Earning Via Ecommerce

1. In Pakistan more than 50% of population is unemployed especially the young ones. We are solving here the biggest problem of unemployment in rural Pakistan.
2. To equip every young Pakistani with the knowledge of digital literacy and e-commerce skills.In contemporary world e-commerce businesses are contributing as much as other businesses and the biggest example of this e-commerce is Amazon which is the world's largest online store available. Our job is to create online services as a freelancers ,affiliate marketers and virtual assistants.We will teach young students about latest tools that will help them to sell their services effectively.   
3. Our project is time and place independent. One can easily earn 500$/month by only providing virtual assistant services to his US based clients. Now think globally what will happen when we train 1000 or 10000 individuals with these latest skills especially those housewives and under-privileged ones.

More than 60% of Pakistan's young population is below the Poverty level .They are struggling for jobs everyday.Among them the situation is even worse in females . Statics showed that around 30% of females are not allowed to work after their studies due to some cultural reasons and around 20% of females leave their jobs after wedding.How will a nation thrive if more than 50% of it's female population is unemployed and uneducated . Same goes for male students who did spent huge amount of money and time in his undergraduate but still unemployed . How he will live his next five years like this and then what is the use of his all years of education if he is not able to cover his monthly expenses. Here are a lot of factors playing their roles including religion, cultural constrains , lack of awareness among societies and proper implementation of latest technologies in education system of Pakistan which is hindering the youth from thriving.

Our solution is simply providing online e-commerce services to the world especially online stores like Amazon and Ebay.We have already trained 1,000 citizens via virtual bootcamp camps and they are earning money by selling their services and building flippable assets . Now our task is to train 10,000 youngsters about these skills so they also earn money.

1. Here in this project we will teach students about the freelancing world and how it can transforms the lives of individuals . we will teach them how to about creating websites , affiliate marketing , machine learning , virtual assistance for amazon and other online stores. Recently in the situation of this pandemic these services have more demand than past years as peoples are quarantined and they wanted to buy everything from online stores. 
2. On the other hand , Pakistan's economy is mostly dependent on agriculture and textile industries which due to recent climate changes are not progressing well . So our overall goal is to bring couple of billion dollars to Pakistan by these online e-commerce services 

1. Our targeted population will be young students and housewives whom we train with these skills . Actually in Pakistan it is very difficult for a housewife to do a daily job and run a house at the same time .But now in rural areas these women only need access to internet with the skills in their hands and they can easily earn monthly 500$ with the feasibility of time and place .
2. Generally , they can be anyone from a 16 year old boy/girl to a 60 year men. But we are more specifically giving preferences to adults and those are are underprivileged ones . 
3. we are trying every possible way to understand their needs . And right now they are thriving for basic needs (food,shelter,clothes)
4. We are engaged with them by providing them day to day tasks and evaluating these tasks then .
5. Our solution is solving their financial needs and basic needs . Now they are earning on their own and they are their own boss .Now they are independent from a particular territory and can access from anywhere .

1. The biggest challenge in front of us right now is to create awareness of the vast potential of e-commerce among the Pakistani populations especially the young ones who are facing difficulties in finding jobs here . 
2. Our solution is simply teaching them tools that would open huge number of opportunities for them . these all skills would be those technological equipments that will be aligned with the future world. 
3. Housewives and unemployed peoples will earn their money from these tools and then they  will teach others these skills so they can also earn in future .

1. Our business model is much more unique than other models here in Pakistan . We are trying to build a community of leaders who are willing to invest their time , money and knowledge with each other . Then these leaders will be the future of Pakistan. There is no any single platform in Pakistan right now which can connect all freelancers together with their clients from abroad and with-in country so that's why we think we are bringing something valuable in our society

The other challenge Which I would like to address is the urbanisation which is again a huge challenge for the government of Pakistan .Every year thousands of peoples migrates to Metropolitan cities and that cause several other logistic problems in these cities like pollution issues , water and sanitation and trafficking . Why these peoples migrate to these cities when they already know they have a lot to loss in these cities . Because see the future of their lives in these metropolitans in terms of jobs . Job seeking is one of the major reason for a villager to migrate to urban area. 
3. What if we gave them what they want in their villages (a perfect job with a very handsome salary) . Why we want to make cities smarter instead of making villages smarter? .   

Our whole business model is relied on internet . Because the client we are dealing with is not physically available rather than a living oversea client who only want his work done in a given period of time . 

So we are trying every possible way to equip a student with latest trends of technology such as artificial intelligence , neural networks, virtual reality and other machine learning essentials 

We are currently training 1000 peoples from all ages and every profession and we found out that more than 70% of these students get their jobs . So yes it works and now we want to expand it properly to rural areas of Pakistan.

Our soultion has a vast potential of impacting huge amount of peoples if properly implemented 

currently we are serving 1000 students with training and virtual bootcamps and they are doing amazing job is e-commerce industry 

we want to expand this training to all the remote areas of Pakistan and then other countries too in next 5 year 

we are facing financial barriers in expanding our training there are those areas in Pakistan where facilities of internet are not available and there even they are unaware of those technologies

We are trying to overcome by trying to get some funds from government of Pakistan so government can also contribute into our cause 

Right now our team is comprised of 50 members with all the workers from part-time to full-time jobs 

Everyone in our team is expert in his field and know how to do e-commerce business online .

Some of my team member are earning more than a normal manager of any bank . some are only only doing their job as an angle investor  

right now we don't have any partner .

we will invest in our trainees when they will learn each and everything . In Amazon  wealth creation is a simple process if used properly with steps . We will teach our trainees about the asset building principals and how in future they can be flippable to create wealth 

This is the world's one of the largest platform where  a person can address his country's issues in a most diplomatic way . 

We are open to all kind of partnerships and investment 

MIT faculty will help us achieve our goals because MIT is one of the educational temple in the world 

Most of our training is based on empowering women especially house wives . so this price will help us to broaden our training to more remote areas where access to education is negligible 

Yes . Because one of the basic goal of our team is to create series of entrepreneurs and investors 

We are also focusing on literacy and employment in youth which are so much stressful about their jobs
