Let's Invent Together
The Let's Invent Together project would be done in conjunction with Nigerian Federal Ministry of Youths and Sports, State Ministry for Job Creations to create Nigeria's first pull of inventors where opportunities will be given to bidding talents that the government cannot discover due to large scope of work.
This project called Let's Invent Together (LIT) will drastically improve individual actualisation of their dreams, especially the youths in the rural areas who have good inventions that, if well-coordinated and interpreted, could make the world a better place to live and also generate more employment, create wealth for Nigeria and her people and serve as a good tool for economic development.
Let's Invent Together (LIT) is designed for replication throughout the continent of Africa.
Let's Invent Together to be an essential tool for higher productivity of inventions aimed increasing jobs and revenue throughout Nigeria, West Africa and Africa at large.
We are solving the problem of unemployment in Nigeria, and the African countries at large by coming up with inventions that would attract investors, thereby resulting in more industries and companies that would, in turn, absorbed a good.number of the unemployed youths.
We are also reducing the many challenges facing Nigeria such as Electricity, by scouting for youth, especially in the rural areas, who have innovative ideas that could be interpreted, developed and explored to proper solutions to the prevailing challenges facing Nigeria, and other African countries at large.
Let's Invent Together (LIT) is to:
Organise a competition for youths with innovative ideas on a particular challenge facing Nigeria. We would then camp and further train the best 100 contestants, and come up with a solution to the particular challenge (such as Electricity) facing Nigeria. The best 10 participants out of the 100 would be rewarded financially and also recommend for employment to the whoever (individuals or government) is investing into the solution (such as a community power generating plant) we have come up with.
Our solution would benefit the lives of Nigerians (and other African countries where we would late replicate the solution). For instance, an epileptic electricity supply is one of the major challenges facing Nigeria and the people living therein. Coming up with a solar power generating plant that could serve each of the communities in the country would reduce the load on the nation's electricity grid.
We would then embark on an aggressive campaign to enlighten Nigerians on how to reduce their electric power consumption, and how to maintain the solution we have provided.
- Other
There's a high spate of unemployment in Nigeria because the nation is not a producing one.
Our solution would turn Nigeria into a producing nation, which would, in turn, increase the number of industries and companies in the company thereby giving room to more employment.
Our solution would also encourage entrepreneurship, as the competition we intend to host to scout for the new inventors would open the eyes of the Nigerian youth to their inherent gift which they can explore to make a good living.
- Concept: An idea being explored for its feasibility to build a product, service, or business model based on that idea
- A new technology
Our solution is innovative because there has not been any competition to discover youths with innovative ideas that could be explored to solve some of the challenges facing any state in Nigeria and the nation at large.
It is also innovative because it would bring out the innovative abilities of many Nigerian youths.
Our solution plans to use AI, as well as hardware technology.
Nigerians, especially the youths, are no doubt highly talented. They are highly innovative. The many suffering and the need to improvise to make a headway have also triggered their innovative abilities. Therefore, organising competitions to scout for the youths with the most innovative significant level of innovation would be revealing and the solutions they could come up with would be worth investing on by investors, local and international.
