Provide technical knowledge and capital

The problems is those youth and women in villages have no aquired knowledge and capital to ultilize their their resources in their environment those people are living less than $1 per day and have while there is plenty of opportunities around them.

We need to provide technical knowledge according to environment and opportunities around them the knowledge can morden agriculture and irrigation systems, small processing industries such hoe and knives making, cotton processing industries, simple hardware making industries etc all these will be tough and given startup capital wich will be under supervision for three to Five years until it repays back the initial capital that will be provided to others as a startup capital.

This will make those marginalized populations to have access to jobs by the knowledge trained also the products produced will be sold within and outside the country that will improve the living of different people

2019 Tanzania Mainland Poverty Assessment notes that poverty decreased by eight percentage points in 10 years, down from 34.4% in 2007 to 26.4% in 2018. Today, Tanzania records 14 million poor people, up from 13 million in 2007. All people mostly are from villages where there is plenty availability of resources and opportunities the problems lies on knowledge and capital to ultilize them. There are different factors that contribute to this problems which are most of villages people have no exposure to other areas where can aquire new knowledge, they have basic primary or secondary educations where no technical knowledge to be employed or start enterprenuer activities. Many peoples are affected in Tanzania there is almost 12 thousands villages 70% of the population live in them, most of the villages have prent of resources such as land, river, minerals agriculture products, animals products and others but most of this resources are under ultilized or not used, they are just taken as raw mmaterials. Also those people have in need of different simple tools  for their daily activities most of are imported,  technical knowledge and capital  availability are be the big problems in our areas that jobless or no enterprenuership activities.

We need to empower those marginalized populations in villages mostly youths and women by providing them with technical knowledge on how to ultilize the resources around them, or make simple tools that are mostly used in their environments, 

We are going to provide technical knowledge and capital, the technical knowledge will be training youth and women from poor family on simple processing industries such as shoes making, hoe and knives making, cotton processing, clothes processing, improved agriculture methods and irrigation systems and others according to their areas and the ideas collected from them on what activities of their interest. 

After selecting the participants technical training will be provided to them and those with working ideas will be provided with start up capital on for starting the production under our supervision, the longest of our supervision will depend with the type of industry and repayment period but not more than five years where after payment the capital will be given to others with new ventures

We need to use simple technology that can easily adopted by all without any obstacles of educations, this will give a to get enterprenuers who will start new ventures and those who will get jobs work

Our targeted populations are those who poor families in villages, we plan to select 1000 participants from 50 villages within the regions for project start up. Almost will be 20 people from each village, the project will take almost a year due to that training will vary from one group to another depending on the knowledge needed and the time for initiating capital for starting. We understand well their needs because we are among of the villages we have grown and studied in the very unsupported environments. Also we have managed to start our organization known as Encouraged community foundation where is dealing with promoting poor poeple awareness and ultilizing their environment, we have made some contribution to support poor families in farming activities. Also we managed to intiat village Saccos which can help them to get capital.

Through this project we be able to go 50 villages at the round and after than the repayment on capital from ventures established we enabled to widen the projects other villages on other regions. 

Through our study and experience the high need of this poor people is knowledge and capital. We will hire trainers within and outside the country accordingly to needs.

The problems is marginalized populations have no access to create good jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities for themselves as this from not having adequate knowledge needed in jobs or to ultilize resources around them as enterprenuers. That is why our solutions tp provide training that will enable them to open new ventures within their areas and trained work force that will be working with them.

Through this ventures will be open that will provide employment to others within their areas, different ventures will be discussed with trainee before opening for more advice. Such improvement technology in agriculture activities can stimulate employment

My solution is unique because there's is no such projects in the our region where we are going to provide technical training and capital to the poor people. Most of project that passed mostly on provide training and left people with no capital to start a new venture. But we are going to provide technical knowledge, provide capital and  supervision until the venture will repay the capital. The capital paid the grown ventures will be used to support other who needs to start new ventures within and outside the region. Thanks training will be done according to the environment and will base on how to ultilize the raw materials available. But even the new venture can ultilize the materials outside the region will be free but more encouragement will be on how to ultilize their resources within them.

We need to train those poor people to  know use technology  in their day to day operations, we need simple technology that can be easily adopted all people, such irrigation systems, small processing industry, improved technology on animal keeping. We need the development of technology to go on with all poeple leaving no one behind on the applications. The training will be done according to needs of the society and what can be produced according to the environment.

What we planning is not a new technology but extension of the technology that's already used in other countries and within the country.

But the solution is how to make poor people ultilize this technology, that why we need to empower them and provide with capital or equipment to start using the technical knowledge obtained.

Many methods are employed everyday to promote the path of entrepreneurship to the marginalized, but what really matters is that these programs aim to improve the basic conditions of high-risk communities. For example, an entrepreneurship project developed by the International Labor Organization and the Japan Fund for Building Social Safety Nets contained the following objectives:

Improve employment opportunities for poor, vulnerable and marginalized groups through access to skills training on enterprise development;
Empower vulnerable groups to start or improve their businesses through the new skills acquired;
Create an enabling environment for entrepreneurship through establishment and strengthening of networks for implementing social safety net services, providers of working capital, and participants from vulnerable groups [6]

Project Objectives
The overall project objectives were – 
Improve employment opportunities for poor, vulnerable and marginalized groups through access to skills training on enterprise development;
Empower vulnerable groups to start or improve their businesses through the new skills acquired;
Create an enabling environment for entrepreneurship opportunities and ultilizing all these are done for inclusive of those marginalized populations. Different researches have been done by different international organization that most of the conclusion to make them inclusive is to provide knowledge and capital,  this project will do this.

For currently we dealing with only 200 from Ilininda village but we are planning to go on with to all five villages within our Ward through that we will rech almost 1000 youth and women and poor people. By the next five years we will be able to cover the whole region and reach more than 10,000 people.

We need to empower those poor people in villages. Our plan is to have a circulating capital that will be used for technical training to who is in need and will be given a start up capital as a grant or loan with simple interest rates that can be paid depends with the period of the project until it can run by itself.

It is going on process that will be providing impact to different people within and outside the country such as improvement in agriculture will increase the availability of food at reasonable price that will be sold to different parts of the world, also improved farming activities will better uses of land that will reduce deforestation hence reduce the impact of global warming and ozone layer effects.
