in communities or places where people don’t have access to learn, share or know about being an entrepreneur, with no money or dispositive like smart cell phones or computers. So we want to hire people interested in bringing hope to these people, We know that many people are unemployed. This would be a great opportunity to learn more and be part of the global solution to reduce the gap.

In five simple steps:

1 - Go to our website.

2 - Select and register as an aspirant to be a Hope Giver.

3 - An interview.

4 - Receive the notification about being selected to be a hope giver and a kit.

5 - Start going to the places where people are and begin inscribing people on the platform.

The entrepreneurial process for the beneficiaries is about exploring their ideas and incubation process, and funding from the impact investors network that we want to create, and maybe funding from the government.

People in vulnerable contexts, like poor, minorities and affected by disasters, wars or violence, and others. Knowing the background behind each person we understand if the person is part of this target or not, We have many years working with communities around our country El Salvador,with too much social problems and political conflicts, where majority of people are part of our target, Collaboration will be important for us, because the project is focus on help to be helping. And sometimes one person of the near sector has connection to the internet or the local government has a social worker immersed in that context to support our project too.

For us is too clearly the name of the challenge and is 100% aligned, we understand the good jobs as a jobs with justice, equality and diversity, where employees are learning, working and teaching to others, where is guaranteed the personal growth. By the other hand inclusive entrepreneurship is about giving the opportunity to everyone, focused on people in bad situations in front of others, who never have opportunities or someone is stolen from them.

Our solutions is using things that are existed but no using for this, for example mobile apps and cell phones exist but do this is a different way to take advantage from the technology to do better things, also web platforms and cheaper computers, or mobile data, But the process and the model is too different, We know that in this process we don’t have competitors, but the core business model yes there are competitors like other incubators or accelerators business, even in the region we don’t find direct competence in solutions like this.

Web platform (SaaS): For presenting the information, create interactive moments with the visitors and show every startup that we are creating and how advanced they are in the process.

App Mobile (MaaS): When hope giver are part of the project, they should download the app and then create their own profile, where they are inscribing people, here we use the AI to evaluate the prospect based in the information, because we want to notify immediately and automatic, so we need elements of Machine learning too, to understand the data and give us a possible scenarios for the best strategy.

The people selected as beneficiary, they download the same app, or if they don’t have a cellphone or computer, the hope giver send a notification to us, and immediately as a part of the program, we send a cheap but useful cell phone to only use it for the program and a packedge of mobile data from our partner.

E-Learning: All the program is digital, they learn how to use the app and the internal social network to meet new people like them or investors.

Big Data: Every employee or posible entrepreneur with their information and biometric detection we can recognize who they are to guarantee if they don't have a police record or are related with bad things.

Digital payments: We pay our employees through an e-wallet where they can use whatever they want or they can make a transfer to their personal bank account.

All the technology in the solution is used everyday around the world, as part of the IoT and creating new values to the users. We are sure that will be good for the project. And taking in count that mobile data is more accessible than WiFi service.

We are trying to solve the bad situation around lack of good jobs and inclusive entrepreneurship. Our audience is people in bad conditions such as poverty, minority, disability, low income, and every person who is in the minor position inside the society, in simple words, we want to work with people with inequality conditions. Our entry point is thru the mobile app, in this context almost the majority has smartphones or contact with one, or in the cities live people with one and want a job, so like uber or waze or airbnb, they can do the work no matter if they have experience or is working in other place, if they have time and wants to do that, they are welcoming. In this process when the people or “Hope Giver” start working with us, they start going to the people in bad conditions, sometimes family of them or communities near of they live, and they after be trained in the platform or app, they get an user verified for us, this will serve to show to the people who is talking with the Hope Giver, after the first contact they ask for some information and this is the moment when we create a connection between possible beneficiary - hope giver - Our solution, then when app notified the inscription of the beneficiary, the hope giver win an award or points in the app, to incentivized him, in this moment we are inside the community with one beneficiary or “good evangelist” the first point of contact and this person received a code to use the app and download, by this moment he can start learn and view classes or read lectures. When these actions multiplied in the area we are creating a new social network between them inside and outside the app, and get many ideas from them to mentor and create startups, and now we change the culture about entrepreneurship for all.

Right now, we are in the concept or idea stage.

In one year we want to serve up to 100 people.

In five years more than 10,000 people.

In one year a developed and tested solution.

In five years will have hope givers from more than ten countries and entrepreneurs with successful startup and enough funding to fund more and more.

In the first year, get some funding money to develop the solution and testing.

In the next five years would be the acceptance and uses of the people or some laws or politics, because many people will prefer work for us and maybe they want to quit their job.

Firstable, invest with the best partner to develop and test the solution.

Secondary with a great marketing campaigns and alliances with governments, institutions, companies and people with big influence in each country.

We work with vulnerable people and entrepreneurs, so we know how to connect the two realities and how to create that new model.

NGO Un Pulmón Más, Habitat for humanity, and a completly network of organizations, they work with many poor commuties.

AESAL, It is the association of entrepreneurs of El Salvador, they have the biggest network of entrepreneurs.

iWOR, a company that is helping people to digitalize their bussnieses, they have experience, in connect entrepreneur to the digital era.

Global Shaper Community from the World Economic Forum, the network of young leader from all over the world, inmerse in help people in their contexts.

I'm part of all of them and this connection give us an advantage.

The beneficiaries are people from hard contexts or people with no jobs, our proposition is to transform the necessity in opportunities, we need the unemployed and people with ideas with courage to go up and change their own reality. So we bring the opportunities to them and we help to develop and implement, creating jobs in that process with our philosophy and good values. We measure the impact with number of jobs creating, entrepreneurs training, companies founded, and the money we raised. 

We raised money from each startup creating. The loan that we give to the entrepreneurs to do the whole process, they start to pay it since their companies generate income. Meanwhile the government or other institutions give them scholarships. Institutions pay us to give them the space to show marketing material in class or in advertising.

- The government has the Innovation direction, they give funds to ideas or solutions to the economic situation. 

- Seed Capitals or FFF.

- Crowdfundings.

Investing money in the startup created after they start raising money they pay back to us in the form of revenue and then we again invest in others startups, also use funds or other types of international capitals. Each startup gives us part of the revenue, because we work as angel investors in each company, and help to incubate and accelerate these enterprises or give them the business idea.

We know that if we participate in Solve, we have the opportunity for funding the solutions or show what is our solution, maybe someone of the judges or people involved in Solve can help with their feedback or partnership.

1 - Feedback, we want to create the better solution for the people.

2 - Funding, the money to develop the idea and the money necessary to start the process with the first people.

3 - Maybe someone has more technology knowledge or experience in this type of solutions, we need the best people, so he/she will be welcome to join or mentor us.

4 - Spreading the voice, If we want to give the solution to the world we need that world knows about the solution.

Of course the MIT, and organizations that works in vulnerable contexts or with entrepreneurs or with technology.

Yeah, this is the main prize for our solution, we propose creating good jobs to make more inclusive entrepreneurship and  through this entrepreneurs create more good jobs, like a cycle.

Our solution use AI and is solving a human challenge, so We are sure that AI can save humanity too and is too important to start work as a team with humans.

Our solution is going to change millions of lives in the world, and the live of the next generations.
